Overall, it has been wonderful switching over to OptiMantra and using this program. I HIGHLY recommend this!

Pros

I LOVE that OptiMantra is always improving their platform and when you have any questions, they are very quick to reply back.

Cons

There is not really anything I would complain about. My whole experience has been wonderful. I do wish that we could change the 2-hour appointment reminder text. Some patients in the beginning of our switch over was overwhelmed and confused if they didn't confirm their appointments.

My overall experience has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has significantly streamlined many aspects of running my practice. Features such as electronic prescribing, online scheduling, invoicing, and patient management help reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency. The customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. While there are a few areas that could be improved, such as payment notifications and calendar synchronization consistency, the benefits far outweigh these minor issues. Overall, it has been a valuable tool for managing and growing my practice.

Pros

Outstanding customer service and support throughout the onboarding process. The electronic prescribing system is easy to use and has greatly improved efficiency in my practice. Online scheduling is incredibly convenient for both me and my clients, eliminating much of the administrative burden associated with phone calls and appointment management. Highly recommend!

Cons

A few minor improvements would make the platform even better. I would appreciate receiving notifications whenever a patient pays an invoice. Additionally, Google Calendar syncing appears inconsistent—sometimes scheduled appointments sync automatically and sometimes they do not.

Overall, I love this system! Like anything there is a learning curve, but the on boarding staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Pros

Everything is accessible and it is easy to use. My patient's have commented that they have no issues.

Cons

Sometimes the check out section can be a little tricky, and thing are not that easy to find. For example discounts are under coupons, sometimes it's confusing.

Very good experience onboarding, generally fast response to tickets. If there is ever a downtime, it's brief, which is important.

Pros

The cost is very reasonable. And, it's easy to add services and modify prices. I like the way I can directly text and email patients and send documents via fax or email.

Cons

Lack of flexibility in scheduling appointments- can only do 15 minute increments. I would prefer 20 minute slots. I would also prefer a better way to order imaging rather than go through the lab workflow. The orders are difficult for radiology departments to read and I cannot specify left or right x-ray or MRI. I can only specify the laterality in the diagnosis which is not adequate for many facilities so I have to rewrite orders.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! I want to note that you can adjust your appointments to 20 minute slots by navigating within the platform to Settings &gt; Scheduling &gt; Org Settings. "Time slot duration on calendar" can be adjusted to 20 minutes here. If you navigate to Settings &gt; Clinical Integrations &gt; Labs &amp; Diagnostics templates, you can create favorite templates for preferred imaging! This includes adding the location (left/right) in the test name. When you're ready to use your favorite templates, they will be easily accessible on the requisition right beside the 'add imaging' button. Thank you again for taking the time to review OptiMantra!

Very user friendly once you keep using it. I am still struggling slightly with emailing patients or getting used to bringing over templates but I am working on it

So far it is very user friendly and security has been on point. Value for the money is def worth it.

Nothing really, but if I had to pick something it would be lack of lab integration with fullscripts.

The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and clearly designed with integrative and aesthetic practices in mind. From charting to patient communication and membership management, everything is seamlessly integrated into one system. I especially appreciate the customizable templates and SOAP note functionality, which streamline documentation without sacrificing clinical detail. The ability to manage packages, memberships, and recurring services is a major advantage for practices offering wellness, hormone therapy, and aesthetic treatments. Customer support has also been consistently responsive and knowledgeable, which is critical when onboarding a new system or troubleshooting in real time.

Cons

One area for improvement is the scheduling interface. While it is functional, it can feel less intuitive compared to the rest of the platform and could benefit from a more streamlined, user-friendly design, particularly for practices managing multiple services, providers, and appointment types. Communications are fast and easy, learning curve is not bad and I love new features being added. I am glad my colleagues recommended it to me.

Pros

Optimantra is easy to learn for both myself and my patients. Setting up appointments, HIPPA compliant communications, sending documents is all straightforward.

Cons

I will have to open multiple screens to see information when writing a patient message, like wanting to double check a medication dose.

I am happy with the product and the price is right for a small practice like mine. Customer service is outstanding.

Pros

This EMR is robust especially at this price point. I have found it relatively easy to use and when I needed help, there was a lot of support that was easy to access. I like the integrations with Fullscripts and various labs.

Cons

making changes to the supplement and medication lists . The learning curve was steep for me but I did not have a lot of experience setting up my own. The daily help sessions can be frustrating as they went to fast for me. However, I was always able to get the help I needed.

I have used many EHR's during my career, but this is the first one I've been able to choose. I'm so happy I found Optimantra suggested in an online forum. I've been very pleased with the product and I deeply appreciate the pricing options for part-time and non-physician providers. This is, by far, the best EHR I've ever encountered.

Pros

I really love the variety of options available for documenting patient visits, from custom forms, dot phrases to AI integrated scribe services. There's something for every brain and I'm finding a combination of all available options is working well for me!

Cons

The self-onboarding is definitely do-able, but can feel overwhelming at times. It would be nice if there were more options for small solo practices for one-on-one onboarding. That being said, working with support has always been pleasant and helpful when I have reached out.

The interface was more appealing that others that I tried in addition to being more geared toward medical providers (vs. Simple Practice). I also found the price to be very reasonable and I liked the variety of options for documentation.

I would say avoid and honestly I wish I kept searching for another software rather than settling for this option. Customer service is very disappointing and seldom able to actually solve or help issues that arise.

Pros

Billing is nice because you can have lots of control over how and what you bill. I also really like the medication ordering

Cons

Very glitchy and lots of documentation issues with drop down menus, and overlapping screens where boxes and columns becomes merged together.
