As I stated I learned the software pretty quickly, had posts going out consistently, and I could quickly monitor the progress on the dashboard. The software is really quite lovely except for the cost. Pros I love how user-friendly the software is to learn and navigate, it will not take long at all to learn to use this platform and have it up and running. I also love the analytical features. Cons The price. It is on the rather steep end in regards to the cost of the software. Pros I really enjoy how this product integrates with the other apps in the Zoho suite. Their focus on creating a single source platform for me to manage my business is greatly appreciated Cons I do feel the team could focus on asking users about process flow. There are some "simple" tweaks that could eliminate 2-3 clicks per task. Of course, this may be a "wayfinding" issue which would point back to some tweaks in the UX/UI or use of colors to direct the eye to the obvious solution. There's no middle ground for a business that's below 1mm in revenue. Also, we've been able to have a better track of what's going on in the interactions with our costumers, which allows us to attract more of the right followers and costumers Pros Let's you handle all social media from one unique please, and also monitor everything from there. Also, it lets you handle messages, identify you social performance and co-manage the page with someone else. Cons For getting advance features you have to keep paying more and there is only 2 packages for acquisition, which makes it a necessity to buy some additional features that you may no need. Also, in the smallest package, only 2 people can handle each brand. Sometimes you need more people involved so have to do it from the social media site. Review Source William A. It took me and my team just a few hours to completely understand it and start running all our SMM. Cons Its a turn of, when you want to post videos, and the fact that we can't use emojis on the text composer. It saves me so much time. Pros I've used other social media scheduling platforms before and I really like Zoho's user interface and ease of use. From the posting, scheduling, reporting and dashboards - it's all very simple. And I was up and running within an hour. Cons I dislike how links are automatically shortened. Sometimes I want the link to show for branding. Maybe you can turn off this feature, but I'm not sure how.
