January 24, 2021 5.0 Very impressed, although I mentioned a few negative points the platform is still relatively new to me so I'm sure I'll find more options and features as I learn to use it, but getting the basics, well there was no learning needed at all. So simple to use. Pros Posting across multiple channels has never been easier. I have used a few different apps on the market and thus far Zoho Social takes the lead. Cons I feel like there could be more features and more channels (I'm being greedy there) One thing I haven't come across yet is the ability to preview how your post would look on different channels and the ability to edit the individual posts to that channel. Pros The user interface is the first and foremost best feature I liked about it. The smoothness of the platform is commendable. The ability and flexibility to connect and automate everything is great. Pros Easy Set Up, easy to use, lots of features and has saved me a lot of time. I was able to add all of our social media channels unlike on other social media managers. Cons The only thing that is only a minor con, is when posting an image across multiple platforms you have to make sure that it is a specific size for Instagram. Don't know if this is something that could be added to resize as you are creating a post. I am also comparing this application to that of hootsuite, and from what I see, I prefer Zoho. Cons I do not like the time it takes to update, if I am not mistaken its around 30 minutes before I see that I have been replied to on twitter. Pros Zoho is really easy to use and has some great features. We particularly like the social media calendar, which makes it easy to reschedule posts for different days or times. The Smart Slots are great, too, and help us plan better. Cons Twitter and LinkedIn have their word count limits, so unless we arrange to post something to them individually we have to abide by the word counts when we're posting to multiple accounts at once. Our old software allowed for better customization.
