But, it does the job! Pros The ease of use and connecting social media accounts. It also allows you to see the current posts as well as scheduled posts. The best feature is to be able to schedule posts in advance well ahead of time. Cons The free account is a little limited in terms of features. But, the basic paid version is still reasonably priced. Turns out no other app that claims to schedule does it from within the app (like Buffer; they are based on sending notification and then pushing by the user). That's why am loving it! Cons Would be good to be able to specify groups in Facebook to post to as at the moment it only posts to your main feed. Wish that little stuff I mentioned above did not happen. If its fixed it'd be 100/100. Pros The bulk scheduling tool. That was my fav part of the entire tool. Cons The fact that the scheduled post disappears after they are scheduled once the subscription is over but doesn't come back when it is renewed. That ticks me off. Pros I really enjoy the automation and that I can just adjust my posts as necessary. Zoho allows me to still be creative while being attentive to my family as well. Cons I haven't come across anything that I don't like about Zoho Social. I was able to log on and use the service immediately, but also as i became more experience with the tool, I was able to easily find ways to individualize my experience so zoho was tailored exactly to my business needs. Pros Zoho social makes it super easy to schedule my content of course, but my favorite thing about Zoho is probably how I am able to track activity metrics and make sure that my posts are being as effective as desired. I could always say I am doing well, but its better to back it up with data! Cons I can't think of anything rly... Apps like Facebook and Meta are notoriously horrible. I have used many others like Later.com and Hootsuite. This is the best by far. I am shocked Cons Honestly, nothing. The only thing anyone can really complain about is that it's not quite as "slick" as the other apps visually. But I prefer that. Some apps go too far in trying ot be user friendly that they end up being user-frustrating. Pros It's incredibly easy to use, very quick and easy to create and schedule posts. The report page is a great summary of how your social channels are performing. I love the different ways to view your scheduled posts, especially the glimpse of your Instagram layout Cons I wish the free version had scheduling as well, when my free trial ended I lost all my scheduled posts. I also wish you could schedule a post to push to the app instead of automatically post, I often want to do a few touch-ups in the instagram app because of the way instagram impacts the quality of images.
