Great management software, takes the headache out of managing multiple properties and avoids problems like double bookings in the calendar.

Pros

Smooth rental management. Having messaging automated and all in one place makes it a lot easier to manage bookings.

Cons

Sometimes the app logs you out. It's a little annoying to have to log back in when this happens, otherwise no issues.

It’s been great, especially now that they have live support! That has changed everything. It is nice being able to talk to somebody live on the phone.

Pros

The accessibility and efficiency of the app. It has made it a easy process when showing new employees how to navigate it.

Cons

The notifications can have odd delivery times/show notifications when nothings there. Sometimes I will have messages and there is no message.

Customer service, always responsive and very skilled in answering. There is no issue that they cannot handle.

Cons

The overviews are not that great and can be made much better. Attribution is hard to get, you need lots of data manipulation for this. Limited reporting.

We migrated to from another PMS and it's in fact much better and robust. The owners portal is a game changer. Opportunities in support and API.

Robust software with a lot of functionalities. Constantly bringing in new features and the PMS works great. It's also customizable.

Cons

API is not really robust and we've had some difficulties to adapt it to basic features (like a calendar widget). Support is OK but not the best.

I really appreciate how the cleaning tasks are organized. Each job shows the property address, the checkout time, guest notes, and any special instructions the host adds. As a cleaner who works with vacation rentals, using has honestly made my job a lot easier. Before, I was constantly chasing updates—checking texts, group chats, and spreadsheets just to know when a checkout changed or when a last-minute booking came in. With Guesty, everything shows up clearly, and I get notified right away when a new cleaning job is assigned.

Cons

If I had one wish, it would be that the app sometimes loads faster and that notifications were a bit more consistent, but overall it’s been a really helpful tool. It keeps my work organized, reduces miscommunication, and lets me focus on doing a good job instead of tracking down information.

We switched from for Hosts to Guesty and received excellent support throughout the process. This made the switch quite easy, and we quickly found our way around the new Guesty platform. We had imagined it would be more difficult and were pleasantly surprised. It now almost completely meets our needs. We would just like a few more options in the calendar view. Overall, a solid solution that we can recommend.

It makes my daily work so much easier. I couldn't do without ! Guesty is a mature solution that runs stably and that we can rely on.

Cons

We would also like the option to mark bookings with flags in the calendar, so that we can immediately see who has booked parking spaces. Another possibility would be to use color to differentiate the guests in the calendar.

We are transitioning to from another system and like it thus far. During the transition it is important for the Guesty transition team to take things a little slower and assume the customer has basic knowledge with spreadsheets, uploads, submitting tickets etc.

I like the ease of use; the menus are structured nicely. What do I like - the calendar, the property screens, the owner screen. I like the fact that you can add different columns on the Properties and Reservation screens.

Cons

Accounting feature could be enhanced with an end of month P&L statement. I would like a better layout for saved "Upcoming Bookings" and filters.

It syncs to booking perfectly. The calendar view is intuitive and the customer support is amazing. Every time we had a problem we got an answer within a few hours

Rate plans became hidden (only accessible through search). The Ux changes a little every few months and things move a little. For example - manual blocking.

The onboarding was smooth. The person guiding us made everything easy to understand. The system is powerful and helps with booking, communication, and team tasks.

The onboarding person quickly understood our business, and was genuine and proactive in suggesting ways the system can improve our operations. She was patient and explained the processes clearly..She expressed a goal that the system should pay for itself by helping us increase revenue. The system itself is well-designed and seems very secure. It is easy to use and makes our work more efficient.

Cons

Some features take time to understand at first, but support helps a lot. Most features are intuitive, but a few seem more complicated than expected. TIme and experience will help, as wtih any new systems.

Still waiting from an answer from management regarding a compensation. If Guesty is a serious company, they will refund me.

Pros

Easy to use with differnt channel manager. Easy to speak with guests

Cons

Accounting not working properly. We lost a lot of money because of this issue.

I am thinking of going back with Lodgify as it is too much of an issue for us to have accounting issues with

has saved time and easy to manage multiple booking platforms without errors.

Pros

Saving time and avoiding errors with bookings on multiple bookin channels.

Cons

Functions that are useful suddenly change and are replaced with others not so user friendly.
