overall a good experience. It's my first STR management platform and it feels like it does everything I need it to do.

Pros

responsive product, easy to see the calendar and make adjustments on the fly. Great owners portal, easy to upload documents for them to review.

Cons

You have to be tech savvy to understand the ins and outs of the platform. There is a lot going on, and it takes time going through it all and understanding where everything is.

I love how responsive Support is—I always receive the help I need. The Help Center articles are my go-to resource whenever I’m searching for answers. Guesty’s features are very user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the unified inbox across platforms.

Cons

Some features are difficult to locate in the mobile app, and it seems that certain functionalities may not be accessible on mobile at all.

### "Seamless calendar "

It’s pretty good for what it can do. I tried to get guests pay and that was a negative experience specially with the holds that they do.

Pros

I like the integration across various platforms which allows for a seamless calendar migration and no room for confusion and overbooking.

Cons

I would say the price is the most negative for me. I have 10 properties and pay over $700 dollars a month.

Pros

### "Good pms without fixed costs"

Positive, customer support is very responsive. Many features available and there are more added periodically in the marketplace.

Pros

The all in feature of a property manage solution with many ways to automate the processes. I wish there would be more channels where to publish our properties though

Cons

The commission based on the sold rooms without fixed costs, this is an important feature to adjust the costs of this system based on its usage

### "A great tool for property managers"

Pros

is a full fledged Property Management System, which excels in gathering all the information needed for a streamlined workflow in one place. While it is easy to use, it is also a very powerful tool to both manage owners, communicate with guests, automate operations and everything in between.

Cons

There some hiccups when connecting to the OTAs, namely the importation of some of the information is not always accurate. Customer support deserves a bit more attention, as it sometimes is slow to answer.

Very good overall. There is a lot to learn and it takes quite a few sessions to get your head around everything. The product is very well thought out and can do so much.

Pros

Great product and fantastic service. Love the integration with the OTA, the accounting and ability to have dynamic pricing.

Cons

Time to deploy and implement initial product was a little long, but it is a complex and wide ranging product. Is a little pricey!

Very good. I like how it is make. It is not as intuitive as Airbnb for instance at first sight but the tool is very easy to become familiar with.

The customer support. team is really reactive getting back to you and take the time to explain everything to you by calling.

Some features could be improved. It would be very useful that teams send to us every 3 months what we would like to improve and then gather this data of every users to update the tool.

Constant evolution, webinars about new functions, webinars about STR topics with peers. Easy interface. Pretty decent AI chatbot.

Cons

Not the cheapest. Tasks should be visible in the/a calendar. First time integration with vrbo, home to go is a mess once it goes wrong.

Had a rough start but got supported thru and assisted to get it all right now runs really smoothly feel I am getting more bookings using the pricing option

Synchronisation, one place of all bookings, app so easy to use, customer support is good, feel secure in using the app. Training was really good

Cons

that vrbo does not work the same as bdc and abb and can’t cancel advance notice icon on the mobile app

Price optimizer seemed a waste of time in our area, so I only subscribed for a month of so. Can be pricey software having to pay per unit, especially being a small business.

### "Best PMS out there!"

9.5/10. I think it's the best PMS out there and I've worked with a lot of them. It has the most functionality, but some areas can still be refined.

Pros

The ability to have all my listings in one place, create owner statements, and accounting all in one place.

Cons

I think the accounting side could be improved, but overall it's way better than other platforms. I think AI could be used here to make the process easier for owner expenses, etc.

### "Good platform but onboarding disappointed "

Overall was good good platform but I feel like I am not finished with many of features still we don’t know where to ask as well

On boarding process was not great what we experienced . We have lots of doubts to be cleared which is not yet done

On boarding need to be better way , if the client is not satisfied also they are not ready to help. They just wanted to finish their timing even it was not done they say bye

has been a life saver for my business. Automation is a key factor from messages to cleaners to owners to setting up new listings. Guesty has saved me so much time.

Pros

I have been able to automate my processes to save me so much time. Easily links to platforms, cleaners software, owners portal and my website.

Cons

Training takes a long time, it took months. If there was less time between sessions this would be better.

I have used a LiveRez and Avantio in the past. they were cumbersome to say the least. Guest is easy to use, has great features, value priced, and staff support is great!

Pros

EVERYTHING! Calendar management, accounting software, customer support. Very mobile friendly. Live support 24/7

Cons

Nothing, it is a great software. I have usedvery large systems and have tried to do it myself. I have been managing properties for 10 years and this is the best system. In fact, if I could have designed a system, it would look just like !
