Their staff is super helpful, they are always willing to teach and solve any question we may have.

Pros

You can customize it to your own needs and services., They have an app where you can see all your rental properties and forget about making mistakes. It definitely facilitates your life.

Cons

you have to use united rentals if you want to obtain VRBO/HomeAway

Reason for choosing Guesty

It seemed to be the best for our needs and had great reviews.

I was evaluating software for implementation into an agency of 350+ properties, I was aiming to streamline operations and found Guesty to be good, but not the best, for this.

Pros

Channel Manager that works out of the box with good mapping to multiple channels including AirBNB & HomeAway.

Cons

I did not find Guesty's automation toolset to be as strong as other property management tools in the marketplace.

Our hospitality management seemed like a daunting task but we are putting everything in Guesty and it's much simpler than we even thought!

Pros

Guesty does everything we thought it would and more! The hospitality management software will streamline our processes and save us so much time.

Cons

It almost does too much but thankfully the permissions can be configured to keep things simple.

Scheduling integration.

Pros

I really like the integration with multiple channels on the schedule. It makes things very convenient and track-able.

Cons

The most challenging this has been just the time to setup all of the integration. This concept is somewhat new, so there have been several bugs along the way - but the support team is on it.

More time to focus on growing my business.

Pros

Without a doubt, the most impressive feature is the seamless integration with many other property management tools.

Cons

To gain access to the entire suite of what's offered, most importantly the Receptionists service, requires an additional set up fee on top of the 2% markup to the already existing percentage per reservation fee. I think the extra percentage markup is fair; however, the extra set up fee is excessive when most of that can be set up without additional consultation.

I am still doing the on boarding process which apparently takes more than a few weeks, i have not had any problems although i would had liked that process to be faster, but its understandable.

The pricing is unbelievable. $1000 onboarding, $60 per property compared to other companies who are $10-$20 each property.

It was suppose to solve my rental issues an I dislike it very much.

Pros

I honestly only liked the customer service. I am using this for my new rental and I am having a hard time with it.

Cons

The platform is not user friendly at all. I find it to be very difficult to follow and I am a smart person.
