Education Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy to use - possibly a little overpriced..." August 8, 2016 4.0 Zoho Social is a relatively new app from Zoho. It can schedule (and repeat) posts to your favourite social media services. I use it to post to Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and Twitter, but it can also post to LinkedIn. Using the product is easy enough - just upload a photo, or add a link, then type some text - and you're done. Well, almost... You can opt to repeat a post. I like this feature - I use it to repeat a post several times per week. There is also a smart-schedule feature - the app will submit your post at the optimal time to reach your biggest audience. This feature intrigues me, and I haven't yet figured how it does that. Zoho Social comes in at $10/month, but that's only for three social media channels. I think they should increase this to five if they want to compete with HootSuite. I personally prefer the UI of Zoho Social (I find HootSuite to be rather counter-intuitive). Zoho Social has already undergone some major improvements in the short time that I have been using it. It will be interesting to see where it will be in 6 or 12 months from now. Pros Easy to use. Interesting features. No real complaints. Cons Pricing could me more competitive - or give us more Social channels! March 30, 2017 5.0 Pros This is the only tool we've found that will allow our team members to engage with other Instagram users. The reports are great, the scheduling is great. Really love it. Cons Zoho Social does not support Pinterest. If it did, this would be the only tool we used. The zoho social was very easy to setup and very easy to explain to team members. Pros Great interaction with other Zoho Products and works flawlessly as an intranet. Cons I wish I had known about it sooner, though, I didn't find out until I had already demoed other products. I wish they had advertised it to me while I was using mail and CRM. We are excited to dive into this product some more and really get our hands dirty. We are an outdoors business and all. Pros We love the freedom of data and usage. We can schedule and post with ease. This takes so much stress off our plates and gives us so much time back. We invest in our company and a good product just like this one. I spend most of my time working within my clients' social media management accounts and most have not heard of Zoho Social, so it's not gaining the traction one might expect of a company the size of Zoho. Perhaps this will change in the near future. Pros If you have a small business and need to keep your ancillary costs down, Zoho Social is a good option to consider. Although the free version is quite basic, the standard and professional paid versions are quite affordable (as of this writing)- compared to the rising costs of other similar social media management products. Schedule posts, run reporting and monitor your brand name on all the major social platforms (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Pros I've been searching for a simple but powerful social media management app that fits a small business's needs for a while and I think Zoho Social is it. It lets me monitor engagement on all the major social media platforms from a single dashboard and provides all kinds of useful metrics to assess growth. The ability to schedule posts is a godsend and allows a small team with a lot of work on their hands to be infinitely more productive. Another feature I enjoy is how it lets you collaborate on posts and discuss possible modifications to an already scheduled post.
