Pros: The features provided out of the box are very user friendly and easy to use. The mobile app is pretty robust and I like that the card scanner integrates with the software.

Cons: It was a bit pricey compared to other CRM systems in the same category. I was able to do more customization with a lower priced CRM.

Pros: The very helpful thing about Zoho CRM is that it automates vital sales tasks and it¿s excellent connectivity with many of google apps makes maximal use of social media too.It also features a dedicated conversational assistant Zia which can provide you your status in every form. From gantt charts to monthly revenue information all features are provided. It also features multi-user portals which turned out be very helpful for our team, encryption and predictive AI with Mobile SDK and app distribution on their most popular enterprise plan.

Cons: The price for a standard user is moderate but it doesn't features things like personal assistant for a standard plan. They require much more money for the services mentioned above. Despite the great features offered by Zoho CRM. Sometimes bugs can also occur in new features. We have pointed out a few improvements and the customer response time was good and they dealt with our problems efficiently

Seriously, the best CRM software out there for the money when combined with all their products

Pros: First off, I own, manage & work at a Business IT and WebDesign business, located in the Kansas City, MO area...

The Zoho CRM platform is very intuitive and easy to use immediately. Plus, for the money, it's the best in my opinion. Now, dedicate a few days to learn the CRM, combined with their other products... You seriously have the best solution out there I've ever seen and I've tried them all. Additionally, Zoho is priced far below the competition for what you get. Third party integrations for big names like Google and Facebook are amazingly simple to add and configure. Spend a few days on the trial period, dedicated a couple hours a day to learning their CRM, combined with the other solutions they provide that fit your needs... and you'll be spoiled compared to any others. Customer support is rather good, although based in India. I never had a problem or experienced a debacle they were not happy to help me with. Also, the company Zoho.. Across the board is moving forward every week/month with new features and updates to not only the CRM here but, their entire plethora of SaS solutions.

If you are familiar with CRM's... I won't bore you with what it does. You already know what a CRM should provide and Zoho CRM does by far and then some. The learning curve really is not that bad, even then, there really is no limit you can take this platform to if you dedicate the time to learn and set it up.

Bottom line: Zoho CRM, combined with their other solutions... IS THE BEST

Cons: Honestly... I can not complain that much. The only complaint I have is this... Yes, they are far below the competition in terms of price when considering the big names out there.. However, if you are a power user like myself.. You want all the options. Even though they are cheaper than the others.. I really hate (across the board, all companies included) that their subscription pricing is a "per user" type setup. Being an IT business, you understand inner workings of resource usage... I really think all these companies should be tiered in groups of 5 - 10 users and the price will increase at that point but, I digress...

In the beginning of my startup phase (Having one employee besides myself), I really found it hard justifying the cost "per user" to use any CRM software. However, my end goal for the company was automation of anything Consumer Relations, related so.. honestly, I chose to save a couple bucks and went the open source route. Well, yeah.. It worked that way but honestly, it was open source but, closed. Anything I wanted that was not built by the community was insanely time consuming to implement. BUT.. It cost nothing that way and I didn't pay a per user fee. However, time is money AND... my implementations would have to be rebuilt anytime I wanted to update the core functionality.

So, long story short... These companies really shouldn't be implementing a per user subscription model. Truth be told, 1 - 10 employees takes the same resources on their end.. :/

Overall: Price, easy of use, endless expansion, integration capabilities with big name companies already built in... and mostly... Insight. I am by far one the most insightful IT companies around in my area because I use this software. It's probably what pushed us past the competition.

Worked with this for 2 years. Was good might be the second best.

Pros: Loved the daily email alerts on follow ups, etc. I would recommend to anyone as a great CRM. Easy to download list on excel as well as mobile app. However the app does have some limitations.

Cons: Easy to use but not as well as other CRM. Would recommend as a good start up to use but feel other's on the market offer more.

Overall: As I mentioned before the daily email list of clients to follow up on was a huge benefit. Yes you could do it on your normal calendar, however I loved having it sent via email.

Its a great software for mid size firms!

Cons: Its slightly more expensive than the competitor and slightly more complex to use. It will make sense if youre a growing firm.

Pros: Zoho crm is fully customizable for your needs. You can add fields, modules, webforms etc. it¿s very user friendly and there is a lot of documentation available.

