Cons

Ability to process payments within the software stopped working and couldn’t get it fixed again. Would like easier capabilities to get links for appointments and to easily duplicate emails and other settings.

Overall, OptiMantra offers exceptional value for the price. It’s a robust, flexible EMR that truly supports the unique needs of integrative practices. I highly recommend it.

Pros

OptiMantra has transformed the way I run my integrative practice. Scheduling is easy and efficient. New patients can schedule directly through my website via an embedded link, and they automatically receive confirmation emails with links to intake forms and consents—no chasing paperwork. The patient portal is intuitive and well-designed. My patients consistently tell me how user-friendly it is. I love that I can send treatment plans directly through the messaging system, and that patients can upload labs or other documents securely. The educational handout library is another fantastic feature—it empowers patients to access trusted information any time. One of the standout features for me is the seamless integration of Fullscript directly into the chart note—this alone has saved me an incredible amount of time and streamlined my patient workflow. I use this with most of my patients and appreciate how effortless it is to recommend and manage supplements right from the note. I also use the e-prescribing function and lab ordering, both integrated right into the chart note. These features have greatly enhanced my workflow and reduced time spent on administrative tasks. Telehealth has been a smooth experience. The built-in video chat is reliable, and my patients appreciate how easy it is to connect. I’ve spent some time customizing templates for emails and charting, which has made day-to-day documentation much faster and more consistent. Lastly, I can’t say enough good things about the OptiMantra support team—they are consistently responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues, often getting back to me within hours.

Cons

Occasionally I feel like a certain function or task I need to complete might not be intuitive or feels like there are too many steps. But I know the team is constantly updating and improving the system, so I have seen things like this already improve since I have started using OM.

Overall is has been exceptional. Responsiveness from their team is great. The training was comprehensive and it was easy to set up and jump right in to seeing patients. Very cost affordable as well.

Pros

Customer service - very responsive and so many options on how to get needs met. I have always had a fast response which is crucial in this industry.

Cons

Notes - I just don't love the flow of the notes. I would like to have the option for a basic quick phone note to be generated.

I have had very few problems, but when i do have problems, the staff is quick to help me find the solution. Quite often, the solution was already there on the "help" pages and I just didn't look in the right place.

Pros

It's flexible and customizable for many simple situations. There is a lot of potential and they have made numerous upgrades. The best thing about them is they are easy to reach and fast to respond to any questions.

Cons

I would like to be able to graph/track wound sizes over time. For now, I copy and paste an excel chart into the notes. The photo system is geared for aesthetics, so the before and after photos are limited to that. I have to upload all my photos under documents.

Cost was a big factor. I was worried that it was too simple and was going to start with Athena, but the customer service team just stopped answering emails after they had a $600 setup fee and I never heard from them again!

Very good one. So far every feature has been useful although a learning curve is mandatory. The supply management has been the hardest to use so I avoid it.

Pros

I love the flow of the EHR system and the customer service support team with their quick response to tickets.

Cons

The patient educational handout link under email system has a drop down but no search engine so you have to scroll until you find the handout you want. It is cumbersome when you have a long list of handouts.

My overall experience with OptiMantra has been excellent and I've referred several people to OptiMantra as well as organizing a demo to a group of my peers.

Pros

What I like most about OptiMantra is their customer service, they are unbeatable!! This includes IT as well as Sales. I also like the customizability of work flows and the functional medicine templates.

Cons

What I like the least is that fillable templates when populated into subjective notes apostrophes become question marks and not all items populate.

We opted for the supported onboarding, available for an additional fee. It was inexpensive for the support it provided. We had a great guy, \[sensitive content hidden\], who helped us get up and running. Ongoing support has been fast and effective. If there is a problem, it gets fixed quickly. I feel so fortunate to have found this system. It's been perfect for us, exactly what we needed. I sure appreciate how everyone is so helpful.

Pros

I wish I had OptiMantra 20 years ago! We've had OM for a year now. It's a wonderful system, with inventory, and options for multiple types of integration. It's just perfect for for our Chiropractic/Naturopathic/Functional Medicine/ Massage Therapy office. In my experience it is very responsive, and once I learned the system, it was easy to use. I love that our clients can now reschedule online themselves, through their portals, if they need to change an appointment. We both appreciate being able to have HIPAA compliant messaging through the portal as well. Pricing is very reasonable for my small clinic. I truly appreciate this system.

Cons

I can't say there is anything I particularly dislike. So I do not have anything helpful to share here.

The major reason we chose OM was because of the options it had such as inventory and patient portals. We also liked that it had an integration with Fullscript and labs. Pricing was very helpful for us as well.

We had been planning to move totally to electronic a number of years prior, after having just the front desk functions be electronic, but EON Systems went out of business and was no longer supported. (I'm not sure the option TPS Cloud Axis in above question is correct. We did not have a Cloud based program). Finally we were able to identify OptiMantra as a good solution to our needs.

Pros

I love optimantra! It has made my processes so easy. I am a solo provider so it has been super important for things to be easy, efficient, and streamlined. I absolutely love optimantra's daily office hours too. I just jump on those zoom calls when I need help with something. Their customer service is phenomenal. if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Cons

If Ic oudl change one thing, I would make it easier to add consent forms to an appointment in real time. When an appt is scheduled, we should be able to check boxes for which consent forms we want added to the kiosk. That way it would not have to be configured as an add-on ahead of time. The thing I like least is just that every additional add-on service is an added cost. Luckily their basic plan lasted me quite a while before having to add-on features. I do wish there was a very clear way to view the patient experience on optimantra, for each individual patient.

Pros

Optimantra is geared toward functional medicine practices and makes charting non-traditional features easy.

