Our agency uses Zoho Social to manage all of our brands that we represent and mobile applications that we launch. We have found the interface to be simple and easy to manage. Our team currently manages ten brands and can easily see ourselves adding more as needed. The subscription fee is not abundant and we enjoy the appearance and setup much more than other products we have tried.

Pros

Bulk scheduling is a great tool. SmartQ is also extremely helpful. The ease of switching between accounts and running reports is also awesome.

Pros

This is an amazing tool, and they have added direct Instagram posting so it just got better and can post multiple photos too. The real beauty is the monitoring section, you can choose social media pages to follow.

Cons

Unable to post videos on this platform, otherwise it works great and allows you to manage multiple accounts.

We really manage to reduce the time spent managing social networks, simplifying the reports and the way to analyze them. Unfortunately, they do not give a direct and rapid response to queries, but that does not mean that it is useful when the functions are ok.

Pros

The best thing is how easy it is to publish, see the reports and the fast speed in the information load

Cons

While the tool has many virtues, the weak point is the customer service it has to solve important issues. There is no solution online.

Cons

It took me a while to activate Smart Q but once I did it worked fine but it would be better and more profitable if it were easy to do it

I tried out several different social media platforms over the course of several months and Zoho is by far the best. It is very user friendly. If you're a small business with only a couple of clients it allows you to just add an additional account at a much lower cost than going for a big plan that you can't afford when you're in the startup phase.

Pros

Zoho has the most bang for the buck. I love how it integrates all of the accounts we manage on one platform. The reports are fantastic, as well as the ability to like and interact with followers all on one feed. Love that you can invite your clients to collaborate. Really love that the push to Instagram is automatic. As long as you have a Business account it will post directly, no need to go through an app on your phone!

Cons

The only thing it doesn't have is some way to integrate feeds. If Zoho could find a way to do this it would be A+++.

I'm becoming fond of all of the Zoho suite of applications. I see the continuous improvements that are being made. All of the Zoho applications deliver the services that they promise to provide. I'm very happy with Zoho Social and the Zoho brand overall. -Great Job Guys!

Pros

The dashboard feature displays all of your active social media networks on one screen. This makes it easy to see how each network is performing at a glance.

Cons

I would like to see more pricing options for small businesses and freelancers that are just starting out.

Pros

Zoho Social offers all of the basic capabilities you would expect from social management software. The integration with their CRM is the biggest selling point.

Cons

There are issues with being able to tag Instagram handles, and you can add locations to posts in scheduling. This must be edited after the post goes live. Reporting is where I'd love to see the most improvement - there is not a way to look at combined analytics, or get true engagement numbers now that Facebook changed their API to falsely weight their data against reach instead of impressions. Monitoring doesn't allow you to actually monitor comments on posts, just mentions, which seems odd since most comment activity falls onto post content itself. Would love to see a way to schedule draft content without an image/video associated with it as well.

Extremely useful for any social media team.

Pros

I love how intuitive and function the user interface is. We've been able to see the engagement across our platforms. Which is tremendously valuable as event organizer. And they've recently integrated publishing directly to Instagram.

Cons

I wish there was like a content bank feature / and post approval feature that would easily allow the connection between our social media team and graphic designers.

We always thought that Hootsuite was a bit clunky but had persevered with it for years. Came across Zoho Social and the world just got a whole lot easier.

Pros

Simple to use with great plugins at a great value price.

Not sure that I can find any drawbacks that are worth mentioning

I am very impressed with the usability of the product. Really easy to use and that there is no training required.

Pros

zshare which enables you to share anything to social media from the web. Ability to schedule posts and place posts in draft. Which means I can find something on the internet, set it as draft and one of my employees can improve on that post, and send it to social media accounts.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the fact that there's no YouTube support. Would love YouTube support!

It makes my job a lot easier by allowing to schedule social media posts days, even weeks in advance. That allows me to take care of all of my social media duties ahead of time.

Pros

It has many features that Hootesuite does not have, it's cheaper and it's user friendly and just about anyone can use this software.

Cons

The only cons is that is costs money, but it's much cheaper than Hootesuite so it's worth it. I guess it's not free because there isn't any advertising on it.

Zoho Social provides a really cost effective way for us to manage multiple pages for our clients. The mobile app is also far superior from the competition.

Pros

I love the fact that the app is spectacular. It provides on-the-go reporting and stats. Also, it’s very easy to setup, and add new brands/team members

Cons

You cannot upload video posts directly from the mobile app, which is a drag. But I will take that over the seat prices of the competitors for the same thing.

Pros

So far Zoho has beaten all others with its rich feature set. Scheduled postings, measurements and reporting. Others do not come close to meeting the same expectations. If you are looking to manage your social media and knowing its impact Zoho Social is a must for any business looking to grow. Tracking of impact of each post and making better decisions on when to post. Easy management of all social media platforms

It's a quality product--simple enough that you can dive in and start using most of the features immediately without any sort of tutorial, but with some deeper options for advanced analytics. I'd recommend it to anyone who's turned off by the high price point of other social media management tools but doesn't want to sacrifice functionality.

Pros

Smooth, seamless, and intuitive. If I don't know where to find something, it doesn't take me that long.

Cons

Couldn't seem to get stats and reporting working on the mobile app. I think that would be a great addition to the platform. Also, I use a lot of @'s when it comes to twitter, it would be awesome if you could integrate the user suggestion feature. Eg. I start typing a user, and it finds the full name and auto-fills it.