Cons: Zoho crm is full customizable however there are mandatory default fields and modules which you are unable to delete. Makes it less organized.

Pros: The price tag is a big plus for this software. They are innovative and come out with new features all the time. It has a powerful lead management capabilities and we especially love the live chat feature and the social media functionality.

Cons: The only place I would take a star away is due to the aggressive market that it sits in. Companies like SalesForce has especially mastered lead management and are very innovative in this space

Pros: We set up pretty quickly and it does most everything we need. Good basic reporting and intuitive to use.

Cons: Customer support stinks. I sent an email request for a simple question. It took 24 hours to respond and then it was to schedule a remote session on India standard time. Had no idea what it meant. After I responded in frustration they then suggested I try using Chrome instead of internet explorer, which did solve the problem. They should have live chat to answer simple issues like that.

Pros: Zoho CMR stands out for me since I am able to send my invoices, write letters and plan campaigns on social media all in one place

Cons: It took us a little more time to understand the integration but i am hopeful, since we grow better day by day

Pros: It allows me to chat or call a sales assistant with artificial intelligence to get all the necessary information from my client. Also, it gives me a lot of analytical information such as graphics, funnels or anomalies to have a better success in my sales of the day.

Cons: It needs to be a bit more intuitive, because when you start using the software it becomes a bit difficult, which improves while you use it.

Pros: I've used Zoho CRM extensively, after testing out several alternatives. I was able to get all my contacts in there very easily, and whenever I needed to look anything up, or record any info, it was no problem. Very good, usable software.

Cons: I have to be honest, there wasn't really anything I disliked. I tried other CRM products, and found that Zoho had all the things that one or another of those would be missing.

Pros: The tool does keep a 1 place for all the contacts, leads accounts and all the other modules Zoho has to offer. it is a place that you can keep your emails attached to your customers.

Cons: The problem is the organization can get messy. zoho books and projects link up to the CRM but they can be slow to update on both ends and sometimes feels like more work than reward. the lead section has the sales cycle but the sales cycle does not work with our sales cycle. we have used the Zoho products for 2 years but now might start switching to a ne system

Overall: it really depends what you are looking for. this can be customizable and is nice for that but set u can be a pain and might lack features need in your business

Pros: There are a lot of additional support tools from ZOHO to fully customize the pieces and parts we need to run our business. We use the CRM, surveys, and social posts and all of these software talk to each other to keep us up to date on the latest leads for our sales team.

Cons: Some of the software is paid monthly and some are paid and renewed yearly. I wanted to consolidate my account to have only one receipt for each month or year, but the accounting team at ZOHO said they could not do that.

Overall: Daily organization of business contacts and leads.

Pros: You are able to keep track of you sales process by customization and categorizing the process from prospects to complete sales for example.
Allows for arranging of customer details and information in an orderly manner making there retrieval to be easy.

Cons: Requires the extra effort of looking for the customer information as the process is not automated and requires users input.

Pros: Improvement in lead conversion rates. Revenue increase per sales person. It is going to number 1 CRM in coming few years. Very good software. Zoho CRM decreased sales and marketing costs.

Cons: Zoho makes software not solutions, so may not meet the requirement of some enterprise. I don't think there are to much cons in this software.

Pros: I love that you can literally create your own workflow. The automation rules and blueprints and the ability to create custom fields and design each page of the CRM to display what you need is just superb. I've explored a lot of CRMs in the last couple of years and have yet to find one as flexible as this. It's almost overwhelming with all you can do. Then add in the ability to do emails, integrate with almost any other tool, etc. and you have a CRM that can grow with you.

Cons: It's a little complex to set up everything if you don't know what you are doing. There are boatloads of features, and you don't have to use them all. But it would be nice to see the core features explained better through onboarding. Once you work with it for a bit there isn't a problem. But for those who don't want to customize their workflow, the defaults might seem daunting at first.

Overall: This software has become the very core of my business. Pretty much everything else I use integrates with Zoho CRM and runs through it. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose it.

Pros: This software provides a very good way to communicate with your customers due to the ease that this product poses.

Cons: There are few things that I do not like about this product because it gives me an excellent job and the only bad thing is the price.

