Pros Easy for clients to use which is essential and the team at Courier Manager have been amazing to deal with. Cons The biggest feature that was missing for us was for clients to be able to prepurchase labels in bulk, however Courier Manager responded to this very quickly and is currently under development. Getting the Integration to work with some platforms is not very smooth again however this is improving continuously. Cons Software has some things which requires improvement, like any software. But the most thing what I don't like is support. I mean replying to emails takes too long or you never even get a response.. I know that we aren't your big client and you guys are too busy, but because of that we were thinking about changing the application provider. I think that you could lose current/future customers if it doesn’t get better. Reasons for choosing couriermanager First of all It seemed very good application and acceptable price. We thought we were thinking similarly because we are geographically and mentally close, I mean you will understand our problems and requirements sooner than someone from India or the Arab world.
