Pros

Zoho Social is great option for increasing your company's social media presence. It offers really nice integration features like Smart Q, which helps suggest and schedule posting options.

Cons

The communication feature lacks options competitor's software has. It's also not as robust as it should be but that would be the only major drawback. Otherwise it's a great program!

Pros

I have been always a Buffer user but give it a try to Zoho Social later on. But I am pretty happy with the platform so far. Most importantly Zoho Social is very easy to use and schedule the posts. The interface is pretty clean and nice. It works well with the web platform and also available in iOS and Android. However, it doesn't support Windows platform yet. It gives a free trial of 15 days to try its features which is good enough to make a choice whether to continue or not. Zoho Social cheaper when compared to Buffer or Hubspot, therefore it actually gives much more value for money. SmartQ is an interesting option as well.

Cons

It doesn't support the windows platform. Not apt for freelancers. Support is not proactive and slow at times.

I needed a way to crosspost content that wasn't messy or required me to jump across platforms and this had the most comprehensive offerings.

Pros

The platform is easy to use and for a small business, and the cost is minimal. The dashboard is well organized and the basic data dashboard is helpful to keep an eye on things.

Cons

The only downside to Zoho is that the smart scheduler, which calculates the best potential reach when scheduling social, is in the second tier of payment plans which is nearly double the first. I wish this could be an add-on feature for a smaller cost.

Cannot fault it so far

Pros

Its the perfect solution for social media marketing agents. It keeps your clients, content and communication all in one place, while giving you the separation you need to keep it organised. It is by far the best tool of its kind and I have tried many!

Cons

The pricing once you go over your limit gets very steep, very quickly for agency use. Otherwise its been a fantastic product, it is worth the money but for independent businesses with limited cash they could be pricing themselves out of reach.

The benefits of Zoho for me is all about managing social media which is now easier for me to do. Overall, I have the best experience.

Pros

I like the social media tool in ZOHO. It has all the things I need, very user friendly, easy to understand, and has multiple tools/features to be used in the future. If you are looking for an overall tool, Zoho would be the best fit.

Cons

Maybe put YELP business as one of the social media platforms that can integrate with the software. Or add more integrations.

I am hoping this will streamline the process and is the best option I have found to date.

Pros

I found zoho to be easy to use and also appreciate the ability to save drafts, organized posts ahead of time, and strategize overall media campaigns.

Cons

I feel like more of the basic streamlining options should be available for small companies at a lower rate, but understand in general the idea of tiered cost structure that increases with added functionality.

Like SalesForce, ZOHO is almost a mirrored copy. It can do everything to the point of not remembering how to do most of the cool things you want, but it's so hidden you can't remember where to go back and set up the system. Basically, sensory overload for the CRM world.

Pros

Zoho basically copied off SalesForce and everyone else, Customer support is always willing to help, but not always able to find the best solution. I like the basic price, and free programs, it has always outperformed most CRMs, even though this goes into Project, Deal Management, and other tools you can still connect with Zapier and 3rd party API's.

Cons

Response to customer support slower then expected, sometimes 2 days to get response or more for tech. Also relies on 3rd party API's or Zapier that don't fully communicate leaving off data, don't like how heavy it is for the user, old design not pleasing, and very hard to train others on it where they retain the information.

I use Zoho Social to manage the social media accounts for my consulting firm. We use it for scheduling, curation, monitoring and much more. We have found the software to be easy to use and plenty of great features. I would recommend this software for anyone that is trying to find a cost effective solution as they are getting started.

Pros

Love having the online and phone app to be able to work from wherever I am. The scheduling features are great and really easy to use.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to search within the app or online for users that I'm trying to tag or talk to.

Easy to setup and use. Pretty intuitive design, so it's easy to pickup on how to post.

Pros

I like that the software integrates Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and even Google My Business. The automatic link shortening is a helpful tool.

Cons

I wish it was easier to integrate UTMs into the links and customize posts for different networks. The reporting tool is nice, but a little clunky to use.

I work as a social media and marketing manager for a food delivery company across two countries, consonantly marking almost 200 restaurants is never easy and while I've tried several other SM Managers such as Hootsuite and Buffer (I'm currently testing out Meet Edgar) Zoho Social has so far been the best cheap social media manager. It's easy to use, meaning there's no stumbling around trying to acquaint myself with their features and even better it's cheap as compared to HootSuite and Buffer $10 monthly plan I like the ability to send out posts at the time my follows are more likely to see and interact with my posts. I also love the automatic link shortener, Brand health, analytics, Keyword research and social listening and the Direct Message twitter feature.

Pros

It's easy to use, meaning there's no stumbling around trying to acquaint myself with their features. I like the ability to send out posts at the time my follows are more likely to see and interact with my posts. I also love the automatic link shortener, Brand health, analytics, Keyword research and social listening and the Direct Message twitter feature.

Cons

The free features are a bit limited and can easily be compared to Hootsuite with no clear advantage, however, it does allow more than 10 posts unlike Buffer. The Twitter keyword research + social listening can be replaced with TweetDeck

Custom reporting dashboard, advanced social media management tools, ability to segment into lists. Access to other tools such as Invoicing. Super affordable.

Cons

Only minor stuff. There are features in Buffer that I would have liked to see here. I'd like to have stronger management tool features. Reporting is missing some elements that can be found in Twitter Insights (eg. impressions and post engagement).

Having to manage several social media accounts for clients we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the constant changes in Meta Business suite. Things we could do one minute were gone the next. Zoho social has given us back the flexibility and control we need to easily be able to post for clients. It has been a sanity saver!

Pros

Love the ease of usability and getting back tools that had disappeared from Meta Business Suite.

Cons

There wasn't anything we really didn't like about the software.

It's definitely very supportive thus far.

Pros

I used to manually do my analytics: that is work out post engagement rates, take pictures of highest performing posts, etc. Now most of that is done for me. The top 5 posts are conveniently also given in a slick carousel with the most important metrics alongside. It makes my job easier.

Cons

There are some discrepancies. For the same post you might have an engagement rate of both 2% and 12%. I had hoped to get some feedback on this from customer service - learn how they work out their engagement rates. The answer wasn't so useful. I'd enjoy having a community of social media managers somewhere there to ask advice and learn from somewhere on the platform.