Pros: Zoho docs for attachments and macros features is so good. Reporting section is enough for most of company, lead management and account tracking section is very easy.

Cons: I have wanted to an option for accounts/leads etc. as customizable single pane of glass. I think home tab is not enough for that and needs some improvements.

Pros: I like that I can have an up-to-date database, tools for commercial and client tracking and the management and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

Cons: I really like this software, I do not have anything bad to say, there is nothing that I do not like so far, I will continue using it.

Overall: It offers an excellent interface very simple but fast, and in this way manages to get what many want in an email and it is simple, and a design by means of which everything is at hand.

Pros: Liked the user interface and price-point. Since we were considering moving to this from our current CRM, I needed additional resources, but would definitely recommend for someone starting out.

Cons: Switching from our current CRM would have taken a lot of time and as I mentioned previously, didn't have all the options we were looking for.

Pros: The easiest CRM system with all the important integrations from everywhere you need. If you are already working with Zoho services everything will be even easier, if not, congratulations, you found the company and the product which you will like. The clients profiles being demonstrated to you the very logical way, I mean even before opening the profile of the certain person you see enough information to understand whether you need to open this profile or not.

Cons: There are several significant shortcomings in Zoho. One of them is that the system is a bit slow when working with it. It really infuriates, do something with it, please.

I use this email for a business that I do freelance work. Fairly good, had one problem.

Pros: It works like any other email system I have used. I have been using it for nearly 2 years now. It is a clean and simple system.

Cons: I did have one problem since using this. My email seemed to stop working.. so I wasn't sure if my emails were going through. The only way I knew about this is by messaging my boss on another app asking if he had gotten my messages, and he hadn't. I had no idea how to fix it, but about two weeks later everything was back to normal.

Pros: I really cannot come up with anything at all that I liked about this software. I guess it's inexpensive. You definitely get what you pay for in this instance.

Cons: I fully admit that I have barely used this product. A client of mine is using it for their email so I am forced to use it. It's not easy to use or find things. I will be moving their email as soon as possible. The interface is old and difficult to navigate.

Pros: Pricing is pretty good and flexible comparing to most other CRM on the market. Zoho offers free plan and also free trials for other plans, it is very convenient, especially if you need to try additional features and see if you actually need them.

Cons: UI/UX design should be improved, it is not very intuitive. To customize some sections you need to be pretty techie.

Overall: Zoho CRM helps to improve customer relations.

Helpful and useful tool, made me much more productive, organizes all my leads, I use every day...!!!

Pros: As a beginner in using CRM, I was able to put together in several hours an entire customized forms for my customers to fill out on the web. Now my contact database gets updated mostly by customers, not me, as a freelancer.

Cons: There were a few bugs in the form that I built, but the support worked with me in every step to trouble shoot it, within a few hours.

Overall: Saved me a lot time from updating my customer database.

Pros: This is a great product once you get it set up. it gives you a lot of great information on your data. I really like some of the reports that builds. It works really well with the data that you put in give you a great report.

Cons: The software is very cumbersome to set up and get your databases linked. However once you get it set up it is a really great software.

Pros: What we love most about Zoho is its scaleability.It grows with the business and has helped us address our growing needs whether it is for campaigns, events, calls, opportunities, pricing or better delivery to our clients. With Zoho, you can start off free of charge and then choose a payment plan once you have confirmed its the right tool for you. We also love its simplistic and clean user interface.

Pros: Zoho does come with a lot of features, that are really helpful for a CRM tool. In addition, you get what you have paid for. No more, no less. It does also do its work considerably well. Nothing wrong with this, if you are looking for a CRM tool and are willing to pay for it

Cons: From what I can see, there are other tools, that offer the same or even better functionally for much lower costs or even for free. We have been going on using Bitrix24 in its free version for quite some time now and never had any issues with it. In addition, the support of Zoho could be way better, than it actually is.

Pros: Compiles all customer info in one place that is easily accessible and easy to use. I liked the Mobile App, it syncs well with a desktop/laptop.

Cons: Have to find a way to make time to get all customer data into the software. Very time consuming and can be frustrating when you're on the move.

Pros: The CRM is very well priced and is easy to setup and use. It has some integrations in to other software however works best when used with other Zoho products.