Cons

my MA cannot enter diagnostics in a session while I am charting concurrently. When she enters her results in a general note, I lose all the supplements and continuity is broken with carrying forward the supplements to the next appointment. Very inconvenient.

Pros

After careful research and asking around, I decided to use OptiMantra because it seemed to be a good fit for my small, solo-provider tele/in-person hybrid practice. As a busy mom of 4, I elected to do the provider 1 on 1 onboarding; I found this to be a good use of time and money to jump start my EHR and become familiar much quicker. The prescribing interface is easy to use via MD Toolbox and Fullscript. In addition, I’ve found the administrative tools very helpful for management of payment status. The provider support team has been very responsive and helpful

Cons

A few of my patients have had technical issues. Most seem to have been resolved.

Switching to Optimantra has helped tremendously with my work flow and timeliness in closing charts. The online scheduling is TOP notch. I won't ever switch again. Very satisfied.

Overall, my experience with charting in this system has been mostly smooth. Its a system that supports clinical decision-making while keeping patient data easily accessible. With a few performance improvements, it could be even more reliable and efficient.

Pros

I have been using OptiMantra for the past 2 years, and overall, my experience has been fairly positive. One of the things I like most about the system is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through patients charts, and placing orders feels intuitive and efficient. The system is well-organizes, and the customizable templates make documentation much faster, which is a big plus during busy clinic.

Cons

What I like least is about the system is that it can sometimes be slow to load certain features, there are occasional downtimes that interrupt workflow, which can be frustrating during high volume days.

Pros

Optimamtra has the key features that I need: e-script, fax, intake forms, and charting format that is easy.

Cons

Optimantra cost is higher than some other EHR and there is an additional cost for more providers and to add some features that are needed for practice.

I am happy with the product and the price is right for a small practice like mine. Customer service is outstanding.

Pros

This EMR is robust especially at this price point. I have found it relatively easy to use and when I needed help, there was a lot of support that was easy to access. I like the integrations with Fullscripts and various labs.

Cons

making changes to the supplement and medication lists . The learning curve was steep for me but I did not have a lot of experience setting up my own. The daily help sessions can be frustrating as they went to fast for me. However, I was always able to get the help I needed.

I've had a great experience with the EMR software! It does everything I need it to. Patients say that the patient portal is pretty easy to use, as well.

Pros

It's very easy to use. The setup for my clinic went very smooth. I love the fact that patients can go to my website, book an appointment, and pay all in one place.

Cons

So far, I have not had any issues with the EMR system. I really have no complaints at all. There is not anything I would change.

After searching for a suitable EMR, I was grateful to come across Optimantra! Some of the key features that I love are the integrations with FullScript and Rupa Labs. As functional medicine, telehealth provider, these two features alone make the communication with my clients efficient and effective. Also, the ability for my clients to book online is amazing. The guidance I received during the onboarding and beyond implementation has been stellar. (Shout out to Jenna who is always there for me!) As many other platforms underdeliver and overcharge, Optimantra is priced amazing and delivers better than the pricey competitors. I highly recommend this EMR!

When clients have the page in their browser too long and then book an appointment, they could double book

This EMR is so easy to use and customer service is Excellent. I can call or text and get an answer usually within an hour. Since I have started using OptiMantra many of the suggestion I would give to improve the charting experience have been implemented. It is like I have created my own EMR that works for me and my practitioners. They are constantly upgrading the system and they provide prompt trainings for them. They are excellent in their communication to me in regards to their updates.

Pros

What I like most about the software is that it is easy to use. The company has made great tutorials that are easy to understand and help implement. I like that I can customize my SOAP layout to my preferences. The ease of making protocol templates helps with reducing my charting time. The annotated images are great to being able to easily mark where I am doing injections and or pain areas for my patients. They implemented a symptom tracker within the SOAP that is invaluable in tracking my patients progress according to their symptoms. Overall It is an easy EMR to use and I have been a happy client for 4 years now.

Cons

Features that I wish were there is the lab integration. I wish I could have my lab results come directly into the charts so I don't have to type them all the time. This is an issue with the lab company I use and not Optimantra but each are speaking to each other and I am hopeful that one day this will be a feature available to me. Another feature is I wish I had a tab within the current chart when I am typing that I could hit to get the last chart's information for just that section for example the ROS. I wish they carried over and then I could remove or add new ones with just a click instead of going thru ALL of them again. I also wish they had a MOBILE version because so many of my patients use their phone to fill out the consent forms and intake forms. For me I would like to easily check my daily schedule on my phone with an APP.

Software is really comprehensive - there is so much more depth than the other EMR tools I've tried. The team has been very helpful throughout the onboarding process and they offer daily office hours whenever I run into a question.

Pros

Configurability of the intake and charting sections allow me to customize based on the type of patient I'm seeing; robust treatment plans and patient portal enable me to share information with patients and remain HIPAA compliant; the tasks and CRM functionality help me engage patients and stay on top of follow-ups

Cons

The platform includes a lot of features so it took me a few days to figure out exactly how I wanted to set it up to suit my practice needs

### "Optimantra - Great Scheduling/EHR"

Optimantra has automated the workflow in our office to the point that we can spend more time focusing on patient care and patient customer service. The support team at Optimantra is responsive and easily reached through their Feedback and Ticket features.

Pros

We liked the support we received even before we decided to purchase the software. We were impressed with it's ease of use, and the ability to quickly transition from our prior EHR to Optimantra. We were attracted to the fact that it was both a scheduling software and an EHR. We liked the visual layout of the screens, the ease at which both physicians and staff could learn the system, and the intuitive flow from one aspect of the software to the next. We liked all the features it provided(E-prescribing, integration with labs, reports, inventory, customizing the scheduler, etc...) The cost was also a benefit.

Cons

There are no cons that I can list at this time.
