### "Zoho Social for the win!"

May 3, 2026

5.0

Zoho Social is a powerhouse for multi-channel management. Its intuitive dashboard streamlines scheduling across all major platforms, while the SmartQ feature optimizes post timing for maximum engagement. With robust analytics and seamless collaboration tools, it’s an essential, cost-effective operator for agencies looking to scale their digital distribution efficiently. 🫡👊🔥

Pros

What stands out most about Zoho Social is how it simplifies the chaos of multi-platform management. It is incredibly easy to use, featuring a clean, intuitive interface that removes the steep learning curve found in other enterprise tools. The drag-and-drop calendar makes visual planning effortless, while the SmartQ system takes the guesswork out of timing by identifying when your audience is most active. For an operator managing multiple brands, the ability to monitor real-time interactions and schedule weeks of content from a single dashboard is a game-changer. It’s built for speed, efficiency, and total control. 🫡👊🔥

Cons

While the platform is a workhorse, the mobile app can feel a bit restrictive compared to the desktop experience. It’s great for quick checks, but deep-dive analytics or complex post-formatting are definitely smoother on a larger screen. Additionally, the reporting customization is solid, but if you’re looking for hyper-granular, white-labeled reports for a dozen different clients, the standard templates can feel a little rigid. That said, for day-to-day distribution and scheduling, these are minor hurdles in an otherwise top-tier system. It’s a reliable tool that just has a few "office-only" preferences

### "From Clicks to Community: How Zoho Social Elevates Your Brand Effortlessly"

April 16, 2026

5.0

Smooth, clean, and intuitive—that’s the rhythm Zoho Social moves in. The dashboard is easy to navigate, even for teams juggling multiple campaigns and platforms. Scheduling posts feels effortless, analytics are clear and actionable, and onboarding new team members is quick. There’s no steep learning curve—just plug in, power up, and start promoting.

Pros

Zoho Social delivers powerful tools at a price point that feels almost unfair—in a good way. From scheduling and publishing to analytics and team collaboration, everything you need to grow a brand online is packed into one platform. For a mission-driven organization like Lifabetics Win, where every dollar matters, this platform stretches your investment and multiplies your reach. You’re not just paying for software—you’re gaining a strategic partner that helps amplify your voice without the high cost of larger competitors.

Cons

Trying to post the same message everywhere without tailoring it? That’s like wearing one outfit to every occasion—it just doesn’t fit right. Not having the ability to customize content for each social network while scheduling takes away the magic of platform-specific storytelling. Every channel has its own rhythm, its own language—and without that flexibility, your message can lose its punch before it even lands.

### "Too integrated to use on its own. "

March 24, 2025

3.0

I wish it was easier to use. I was left with the impression that if I was not using the entire Zoho Suite then Zoho Social was not meant for me as a user.

Pros

Scheduling Social Posts was pretty easy to do. I also liked how you can add multiple social platforms.

Cons

The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite ended up being a real issue for me. It was often hard to find the correct login page for Zoho Social, specifically. Many things were also not explained well, with training material too large to navigate easily.

### " The best social media tool I've tried so far"

April 5, 2026

5.0

I'm testing Zoho Social to manage Instagram and Facebook for a healthcare clinic, and the experience has exceeded expectations. Even during the trial phase I can already tell this is a serious tool. The workflow feels natural, scheduling is frictionless, and the learning curve is practically nonexistent. I'm already considering the paid plan, which says a lot about a product you've only been testing for a short time.

Pros

The scheduling tool is intuitive and reliable. The content calendar gives a clear overview of everything planned. Analytics deliver exactly what you need without overwhelming you. Setup was incredibly fast, my team started using it within days with no formal training. The interface is clean and everything works the way you expect it to.

Cons

I'm still in the trial period so I haven't explored every feature yet. The post preview for Instagram carousels could be more accurate, but it's a minor detail.

