Overall, Zoho Social has been an amazing tool for me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their social media management.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience using Zoho Social. It’s made managing my content so much easier, especially being able to post to both Instagram and TikTok from one place. I also love how simple it is to schedule and share posts directly to my Instagram Stories—it really helps me stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. The platform is very user-friendly, and everything feels organized and easy to navigate. It saves me time, keeps my social media flowing, and lets me focus more on my business instead of stressing over posting.

Cons

One thing I don’t love is that the Reels options aren’t as flexible as I’d like. While you can post Reels, the experience isn’t as smooth or fully featured compared to posting directly on Instagram, which can be a little limiting at times.

Zoho Social offers a single view and easier management across multiple social media platforms - love it.

Pros

Zoho Social is proving to be effective, as it allows us to schedule content across all social media platforms with short URLs and custom UTMs. This makes it easier to track website traffic sources. Its analytics features are also strong, with the added benefit of creating custom reports. We also get some free tools like Instagram Repost, Instagram Grid Maker and others which we can use. Overall, it is a good tool.

Cons

It would be good for more features to be enabled - (1) email notifications for approval request; (2) article post via LinkedIn

Cons

There are occasional performance issues with the mobile application. If you have Pinterest, integration is not available.

Quite okay i love it and prefer it over other smm platforms. Zoho gives a simplke way to post on all platforms and scheduling.

Pros

I love ow simple the dashboard ois and easy to post and track posts as well as reaction metrics on the dashboard .

Cons

I do not like the fact that images cannot be resized or edited fomthe application dashboard would be cool if large images were automatically resized for platforms.

Pros

Being able to monitor the performance of my content across all social platforms right from the home dashboard is wonderful to have instant insight.

Cons

Too early to tell yet, but when I try to write a post across platforms and am tagging accounts, if there isn't an account to tag on one platform, but there is on another, the platform that doesn't will show "@example", so it makes the post look less clean.

So far so good. I haven't had time to see the results yet, but if the results are as easy to get as using the platform then it will be well worth it.

Pros

so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all.

Cons

Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another.

Overall a 10 out of 10. I have not been able to use all the tools they offer but will at some point.

Pros

Fantastic application! Did not skip a beat during out severe weather coverage. Very easy to use and maintain. Makes it super simple to utilize several market media outlets at once instead of having to update each one individually. Task management is an A+. Customer support was fantastic and the value is beyond the expectations.

Cons

Nothing to report in all honesty. If anything our internet connection was the only thing bringing it down during out severe weather coverage.

Zoho Social is good for me and team. Easy to use and cheaper (cost effective) for us. Overall it is good for small and medium buisness

Ease to use. User Interface is good and easy to search with multi channel. And cost effective for me.

Cons

Slow sometime, while I'm review and analytics for immediate adjustments. And I recommend to update some GUI (currently it is good but some tags are not easy to open and find.

Great. A solid 89% I'd say. Wish that little stuff I mentioned above did not happen. If its fixed it'd be 100/100.

Pros

The bulk scheduling tool. That was my fav part of the entire tool.

Cons

The fact that the scheduled post disappears after they are scheduled once the subscription is over but doesn't come back when it is renewed. That ticks me off. The app is all great aside from that.

Happily surprised by how much you can do with Zoho Social. I migrated back to Zoho for CRM and was pumped to see their Social platform is so well developed. Great for ease of use, monitoring, managing, and posting to all social channels from one dashboard. I've used it to finally effectively source leads from my social media profiles which can then be imported directly into the CRM. I love it.

Pros

Easy to use Social monitoring Easy set up Integrations Very ease to monitor social mentions and engage with people on all platforms from one dashboard.

Cons

Doesn't have RSS feed import of content to curate. And while not a complete con, it certainly is on my wish list for Zoho to roll out on their social platform.

Cons

Zoho Social is a fantastic tool, but one area that could improve is the integration with emerging social media platforms like TikTok. It would also be great to have more customization options in the analytics reports. However, these are minor areas for improvement, and overall, the platform works seamlessly for our needs!
