Shiprocket deducted money from my wallet without any reason and failed to resolve the issue even after multiple complaints. Their support team keeps giving scripted replies and delays refunds. This feels like unfair billing and misuse of seller trust. I’ve completely lost confidence in the platform. Pros Honestly, nothing much to like. The only “good” part is how quickly they deduct money without notice — faster than their delivery speed. Even technical glitches seem to work more efficiently than their support team. Cons Repeated unauthorised deductions, false Fastrr charges, and very poor customer support. Totally unethical and frustrating. Pros Ease of use in user panel. Low freight rates. Fast website and mobile app. Easy sync between mobile app and webs panel. Cons See AWB No. 14326542626492 where courier had raised weight dispute and I had submitted all packaging pics to prove correctness of my applied weight and volume. Nobody at Shiprocket ever sees those pictures and in this case also they simply ignored how the courier has turned my 9 kg weight into 13 kg. No one responds to any issues and they just say that your issue is forwarded to concerned team. Rarely does anyone from concerned team respond. Even if they do, its extremely late and that too after constant follow ups. The solution, if provided does not solve the problem. Rather, issues keep piling up. And you end up switching to another provider after 3-4 months. Pros Their UI/UX is nice which is a core attraction point in the initial stage. The ability to start shipping for a very small sized startup is the only positive part of their model. Cons They always try to make money out of sellers by imposing unjustified weight discrepancy charges. Their pricing is significantly higher than direct logistic partners and service is absolutely pathetic. You can set multiple pickup points for your shipments which ensures faster delivery and minimizes shipping cost. Cons Currently, I have no dislikes about Shiprocket. We thought we were using the best service in India up until we analysed and realised we were paying three times of what the freights should have been and they are NOT helpful at all Pros Website was okay to use, they have tie ups so can deliver at most places Cons NEVER use this company. It's a scam, for each shipment they put a weight discrepency which is a nightmare to resolve, even after giving all proofs of weights, etc. they would deny the claims. We lost so much money because of them, and have finally shifted to Rapidshyp - a much better smoother experience.
