Pros The ability to visualize your brand's social media health at a high level or at a granular level, as well as the flexibility to measure with metrics built into the solution. Cons It would be beneficial if there was an auto-response feature in the tool that would allow you to create and manage auto-responses within the solution. Cons One point - I would have liked to have spoken to someone regarding the plans and how to use the help. Cons Not much to complain about really ... if I had to suggest an improvement, it'd be the ability to bulk schedule further than 6 months into the future, as it's just a CSV file uploaded, so it's not like it's more than 2kb of added data being instructed etc. Review Source JW Jim W. " August 3, 2017 4.0 Pros Being a big fan of other Zoho products in the past, I was excited to see another solution to another obstacle. After experimenting with nearly a dozen various apps with the goal of making our social media accounts more manageable, I am beyond pleased with our experience Zoho Social. The software gives you exactly what you need without overly complicating the process by trying to be something they are not. We have found Zoho Social to be xtremely easy to use with a very simplistic interface. Most Importantly it integrates well with all of our brands with an easy approach to navigating between brands. This might not have all the features out there when it comes to managing social media. However, what they do offer here, in our experience, is better than anything else we tried out there. Cons The only con that arouses during our testing process was we were not able to figure out how to store data associated with each of our brands. It would be helpful if we were able to store things such as hashtags for our posts. Pros It's very straightforward to use and understand - there is plenty of functionality if you want to drill down, but the basic tools are well organised. Very good at making sure that messages are optimised for each social media site. Cons I'd like to be able to re-schedule past posts (I understand that this is possible with the Premium version). It's all made simple with Zoho. Used to work with Hootsuite, but then they raised prices like crazy, doubled to be exact. I got Zoho recommended by a friend entrepreneur. Good call ! Pros First of all, the price. Month by month is more than reasonable. Then, you can choose to add modules like CRM, which is very usefull for startups. Overall, a good tool to make your first steps. Cons Up till now, nothing. Will update if I find something I dislike. Zoho allows you to schedule, see what has already been done and tweak it if you need: REALLY EASILY! The UI is easy to use very user friendly. The calendar function is my favorite part as I love being able to see lots of posts ready to go out! Cons I haven't encountered anything I don't like about Zoho. Ease of use as well as reporting were our top priorities and Zoho Socials App met those priorities. Pros I really like the ability to bulk post as well as measure effectiveness. The insights and reports have made it easier to get an overall measure on each social channel. Cons I wish the platform included a couple more social channels like Pinterest for example. Pros I was an avid Sprout Social user, but as a team of 1 the price tag was a bit steep. I also noticed the price tag being an objecting when suggesting software to clients. Since I started recommending Zoho Social, everyone is happy! The capabilities are comparable to those more expensive platforms but at a price tag that makes total sense. Pros Being able to post on all platforms we use easily at once on the computer or on app-easy connection to instagram, photos show up on Linked-in, connects with Google Plus. Can easily switch between all 3 company divisions/brands. Cons I wish the app had the same capabilities as the desktop version-like the connections, monitor and reports sections. Being able to post to Instagram from desktop would be nice.
