It is much more user friendly than other platforms we have tried, and certainly is faster than posting individually on each social media site. Some of them being Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Social Pilot. Zoho Social meets our very specific needs and has a more streamlined service. Instagram Direct Publishing, which lets us cover the most suited time regardless of the time zone was a huge benifit. Cons The only drawback that we found is that the mobile app is not as user friendly as we would hope, but all in all it does not deter from Zoho Social for us.