Pros: Overall, Zoho's CRM is about as robust as I've seen. It has a crazy amount of connectivity with other Zoho apps and integrates really well with G-suite apps too. Of all the CRMs I've tested, and I've tested dozens for at least 4 business models, Zoho seems to be the most flexible and cross-vertical friendly. There's plenty of competition and many that are designed for specific types of businesses, but what I'm finding is that just about any type of business (i.e. project management, online or web-based business, consulting, marketing, photography, etc) it can be customised to fit very well. You do have to be ready to put the time to set up your business though and that's true for any CRM. Yes, maybe some are a bit easier and faster, but if you're like me and like to bolt on new services, you'll appreciate that Zoho is likely going to still work for you, meaning less time having to start all over again.

Cons: So here are the things you have to remember when choosing Zoho. Go for Zoho One! It's worth it to get all the other apps for the difference in cost. Chances are, you'll spend a lot less by staying with Zoho and dumping all the other API'd apps that Zoho can already handle. Another thing that you have to be aware of is that their service and support can be excellent, but that depends on the rep you get at the other end of the line. My advice is to be very thorough in explaining your request and don't let them start solving issues until you know for sure they really understand what you want. Another issue is that they don't support on weekends. For many that may not be an issue, but when you live and work in a time zone or business area that needs that, time to solve issues and not get in the way of daily work, that may matter to you. But overall, I can say that from the time I started using Zoho's suite, their customer support has improved vastly! You will also find you have the need to figure out some workarounds on issues that are core to your business. Sometimes things can be customised, but not always. For example, it's a pain to have it set up for people or contacts who are associated with multiple businesses, something that's rather common in my space. Again, if you get the right technical help, you can solve issues like these. Their documentation and help videos are just OK at best. I find them very confusing and too technical at times, and I'm a pretty technical person, so once again, this means you'll be depending on their support team and you'll want to be ultra clear on what you want to accomplish.

Pros: With this software, you can communicate, join, and close the matter with Zoho CRM. You will have the opportunity to measure and control. I found Zoho to be pretty intuitive, you won't need a Big specialist in CRM to use and customize it. The reporting is pretty good. I liked the reporting capabilities, didn't feel limited in that area like some platforms I've used. The flexibility you have with rules and workflows is done really well.

Cons: I don't like the user interface. Not as clean or sharp looking as some other CRMs, but I suppose that's a bit subjective. Also, Zoho's customer support doesn't handle bugs very effectively.

Pros: For small businesses not requiring an abundance of integration, Zoho delivers in spades. It's also on the cheaper end of management tools. My experience with the software (outside of navigating some of the more intensive features) has been, overall, excellent. The options and info fields for each client are exhaustive and allow us accurately categorize, file, sort and assign almost without restriction. Zoho may not be the best tool for large corporations, but it's an excellent asset for small businesses.

Cons: On the surface, Zoho appears to be one of the simpler management tools out there, but once you're beyond the basic functions the skillset requirements drastically increase. It's easy to get confused/lost with some of the more technical features and some feel needlessly over-complicated.

We use Zoho for our participant database and really you can't beat it for the price.

Pros: I love that I can have my business email and add other business emails under my same domain to my account. It makes it easier as my company continues to expand to add my employees to my system with each of their own unique domain names.

Cons: The thing I like least about ZoHo is how it organizes the inbox. Lots of emails go to the "unread" folder rather than the inbox. I would prefer if all of the emails went into the inbox, rather then funneling them into a subcategory without consulting me first.

Pros: Cheaper than Salesforce and it seems like they offer a lot more add-ons for free so that they can take more market-share from them.
For those of us who had used Salesforce, it was pretty easy to use (but not as easy as Salesforce) and we adapted to it just fine. Our younger employees do fine with it, but the older ones struggle (but I blame the people not the software).
A decent amount of other software we use integrate with Zoho or are working on that integration.

Cons: Boarder-line too many features and add-on programs. Sometimes accidentally navigate to different app (outside of the CRM) and it can be confusing. So I'd save navigation could use some work.
Some areas feel half-baked, like the functionality is mostly there but the UI/UX isn't quite fleshed out perfectly.
Support was slow to respond and didn't always have an answer. Our internal team tended to do most of the troubleshooting. (Therefore, we didn't use Support too much.)

