I've had the pleasure of using a variety of social media platforms and one of the challenges that you usually have of course is the pricing & the fluidity of the system itself. I think that it is really been convenient for me and made it is easier to simplify information via cross-platform as easily as possible. 2). Zoho also adds a cost-effective & value-added way to conveniently convey your messages while also controlling scheduling. Cons CONS & PROS 3). Finally, the interface is very simplistic and could use slight improvement but they are always improving their services and that's what makes it very unique because while you're growing as a small business owner you're not paying for services that you don't need. You're paying for elements that will get you to the next level of tools that you need at your own growth pace & the social analytics are a plus! Pros It's easy to use and connects with the top social media sites and most importantly Google My Business Cons Not able to track Linked In shares from the Company page. Doesn't connect to Youtube. Reason for choosing Zoho Social I have used it previously for CRM etc and love how integrated it is. Switched from [Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/) Simply because I was having issues connecting to Instagram and because Hootsuite didn't connect to Google My Business. I was a little disappointed with Social" November 18, 2017 3.0 I was able to manage my social media and get much better insight to post performance without wasting hours on Fb or IG and getting distracted. Pros I love how easy to use Zoho Social is. I didn't require any tutorial to figure out basic set up and use. I also was able to install the app on my phone and get directly to posting and tracking social media. Cons I would like a little more at the base price point. I would rather have more tools, but be restricted to 1 account that fewer tools and more accounts. I think it could look a little more refined and develop a bit more, but overall it's a strong option for social media management.
