Very professional and I have already recommended to anyone using Airbnb.

Pros

One happy customer! I’m still only about 1/2 done with onboarding but the time I have gotten back from guest communications and writing reviews which are now automated with Guesty, has allowed me to work on more strategic stuff like renovations and marketing for high season. As a small business owner with a full time day job, I can’t tell you how much this service has already helped me. Also, I am consistently getting higher reviews because my customers feel like I am dedicating more time to the with the automated communications. Once I am completely on boarded, I will also bring in consistently higher booking rates since the other connection channels will provide me more visibility to sites like booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia... Thanks Guesty!

Cons

I wish I had more time to dedicate to to make it go faster. I would actually pay someone to do it for me.

Guesty has released me from being tied to an office all day. I can now run my business from my laptop - anywhere in the world! I searched for years to find a system that would actually work & is user friendly for holiday rental managers such as myself.

Pros

So easy to use & great graphics. The reports I can create for my business & housekeeping tasks are amazing!

Cons

The reports for owners are something to be looked at.

After trying for so long to figure how to run my growing bussiness I ran into Guesty and eversince I have a constant smile on my face. Guesty's end-to-end serivce allows me to sleep better at night, knowing that they have my back and for that I would be forever greatfull.

Pros

It is so easy to use and helps automate the numerous processes and communications with guests from one point. It is a reasonably easy interface to use and can be used on any device.

Nothing much - perhaps less tabs to jump between

Pirce and Customer service taking 2-5 days to reply to a urgent query with another question. Then taking 5-10 days to reply to the answer

Nice graphics, big clear fonts, easy navigation, somewhat user-friendly

Cons

There is literally no customer support for small hospitality I guess. I had an issue with login for the last 15 days because the pw reset does not send any reset email and there was no email or anyone I can write to or speak to. I am at a lost on how to respond to the inquiries in my inbox! So, the support could be faster when one is logged in, however, in my situation, it is really a cause for concern.

The best PMS on the market, and also the most expensive.

Pros

Everything! Especially I really like layout, futures, and stability. I never had problems with this tool and I was a super happy customer. With this software your short-rental business will be automized, your calendars on multiple channels will be integrate and general you'll not complain.

Cons

The price, This system is too expensive for all types, from Vacation rentals till Pro company's, because Guesty charge 3%-5% for each reservation and they charge you also for every cancellation. It's way too much for SAAP platform. Also, you they are not integrate with Trip Advisor and Home away.

Pros

You can customize it to your own needs and services., They have an app where you can see all your rental properties and forget about making mistakes. It definitely facilitates your life.

Cons

you have to use united rentals if you want to obtain VRBO/HomeAway

I was evaluating software for implementation into an agency of 350+ properties, I was aiming to streamline operations and found Guesty to be good, but not the best, for this.

Pros

Channel Manager that works out of the box with good mapping to multiple channels including AirBNB & HomeAway.

Cons

I did not find Guesty's automation toolset to be as strong as other property management tools in the marketplace.