Overall: It does what you need a CRM to do- that's to keep your customers, prospects, and opportunities organized in one location. And it does it for a more reasonable price compared to the Salesforce standard.

Pros: Zoho is a great product that is very customizable. The reporting is also awesome and the CRM workflows can be easily tailored to anyone's needs.

Cons: There are a few things that make the CRM that are problematic. For instance, there are certain fields within the "Deals" module that can't be altered, which is a bit of nuisance when trying to customize the CRM to your individual specs. Also, the Migration Support has not been the greatest help either, but overall it's been a great product.

Pros: Zoho crm giving you the best features that will surely help you towards your business success. You can manage leads, create templates, create workflows, and the filter option is one of the best feature.you can customise Zoho crm as per your needs. You can also integrate cloud calling feature. Zoho social also the best one that I am also using. It has a lot of features and all of them are very useful and worth the money.

Cons: The cons that i would like to mention here is the Workflows alerts and email sending daily limit of the crm should be exceed. we are using zoho enterprise addition still our workflow gets over in a day and some of the workflow email sending remains left. We can't export more than 3000 records. I m not completely sure about this.

Pros: Have been using this CRM in my old work for years. We were monitoring all of the work processes, managing sales funnels (uploading leads, contacts, creating and sending emails, templates, tasks). All tools of Zoho CRM solution is simple to understand.

Cons: It is a lot to learn at first but once you learn it you will see it easy. The mobile app was crashing every now and then.

Pros: Compared with many other CRM options and it is tremendous value for the functionality. Easy to maintain sales and prospecting activity, synchronize with Outlook email, and organize my prospects into groups.

Cons: Has more functionality then I can even get to so I'm probably underutilizing the tool. Would like an easier way to synchronize LinkedIn profile with Zoho user database.

Pros: The workflow, data automation are simple to implement. The solution is cloud based so storage is not a challenge really. Loads of free chrome extensions available which really helps in moving contacts from other platforms here, like LinkedIn for example.

Cons: Support team could be more efficient. While they have the solution to your problems, it is not easy to communicate with them. I feel they are not future ready and few of the other CRMs like Afinium offers few upto date features.

Pros: In the very beginning, I want to say that it is really cool that Zoho is free. I mean of course if you want to have a better version you actually have to pay, but the fact that you can easily try to use it without payment and worries for your money it is very helpful. Great product, trustworthy company, already helped me and many other companies to boost our sales and line up everything that way that you need to have a really successful sales department and of course business at all.

Cons: The truth is that I used to work with Zoho services for a quite a while, not only with CRM, so the fact that I still have not changed this resource means that I do not have any big problems. But when I only started working with Zoho it was a bit complicated to get used to the interface, but that is all.

Pros: Evaluating different alternatives for customer management, we decided to use Zoho CRM because it has many features that allow you to configure the platform to your needs. Everything is through integrations and modules that allow you to connect with special extensions. It also allows you to generate reports and dashboard for measuring, which is the only way you can improve.
And the best thing: Zoho One! you can access to another Zoho platforms with the same account.

Cons: The bad thing is that you require knowledge and programming skills when integrating and connecting with other existing platforms.

Overall: The best CRM online platform, it's the all-in-one tool for client management, specially because you can configure stages, registrees, automatization, and gives order to your sales team.

Pros: Lots of features, I mean LOTS - there are tons of integrations available, as well. It's essentially a giant factory of CRM features and integrations.

Cons: It's a little dated - the design (bad) is limiting the potential of its user experience. Forced user flows, hard to navigate - but once you "get it", it becomes much easier to use all they have to offer.

Overall: Nothing special, just the basics of what I needed from a CRM.

Comments: I don't know that I would recommend Zoho if you were looking for a robust CRM, but for our unique case use it's completely satisfactory.

Pros: We use Zoho to store our leads for our email campaigns. It's extremely affordable and easy to upload/export our data.

Cons: It's a tricky CRM/dash to navigate. It's almost more confusing than Salesforce at times! I don't like that we can't mass delete a set of contacts.

Pros: This product allows me to visually and easily keep track of all the metrics our company needs to track. Once set up, it is very easy and quick to use - it has replaced many of our other software applications.

