We've been very happy with the results. Best time to post is very helpful, but it goes deeper. Looking at which filters get better engagement, types of content, and so forth. It exceeds the analytics of the platforms themselves and is very easy to use. We can customize the time frame to look at specific promotions, adjust our dashboard, and have yet to find a flaw. Also seems to be one of the most affordable options in this space. Pros It is a clean and intuitive platform. It's easy to use and provides a lot of great information. Cons It doesn't explain how or where it calculates it's information, such as time to post. All of them do this, but it would be nice to better understand. The pricing is a little higher than expected and the customer service via telephone is utterly useless, the software, however, seems very simple to use and visually appealing. Pros \- Reports look great. - Simple to use. - Much more user-friendly than other software. - The mobile app is good. Cons \- No iPad app. - A Higher price point for agencies when you consider everything you need. - Bad customer service via telephone. I feel it works well and really does a good job of getting the word out Cons I would like to have the ability to add multiple accounts from multiple social media platforms. For example, 4 different facebook accounts. I would like to be able to post videos. Pros I've gained back more time by streamlining my social media management. It means I can reuse content to fill up our profiles easily. I love getting the emails once a post goes live so I can double check everything is perfect. Very user friendly simple to use. I love being able to add team members so I can get my assitant to do most of the scheduling but I still have ultimate control over everything eaisly. Great that I can see quickly and simply who is interacting with our social media. You can schedule posts and the system tells you the best times it detect for them to be read. you can search by keywords and get a lot of information that you can exploit to reach out to more potential customers. Used it for 30 days on trial basis and it delivered some great results saving time and resources. Connected with Facebook with no issues and has the capability to double check if everything is set up correctly between Zoho CRM, FB and Zoho Social. Cons For some reason, it's updating slowly the information from Facebook. And some comments are appearing on it slower than other which means there is a break in some conversations. No need to stress and check the best times as Zoho does that for you. Pros Before using Zoho I used to spent hours planning in the social media posts sometimes even outside work but with Zoho it takes a lot less time, helps you keep track of the best times to post and let’s you schedule things in on different platforms in minutes. This is so much easier than going to every single platform and scheduling that one post individually. Now, it will automatically publish to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin for me! Cons The "free" version is misleading. I thought I signed up for the free version, but it actually made me do the professional trial. Ideal for a time stretched small business owner. Scheduling posts, especially with SmartQ is also really helpful. Cons The package options don't match what I really need for my business; to have more than one brand available (which we have been using) the package includes lots of additional users (which we don't need) and the price is high. The result is using different apps for each brand. More flexibility about the set up would make all the difference.
