Pros

I like how easy it is to schedule to multiple platforms at once. It's fairly intuitive and works mostly like a dream.

Cons

The scheduler is finicky sometimes (in that I have to attempt uploads multiple times)

Compared to other products out there, Zoho Social is a very strong tool combining some of the best feature of competitors like Hootsuite, with the comfortability of having native integrations to its in-house CRM (Zoho CRM) and other essential tools like Zoho Desk, all together under the same umbrella and thus facilitating tasks' management for different teams all at once.

Pros

Its constant updates from the Zoho environment and their well-invested effort to stay on top of tendencies, integrations and improvements in user experience.

Cons

Lacks some in-depth integrations in some platforms that might require another integration to complete a robust workflow.

Made my job 50% easier, I can see what sales person is doing, I can track effectiveness, and I can easily reply to messages without logging into different platforms.

Pros

Every social media platform your company users in one place. Not needing to post or login to different platform, and not dealing with security issues of giving different staff members access to different platforms is just briliant!

Cons

I wish it has a lot more automation, for example, AI creating content based on specific settings would have made it more awesome.

My experience has been good it really pumped up my performance in social because of the real time update due to which I can quickly respond to any comment. The collaboration feature is also great so we can take approval in app before uploading anything.

Pros

I like how Zoho Social makes using different social media in one place and I can schedule my post as per required time. The report helps me to sees the performance of my post so I can know where I can improve.

Cons

I dislike the performance speed of Zoho Social while loading the analytics also the integration options are limited which restrict me from connecting it to different software.

I've tested out various tools like buffer, hootsuite, later, loomly, socialpilot, and sprout social. Zoho stands out as the easiest to use and offers the features that best fit my business at the moment.

Pros

I love the ability to have all post go out and not have to worry about them anymore. Alof of others offer similar features but usually I’m turned off by the price or interface of the app or website.

Cons

Some of the current features are more than what i currently need requiring me to pay more but i can justify by the ease of use.
