Pros

I really liked the dashboard — it’s clean, intuitive, and gives a quick overview of all social media activities in one place. Cons

The mobile app experience could be improved — it’s not as smooth or feature-rich as the desktop version. Also, the initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of options and settings available.

Pros

Zoho Social makes it easy to manage multiple platforms from one dashboard, which is a huge time saver. I especially love the post-scheduling and content calendar—it helps me stay organized with my brand content. The integration with Canva and performance analytics are both very helpful for planning and adjusting my strategy.

Cons

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the mobile app can feel limited compared to the desktop version. It would be great if more features were accessible on the go. Occasionally, scheduled posts need to be reconnected if a platform times out, which interrupts the flow.

Great I can't really complain! The set up of everything from published posts, scheduled posts, notifications across all areas, and insights on everything make this a great tool to consider for your managing of social media feeds!

Pros

I loved how you can track your social brand (in my case a podcast) across all social feeds (instagram, facebook, x/twitter, etc.) and be able to post and schedule out your posts for set times of the day. I really loved also how it gave you the opportunity to additionally set other times to repeat those posts and have them rescheduled at set times. Other elements that this had that were nice were engagement trends showing growth in specific feeds. Times it appeared the feed posts were heavily engaged, and how you could see comments and replies without having to go into each specific website and app. The interface was very nice and easy to follow. The customer support was really cool. There is someone who reaches out and is available should you have any questions or concerns. They offer a free 15 day trial and during that time they have amazing tutorials but also a rep who will check in on you and offer you help and assistance where needed. I love the task management and insights this site had. I cannot say enough good things about it. It can be a lot to take in but if you just come in with the right frame of mind, look at tutorials, and reach out to the person assigned to you you will find that this product is amazing!

Cons

A lot of stuff to take in initially but there are tutorials that help with it. Just have to be patient.

Great. A solid 89% I'd say. Wish that little stuff I mentioned above did not happen. If its fixed it'd be 100/100.

Pros

The bulk scheduling tool. That was my fav part of the entire tool.

Cons

The fact that the scheduled post disappears after they are scheduled once the subscription is over but doesn't come back when it is renewed. That ticks me off. The app is all great aside from that.

Great experience, the ease of use is incredibly important to me!

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use, very quick and easy to create and schedule posts. The report page is a great summary of how your social channels are performing. I love the different ways to view your scheduled posts, especially the glimpse of your Instagram layout

Cons

I wish the free version had scheduling as well, when my free trial ended I lost all my scheduled posts. I also wish you could schedule a post to push to the app instead of automatically post, I often want to do a few touch-ups in the instagram app because of the way instagram impacts the quality of images.

so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all.

Cons

Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another.
