I haven't had time to see the results yet, but if the results are as easy to get as using the platform then it will be well worth it. Pros so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all. Cons Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another. Pros I like the features for programming posts; this is the main feature I really enjoy. It helps me to prepare my publications and adapt them to each platform. Cons Maybe some features that it doesn't have; for example, I cannot use location tags with Instagram posts. Pros Zoho allows me to stay ahead of my posting. By having posts scheduled a week or so out, I never miss posting, and we all know that consistency is the key to success. Cons I really cannot think of any cons. The only thing I would change would be the ability to add new emerging social media platforms, but I think that will come very soon. I implement solutions such as zohosocial and other workflows and systems. I think that more people don't understand the value. July 12, 2026 5.0 Overall, it has been very good so far. I am using as a basic tool, limited to two social media platforms. But, it does the job! Pros The ease of use and connecting social media accounts. It also allows you to see the current posts as well as scheduled posts. The best feature is to be able to schedule posts in advance well ahead of time. Cons The free account is a little limited in terms of features. But, the basic paid version is still reasonably priced. I like how it syncs with my drive so I can easily upload content from there. Pros It is great for content management and keyword monitoring. It works well with X, I am able to create and schedule several threads posts. Cons I couldn't modify the media type across social platform. I loved that Zoho offered the same solution for basically the same platforms we had on Jetpack without having to install a new plugin. I added all of my accounts and have been posting successfully for a few months now! Cons I feel like it is hard to track my engagements and respond to comments though. Apps like Facebook and Meta are notoriously horrible. I have used many others like Later.com and Hootsuite. This is the best by far. I am shocked Cons Honestly, nothing. The only thing anyone can really complain about is that it's not quite as "slick" as the other apps visually. But I prefer that. Turns out no other app that claims to schedule does it from within the app (like Buffer; they are based on sending notification and then pushing by the user). That's why am loving it!