Cons: It was challenging to set up. As it was too costly for us to customize the features, we had to spend a lot of time figuring out how best to set up the pieces so they could work with our company. Once this grunt work was done at the beginning it worked great.

Pros: It made it easy for us to work on tasks. It also provides control over dashboards, a 360 view of accounts and contacts, email automation, and comprehensive reporting

Cons: One main thing I dislike is the UI. Another major disappointment is the lack of integration with a number of third party apps.

Comments: Unlike my other review, I only used Zoho as a user, not as an administrator. I can't comment on the customer service, as I never had contact with them. I'm aware of the pricing as I shopped them before choosing the CRM my team uses now. Basically, this is a great free database, accessible by multiple users. It is not a great pipeline tracker. It is not a great system for an efficient data entry process.

Pros: The best thing about Zoho is that it's free for up to a number of users. Great for a small business who doesn't have a budget for CRM yet and needs somewhere to store information and search it later. It can be simple to use. I always look for a system that you can enter a very minimal amount of information into in order to store a lead or prospect. Zoho is definitely capable of that. I have used this in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams together. It was simple enough for the inside team to look up an account that calls in to see if they've had contact with an outside rep, and vice versa. It's nice that it has a mobile app, though when I stopped using it it was still the least intuitive/useful app I had on my mobile devices.

Cons: I've used other CRMs, and I noticed that using both Zoho and another (Salesforce) it is very common to happen upon duplicate prospects in the system. It seems like the way an account is entered is not as intuitive in detecting that the account already exists. I've used others that will suggest any contact, address, phone number, name or business that already exist in the company's pipeline literally as you're typing them. With Zoho it's more like you look up each data field first on your own to be sure the account doesn't exist before entering it. That can be pretty tedious for an already tedious job like assisting our reps with data entry. The result is lost notes, because some are on one of the duplicates and some are on the other. I've seen this particular problem cause a lot of lost time and energy for outside reps in particular, who go out to an account not knowing the most up to date information about it. I also found the other tools to be less useful than in other CRMs. For instance, generating a report on your pipeline and what stage the accounts are in. Other CRMs in a similar price range are easily capable of telling a user how many prospects are in follow up or final stages of the sales process. While using Zoho, I actually tracked my pipeline on my own separately using a spreadsheet. It was easier and more intuitive than the CRM offered. Now, leading a team, I would not use this CRM and this would be a big reason why. I can't imagine trying to track the progress of our leads via a team using this CRM's tools.

Pros: I've utilized the free version, I most like that so much is bundled (projects, CRM, invoices) and it all works together. You can upgrade to a paid membership AS your business grows, but not before. This is wonderful for small businesses and those attempting to get started.

Cons: I haven't experienced anything negative. I believe you just have to research the thing you want to do, to make sure that it will work properly. It took a moment (as an example) to discover how to sync CRM customers to the invoice part of Zoho but it works really well once you understand.

Overall: CRM management. Invoices. Project tracking.

Pros: I liked that you could mass update accounts and keep track of them easily by using the search bar. The reporting features were okay as well.

Cons: There was no way to connect accounts and organize them in a hierarchy, which is crucial for healthcare companies. The reporting did not allow cross filters with filter rules. It was a lot slower than what my company currently uses now as well.

Overall: Good, simple way to organize accounts.

Pros: I liked the ease of use for Zoho. It's easy to log a call, and then connect it to a specific contact. It is then easy to find the past calls and refer to them while continuing to communicate with an individual sales rep.

Cons: I struggled with the actual layout of the software system, having used others, I felt it was at times difficult to look for tabs and sections that were needed. But all in all I had a great experience with Zoho.

Pros: Zoho CRM is one of the most simplified CRM. The layout is very easy to understand with limited training. It is very easy to move people through the process, to see how long people stay in a certain column, etc. We also run a bespoke reporting app that makes use of the API, which automates many processes that were previously done manually in Excel. If you're looking for a way to manage contacts and opportunities, then Zoho has you covered. They also offer integrations with other Zoho platforms for services like email marketing.

Cons: The mobile experience is not great. Would love to see a revamped experience that is more mobile friendly and responsive. Customer service is not very convenient, help desk and supporting documents need to be easily obtained.
