If there is ever a downtime, it's brief, which is important. **Pros:** The cost is very reasonable. And, it's easy to add services and modify prices. I like the way I can directly text and email patients and send documents via fax or email. **Cons:** Lack of flexibility in scheduling appointments- can only do 15 minute increments. I would prefer 20 minute slots. I would also prefer a better way to order imaging rather than go through the lab workflow. The orders are difficult for radiology departments to read and I cannot specify left or right x-ray or MRI. I want to note that you can adjust your appointments to 20 minute slots by navigating within the platform to Settings > Scheduling > Org Settings. "Time slot duration on calendar" can be adjusted to 20 minutes here. If you navigate to Settings > Clinical Integrations > Labs & Diagnostics templates, you can create favorite templates for preferred imaging! This includes adding the location (left/right) in the test name. When you're ready to use your favorite templates, they will be easily accessible on the requisition right beside the 'add imaging' button. Thank you again for taking the time to review OptiMantra!
