If your an existing Zoho customer, this product will integrate as apart of your suite. All the channels like facebook page, profile, linkedIn page and profile, Instagram, twitter and google plus can be managed, tracked and analysed by the Zoho Social Single app. It is "Must Use" for all businesses be it small, growing or big agencies even. Pros The features and analytics of the posts as well as the SmartQ and CustomQ features. Dashboard of individual channels and combined channels are also good. It lets me plan weeks worth of content in a few hours. The platform is pretty easy to use and the interface looks great. Cons The smartphone app for Android is a little buggy and crashes when opening from a notification. If the smartphone app was better this would be a slam dunk. Cons My biggest problem with Zoho Social is the limited amount of platforms. Pros It's a huge time saver with regard to managing your social media posts. It saves having to access different sites throughout the day. Cons One has to use hashtags on other social media besides Instagram, while uploading to insta. Would be nice if there was an additional box where you could hashtag and those go only to the Insta account. Reason for choosing Zoho Social Zoho has free plans, Hootsuite does not.