### "Time saver "

April 10, 2026

5.0

Pros

Zoho Social has been a solid upgrade for our social media management. Scheduling is simple and reliable. You can plan content in advance and stay consistent without daily manual posting. This saves time and keeps your pages active. The insights are clear and useful. You can track performance, understand what works, and improve your content strategy based on real data. We tried other tools before, but Zoho stands out. One key advantage is TikTok posting. Many platforms still lack this feature. With Zoho, we now post regularly on TikTok without extra effort, and our activity has improved a lot. If you want one tool to manage multiple platforms with strong scheduling and analytics, Zoho Social is a good choice.

Cons

Only negative I can say its not free!!! But Still its worth the money we pay for and customer support is best in the market. We could manage all our task.

### "Perfect for agencies and personal use too"

April 10, 2026

5.0

Using it for 4 months now. Really good and happy using Zoho Social to manage our clients' social media channels as well as our own company socials too.

Pros

So many social media platforms under one umbrella. It's easy to use for all, especially for scheduling the posts for a full month.

Cons

Some social media channels are missing, like Snapchat; rest everything is good to go. Till now I haven't found anything that I can say is considered a con for Zoho Social.

### "Zoho Social - It's a breeze to use this"

April 15, 2026

Overall, I would definitely recommend Zoho social if you are looking to outsource your social media management to someone. Even if you are handling it on your own, it gives a One stop platform to post content on multiple social media handles at one go.

Pros

Ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Zoho social. It has a comprehensive list of features that one can use that makes scheduling, posting, monitoring a breeze.

Cons

On a couple of occasions the scheduled post did not get published. Apart from that everything was a breeze

### "A very promising option!"

December 16, 2025

4.0

Our organization recently trialed the Zoho Social service as we're looking to simplify management of our social media channels, allowing easy scheduling and improving our team's workflow. Our initial impressions have been very positive overall. The analytics are very detailed and useful and there a a ton of great features. It's prices a little higher than other competing products we've looked at but it also seems to be the most complete and fully featured too.

Pros

1\. Scheduling works great and posts always went live at the correct scheduled time. 2. Being able to see exactly how many characters remain when writing a post for Twitter and Bluesky is a great help! 3. The dashboard gives a great overview of the brand and the in-depth analytics are very thorough and useful to analyzer how all our social accounts are performing. 4. Being able to easily view and handle various follower interactions is another highly useful feature. It's very convenient to get engagement notifications from all social accounts all in one place, as well as being able to also respond to any replies or messages as needed. 5. The ability to collaborate with our entire team and setup approval workflows is another great feature. It can cost quite a lot extra to add this compared to competing services, also depending on the number of team members, but for smaller teams it's great.

Cons

1\. Whilst at first it appears that Telegram is supported to some extent, this is only for bot interactions. Zoho Social does not support posting messages in Telegram groups or channels. Support for scheduling posts in Telegram channels would have been a great feature to add, although also very few alternatives actually appear to actually support this (we could only find a single one that even claims to have support for this). 2. Whilst the interface for making new posts is nice and easy to use, the option to create threads (for Twitter and Bluesky) seems like a bit of an afterthought. It's not as polished as the rest of the interface and the post preview doesn't show any additional posts in the thread, only the first one. Finally, scheduling threads will treat each service (Twitter, Bluesky) as a separate independent post instead of linking the services into a single post; this is a minor issue but effectively means that deleting or rescheduling a thread means you have to change it individually for each service instead of just once like you would normally do with a single-post message. 3. Permission roles, whilst adequate, do have a few quirks. It's not possible to customize the default roles to e.g. disallow access to the analytics or Inbox views and it's not possible to give any special permissions to custom roles (e.g. admin permissions, ability to add/remove users). This means that you're forced to use the default admin roles to give users this ability, but you then cannot limit which admin permissions they get or what they can access. 4. Certain settings can only be set on the user level and don't apply to all users within a brand, mainly the automatic URL shortening feature. Our organization already generate our own custom short URLs that we use and we currently would have to instruct each team member to disable the automatic URL shortening on their account as it's not possible to disable this globally for all users.

### "Zoho Social is an effective tool"

September 2, 2025

4.0

Zoho Social offers a single view and easier management across multiple social media platforms - love it.

