Overall, my experience with has been excellent. The platform is feature-rich, easy to manage multiple listings, and the automation tools save significant time. Its channel management, reporting, and unified inbox make running short-term rentals much more efficient and streamlined.

Pros

Easy to use on laptop and mobile device message pops up everything you can block the calendar on mobile device

Cons

provides a very wide range of tools — channel management, automation (messaging, tasks), owner portals, reporting — making it very powerful for scaling a short‑term rental business.

Adequate, the issue with connectivity still needs to be addressed esp with VRBO. The response time is great.

Pros

Quick response. If I have an issue I do get a thorough response back, the staff does give a detailed step guide on the connectivity issue.

Cons

Bugs and issues with connectivity. The software still has some issues and a couple of times I had to navigate cancelling a reservation because does not connect well with VRBO.

We are still on the onboarding program. it is well organized and the entire ecosystem is super reactive even proactive

many many messages that are not adapted to the stage we are in = on boarding process. also not always personalized to French market but solutions are coming quickly;

### "Many Kinks to Still Work Out"

Pros

Bookings sync very well and the lock management is efficient. I have never had an issue with double bookings.

Cons

There are many problems with message automation, cleaners can't upload photos, price optimizer is not accurate, and customer service is just okay. There are many kinks they need to address. I also wish there were push notifications.

Great software for property managers and property hosts. After exploring many of the options out there, we keep coming back to at each renewal period.

Cons

Previously customer service time lags were an issue, but that has now been fixed and we have an exceptional account manager in \[sensitive content hidden\] .

Overall, except for the inconvenience of having to move a month or two sooner than expected because of a linkage issue (what she told me), I had a good experience as a user.

Pros

It had a very clean, intuitive user interface and was very easy to use. I was sent a link from a VRBO host that also has AirBNB listings and they started using when I stayed with them, I guess connected to both platforms (maybe others, I'm not sure). It was very easy to book.

Cons

The business side of the interface I'm not so sure about because the VRBO host was willing to host for a few months but somehow the calendar allowed a 3 day window for an AirBNB listing to be booked. I'm not sure if that was user error or software error with linking the VRBO and AirBNB accounts, but I know someone else booked and I had to unexpectedly leave the VRBO and find a rental quicker than anticipated

Overall, this is a software that I have had positive experiences with and will continue to use and recommend.

Pros

I appreciate that everything is simple to use and easily accessible from the dashboard. I have also had positive interactions with customer support.

Cons

there seem to be some issues with the onboarding of the software in some instances. But it's hard to label this as an absolute con as long as customer support is vigilant in their assistance.

very very disappointing, they make things harder, not easier

Pros

is the worst software i have ever used. It made managing calender so hard, especially for pricing. it is not making things easier, it makes running business so much harder. The software is very clumsy, hard to use, what is even worse, they assigned me to a tech support in the US and i only get to speak to him once a week. It caused dramatic loss for our business during new year high season as lots of properties were booked at very low price. The prcing setting is just a joke, the airbnb price overwrote all the prcce in other platforms. There was no tech support, we can only communicate via email. I told them i will stop using it but they keep charging me for 3 months, every months $800 USD even though i didn't use it at all. It is such a joke.

Cons

The process is just so hard, they make things harder to manage all my properties (50 properties). They have unclear pricing, i didn't have any active listing as i quit after the first few days but they still charge me $800 USD each month. there is not tech supprot, no telephone number to call. We are already busy everday, they make all the settings hidden and even harder than airbnb to manage

### "All on one"

It was fun it was awesome and it was clean professional. Loved communicating directly without playing text or telephone catch.

Pros

Guests provided an all in one app to upload load images to property manager, cuts out the extra step of inspection time. Allowed to input any issues and loved the update buttons per each clean.

Cons

At first it was a little complicated to navigate and join all users to view the same information. Little trouble shooting fixed.

Fantastic and really all encompassing. Its very seamless and well built

Pros

is really a top notch software through and through. I have used 2 other STR PMS in the past and Guesty blows them out of the water. Customer service and support is lightening fast, which is funny because when I was evaluating multiple platforms, that was a con of Guesty, but it is the best of any software I have used.

Cons

There are some little changes that should be easy to make and would make the platform slightly quicker to use ( think "ctrl-enter" to send a message)

has been great so far. I've interacted with both the software and the support teams and the are both top notch.

Pros

Very robust offering and is constantly improving. The owner portal is outstanding and I really appreciate the Guest App. The message automations are gamechangers for simplifying and automating guest communication.

Cons

accounting is improving but still forces some manual work that shouldn't be needed. I'm optimistic that is will continue to improve.

Pros

Ease of use, wide range of functionality and constant updates. The tools available in the PMS are as if you were a large operator so no matter where you are in your journey you will always be ready for that next level.

automated messaging, and online booking engine are the options that were refreshing to use

Pros

From all the other platforms that I have reviewed this is the most comprehensive with the fewest kinks vs others that have some features that work well and others that dont play nice with all the different booking platforms, has been on top of making sure that each platform works well with their system.

Cons

it can be a little daunting to navigate all the variables but that is part of this business so you just have to be attentive. There 1on1 training is very good to accomodate this.

### "Best-in-class short-term rental PMS software"

Pros

We have been customers for over 4 years, and have remained satisfied throughout our experience. We believe Guesty has been and continues to be a best-in-class PMS solution for short term rental / vacation rental managers. Although its cost may be higher than that of various competitors, the product is a market leading product, and we believe is well worth any premium they charge compared to competitors. Guesty also has a deep bench of talented individual backing the product, and this is foundational to their success - they have a fast velocity of new features, their customer service when something does break (as is inevitable with any product as complex as Guesty) is excellent, and they find creative ways to add value for the customer (e.g. through webinars, conferences, etc.). We expect to continue to be Guesty users for years to come.

Cons

Price can be a consideration for some users, but the product was well worth it for us

So not inpressed, Was overcharged for listings and requested a refund? This was approved. Whilst clarifying and waiting for the refund. my subscription was cancelled. And now I can't contact when I log into my account. So they're certainly not there to help people.

Pros

platform is reasonably easy to use, but they don't tell you you need an airbnb listing also to use their platform

Cons

the inconsistent communication when lodging a ticket. Multiple answers but no outcome

Excellent to this stage. I have been guided thorugh the onboarding process with a lot of details and patience by \[sensitive content hidden\] and hope to get the same level of expertise in the future.

Pros

is a very complete and professional tool for property managers like me. OTA's are legion; changes are coming fast and Guesty helps me to keep up the pace, analyze competition and organize my tasks in very coherent manner. Saving time and energy is a bit costy, but it's worth it.

Cons

It could appear as too complicated for some users. But with the dedication of experts, the user experience will get easier with time.

Overall it’s okay, lots of work to get everything set up and integrated. Seems to be working fine just not the best user interface

Pros

The concept of being able to handle different platforms and integrating them in one calendar. Automatic messaging.

Cons

Mobile app and mobile webpage are not good for making changes to Properties and other tasks. I have to use my laptop to do most things .

Pros

Great value for the money. The user inference is very ready to understand and smooth. My team was able to adopt it quickly.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to learn the dashboard. So there is a learning curve, fortunately the customer support is helpful.
