Pros: It doesn't take a lot to setup pages to crawl, and once you do, it's almost a set it, and forget it experience. The tool does all the heavy lifting, you just look for the changes and decide what's important. It can even flag certain issues with different priorities, which are customizable. You can get a daily report on anything that changed from the previous day, and look out for high priority issues.

Cons: The tool is pretty basic and compares the code from one day to another. There are more advanced options to categorize keywords, pages, competitors, etc., but there are better tools out there for competitive analysis. You can get really far into the weeds looking at page changes for competitors, so unless you have time to burn, this tool should be used for basic changes to priority pages on your site.
