It's been a game-changer for our work. Pros The scheduling functionality and how it syncs with multiple social media sites at the same time is invaluable. I also love the way it recommends peak timing on when to post images. Cons The only functionality that is a little irritating is when you have images that don't fit all three social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) it doesn't automatically adjust it for you. However, it does tell you about it so you can adjust and post separately. It's not really a negative, but just something I like least. User Interface also eye catching. And there are plenty of video tutorials available. Cons For Start-ups, the price will be the most annoying part with zoho social. Its also super affordable and the app allows for posting on the go. Cons There are minor bugs in the software that can be annoying at times. For example, sometimes it lets me post on social media outlets without the app and other times it won't let me.
