I'm still playing with the free version, but I am upgrading so I can have access to the calendar feature. I really love the ability to post to multiple platforms, all in one place. It makes running my business, and social media marketing, so much easier.

Pros

I love the option to add multiple platforms and do all my batch posting in one location

Cons

Wish there were more features on the free version. Trying to keep costs down as a small business. But it makes up for it on the time it saves me

Been quite good, hasn't been a long journey, but Zoho as a whole has been very good and I'm sure Zoho Social will live up to the name.

Pros

I like how, due to being part of the Zoho Suite, integrating with other Zoho Apps is quite easy.

Cons

Unfortunately, it doesn't have a desktop app, which would be very useful for us Mac users.

Reason for choosing Zoho Social

Integration with other platforms is much easier, or at least less stressful, such as Zoho Projects etc.

In this digital era of doing business, Zoho social comes in handy. It helps me manage marketting campaigns across the social networks, manage and monitor prospects as well as analyse and reports. It is really saving me the efforts of marketing

Pros

In times where side hustles off your employment job has become necessary source of extra income, I chose to start a cyber business and also do accounting and auditing jobs independently. This is where Zoho Social comes into play. I use it to manage my business social media accounts. I appreciate the fact that it is an easy to implement and setup and perfectly fit with a range of existing tools in my workspace. It is also super simple to use and comes with an incredibly designed UI that Iam able to navigate through all it's features for maximum value for my money. I enjoy being able to schedule the publishing time of my posts to those times that the audience is active on social networks. From a dashboard I can monitor every post across all platforms and Incase of comments I can reply. The pre-built reports are of great use for Iam able to analyse the performance of each post through clicks and views.

Cons

Zoho Social is a tool of it's kind with no challenging issues soo far

My overall experience with Zoho social is great and it is one of the reasons I really keep ZOHO ONE product.

Pros

I enjoy that I can manage multiple brands from both desktop and laptop and that everything is super easy to use.

Cons

Zoho social has space for a little more customization such as font or font size and adding stories to instagram that doesn't require a manual push.

When talking about the Zoho program, we find the absence of technical support, which affects the level of customer satisfaction. Also with regard to customer service, the slow communication of support with the customer is one of the problems that has raised the dissatisfaction of some Zoho program users in the past period. Therefore, this drawback overshadows the advantages of Zoho

Pros

I started using zoho social through a company I worked for a few years ago -- when I branched off on my own and found myself taking on more and more marketing clients, I tried so many different social media management apps. I literally tried no less than 8, Zoho was so awesome when I used it before that I assumed it was the most expensive option and never explored it -- turns out it is hands down the best value and price if you are managing more than 3 or 4 brands! Silly me, I assumed because it was the best it was gonna be out of my price range! Using it now and never looking back, I manage 6 brands by myself right now and they make it so easy.

Cons

Only have two issues really, 1. that I cannot seem to tag individuals in a post so when, for example, I am wishing an employee a happy birthday for a client -- I cannot tag that employee through zoho (only businesses). 2. I have a client who is a radio station -- they have 6 Facebook pages for all of their different radio hosts but I can only add one channel per brand (1 FB, 1 Insta, etc) which means I have to count each of their channels as a new brand. That slows me down a bit but in the grand scheme of things, it is not the end of the world.

For all the above listed reasons throughout my comments :)

the price was outrageous for how many brands and channels I needed to manage - they charge by the channel not the brand. One of my clients is a radio station so they have a billion social media accounts they charge $10 for each channel.

My overa ll experience is best as comparing to sitting doing manually and in times we can't do, we can automate, this is best experience.

Pros

All the pros are good, but should be improved a lot comparing the new apps those coming now with AI and stories

Cons

We can't post or automate Instagram stories which is a big draw back. And facebook groups always keep disconnecting every minute.

This is an excellent application of high quality and very good customer service. The presence of very good and beautiful services that facilitate work on it, but the increase in the price is a minor defect, but it remains the best and I recommend it to my friends.

Pros

This product is easy to use and provides a lot of services such as scheduling publishing, automatic publishing, providing reports and analytics, and I recommend it for use because it has a wonderful and easy use point.

Cons

The subscription price increase is late, but it remains the best for its ease of use.

Pros

Zoho Social is an extensive platform. It has many features we love and use on a daily basis, like scheduled posts, follow global trends, publish quick content to Twitter, advanced reports and more. We really enjoy using Zoho Social.

Cons

I have been using Zoho Social in my agency for quite a while. I have been noticing that the Zoho Social subscription price increased a lot recently. Anyways, still I believe Zoho Social is the best solution for us after having experience with other platforms that didn't fulfill our expectations.

I love it. Great and affordable product that has made work for my business wasich easier. I am also using zohos email so I think zoho has made a solid product compared to others. Smart idea and most importantly it's quite affordable.

Pros

Things I liked the most were that I could actually track all my business engagements at 1 place and that zoho social made it way easier for me to posts on my social media pages since I do not have to rewrite the same things on all different social media separately. I like how we can schedule our posts and also the how we could select the option to have our posts published when most audiences are viewing their social media.

Cons

Something that I didn't like was that we can only post 1 picture on Instagram and cannot write long posts on twitter. However I do not mind this because there are sp many other good features that overshadows this cons.

### "I've kicked the tires on several programs and decided to go with Zoho"

I've been kicking the tires of Zoho Social for the past 14 days. I have dived into its many features and compared it to other platforms that I have also been testing out. First, let me say that there are some extremely good platforms out there, but I've chosen to go with Zoho Social for a few reasons. I don't want to make this too long, so I'll just mention the features that won me over: I can grab photo and video content directly from not only Canva, but also Dropbox. As I build up my content library, I will need to store all of this content somewhere, and I already had a Dropbox account so decided to use it for that purpose. Out of the platforms I tested (which was by no means all of them) I found Dropbox integration missing, but Zoho has it. For some reason on other platforms, when I post video content to LinkedIn, a viewer of my post has to click over to the 3rd party platform to watch the video, rather than watching it natively on LI. This issue didn't happen on Facebook, only LI -- but it is not an issue at all with Zoho. Not sure why this happens, but that was not a good feature IMO and was one of the reasons I went with Zoho over another platform. Zoho's UI could be a wee bit better architected - again my opinion - but it is lightyears ahead of another platform that I had been using and came to dislike because it is just too kludgey. In comparison, Zoho's UI is lightyears better -- and it has the advantage that you can keep multiple brands separate from each other

Pros

Dropbox and Canva integration, Multiple brands managed separately, analytics on my dashboard, the ability to customize posts per-platform, excellent customer service

Cons

The only thing I would improve a bit is the UI/menu options. I found Buffer's UI more intuitive and clear, but Zoho's brand management and scheduling options won out over Buffer

Reason for choosing Zoho Social

Zoho has the best combination of features I want and usability and is competitive on price
