Cons So far, there is nothing that we like least about the service. Apps like Facebook and Meta are notoriously horrible. I have used many others like Later.com and Hootsuite. This is the best by far. I am shocked Cons Honestly, nothing. The only thing anyone can really complain about is that it's not quite as "slick" as the other apps visually. But I prefer that. Some apps go too far in trying ot be user friendly that they end up being user-frustrating. Not needing to post or login to different platform, and not dealing with security issues of giving different staff members access to different platforms is just briliant! Cons For me, Zoho Social has never presented me with any failures or any kind of displeasure that has made me contact support. We are very small and non-profit and only need to make, at most, 150 posts a year. Other Social Media managing accounts are massively overpriced for the kind of use we'd need. Cons Some images fail to publish. When this happened we needed to go back and repost manually. Thankfully it didn't happen often.
