Great metrics including the audience, engagement, the total number of posts created, active audience, etc. I like how you get a sort of a "report card" on all your social media activity. Cons The sentiment analysis is not very precise as it does use a predictive algorithm. For example, if a user comments positively on a post, but uses metaphors or atypical urban language to describe how they feel (eg. "this is pretty dope") this can be taken as a negative sentiment. Additionally, scheduling was a breeze. Unlike other apps, I set it and forget about it knowing that even with a timezone difference, my posts would be uploaded on time. I appreciate the confirmation email when a scheduled post is uploaded as well as the post and account report for monitoring and tracking progress. Another wonderful aspect is the Google add-on which allows users to instantly see and post images that speak to you and your audience. This is a magnificent tool. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Social. I recommend it to everyone in social media management. May 17, 2017 5.0 Pros The dashboard is super easy and your engagement growth is front and center when you log in. I love most the Queue scheduler which gives you engagement metrics as you select the time for your post. Also, you can drag and drop photos into your posts, unlike many other platforms. I have used 5 different social schedulers and none of them execute these features as well as Zoho. Best of all, the Zoho team is very responsive, both in terms of speed and useful advice. My experience has been positive overall. Pros Zoho Social is easy to use and very effective for social media management. Scheduling posts is easy and the SmartQ helps determine best dates and times for posts to go out in your feed. Using the manual scheduling feature lets you understand anticipated engagement rates as you test days and times to enable you to fine tune your targeting. Best of all, you can pre-post for almost any length of time across social media outlets of your choice. For a small to medium sized business, Zoho offers plenty of power. Cons Hard to find fault in this application. On the few occasions I have had a problem, it turned out that operator error was the cause.