Pros

Zoho Social is proving to be effective, as it allows us to schedule content across all social media platforms with short URLs and custom UTMs. This makes it easier to track website traffic sources. Its analytics features are also strong, with the added benefit of creating custom reports. We also get some free tools like Instagram Repost, Instagram Grid Maker and others which we can use. Overall, it is a good tool.

Cons

So far, I enjoy using the tool. I take pictures on the side and love to display that on social media. I have used two other tools and for the prices, this meets all my needs.

Pros

The interface is simply to learn. I have been using it for the trial period and there has been very few things I could not learn by trial-and-error.

Cons

Sometimes, the posting hangs and you have to redo the post. This could be caused by my browser, but I have found the issue in multiple browsers.

The past few weeks I've been testing social media scheduling tools and most recently I've been playing around with Zoho Social. I'm a one man marketing show, what can I say!? I hope the content I'm publishing is working for y'all, feedback is always welcome! Keep on Shimmering ✨

Pros

Being able to monitor the performance of my content across all social platforms right from the home dashboard is wonderful to have instant insight.

Cons

Too early to tell yet, but when I try to write a post across platforms and am tagging accounts, if there isn't an account to tag on one platform, but there is on another, the platform that doesn't will show "@example", so it makes the post look less clean.

### "Great tool for managing social media efficiently"

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Zoho Social has helped me stay organized and consistent with my content strategy. It simplifies planning, posting, and tracking performance, which is key for growth. For the price, it offers great value and covers most essential needs.

### "Zoho Social great tool for tracking social information and metrics"

November 21, 2025

5.0

Great I can't really complain! The set up of everything from published posts, scheduled posts, notifications across all areas, and insights on everything make this a great tool to consider for your managing of social media feeds!

Pros

I loved how you can track your social brand (in my case a podcast) across all social feeds (instagram, facebook, x/twitter, etc.) and be able to post and schedule out your posts for set times of the day. I really loved also how it gave you the opportunity to additionally set other times to repeat those posts and have them rescheduled at set times. Other elements that this had that were nice were engagement trends showing growth in specific feeds. Times it appeared the feed posts were heavily engaged, and how you could see comments and replies without having to go into each specific website and app. The interface was very nice and easy to follow. The customer support was really cool. There is someone who reaches out and is available should you have any questions or concerns. They offer a free 15 day trial and during that time they have amazing tutorials but also a rep who will check in on you and offer you help and assistance where needed. I love the task management and insights this site had. I cannot say enough good things about it. It can be a lot to take in but if you just come in with the right frame of mind, look at tutorials, and reach out to the person assigned to you you will find that this product is amazing!

Cons

A lot of stuff to take in initially but there are tutorials that help with it. Just have to be patient.

### "Robust Scheduling and Great Analytics for the Price"

April 10, 2026

5.0

My experience has been excellent. It provides a "big-brand" feel for a fraction of the cost of competitors like Sprout Social or Hootsuite. It has streamlined our workflow significantly, especially the collaboration tools that allow our team to approve posts before they go live. It’s a reliable, powerful tool for any small to mid-sized marketing team.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage multiple social channels from one dashboard. The SmartQ feature is a game-changer—it predicts the best times to post based on when our specific audience is most active, which has noticeably boosted our engagement rates.

Cons

The Instagram direct publishing can occasionally be finicky with specific video aspect ratios, and the reporting dashboard, while very detailed, has a bit of a learning curve if you want to create highly customized PDF reports.

July 28, 2017

5.0

Happily surprised by how much you can do with Zoho Social. I migrated back to Zoho for CRM and was pumped to see their Social platform is so well developed. Great for ease of use, monitoring, managing, and posting to all social channels from one dashboard. I've used it to finally effectively source leads from my social media profiles which can then be imported directly into the CRM. I love it.

Pros

Easy to use Social monitoring Easy set up Integrations Very ease to monitor social mentions and engage with people on all platforms from one dashboard.

Cons

Doesn't have RSS feed import of content to curate. And while not a complete con, it certainly is on my wish list for Zoho to roll out on their social platform.
