Pros: Zoho CRM is one of the most flexible cloud products I have used so far. Extremely customizable and easy to automate processes and workflows to meet even the most custom requests!

They also have great support by phone and chat, extremely available.

Cons: There is not much to not like to be honest, when I hit technical limitations when trying to setup advanced customizations the support takes our requests into consideration and often improves or adds support for the missing functionality.

Pros: A very good company. After opening my Internet project, I immediately wanted to automate it. The partner advised Zoho, as the price for services is small and excellent. Immediately pleased with the availability of mobile services, because I'm not always at the computer.

Cons: Like all the products offered by Zoho, their CRM is expensive, but it pleases both with its functionality and simple, and excellent technical support.

Pros: Very interesting and convenient interface, everything is clear and accessible. Initially, there were some questions that were answered very quickly by tech support. I plan to continue to cooperate with them. All newcomers are advised to cooperate with Zoho, especially if the company or product is not particularly well-promoted, but they have a mass mailing, which is very helpful in the first stages. In general, I'm satisfied.

Pros: I can meet our clients, no matter the surrounding. Very easy to connect across phone, social media, email or in person. It is much better to use analytics and reports for particular metrics regarding your team's productivity and your clients' life cycle.

Cons: I want to notice that the platform sometimes works slow and need to update the connection speed. It is the biggest trouble of this system.

Overall: The problem of keeping track of current and potential clients has always been a challenge. Zoho CRM has really turned our perception of this challenge around. We Love It!

The reporting is pretty good. I liked the reporting capabilities, didn't feel limited in that area like some platforms I've used.

Cons: dislike the ecosystem strategy. Zoho has limited integrations as they want you to use their additional offerings. The issue here is most of their other products aren't nearly as good as their CRM.

Overall: It's appropriate for a small business who needs an affordable, solid CRM. Also a good fit for somebody not wanting to a hire a dedicated person to manage it

Pros: It is a good platform to interact with the client, allows you to continuously monitor the communication, also has an artificial intelligence assistant that is well developed

Cons: Like all zoho applications, some do not have the Spanish language available, this limits certain things, besides the costs are sometimes out of reach of the company

Pros: All of the Zoho suite products are pretty intuitive and easy to use, which makes setup and training easy.

Cons: The software is a bit clunky, and is limited especially in comparison to of what other CRMs offer. Also, the logo looks like a child's game. I recognize that likely sounds ridiculous, but the look just doesn't fit with the product.

Pros: it can do what you want it to do, but like saleforce you would basically have to hire a ZOHO professional to make it do what you want.

Cons: Not too easy to use. like saleforce you basically have to hire a specialist to build it out to do what you want it to do. if you want a basic funnel you can probably do it yourself. It is not responsive, like can send an email to those who did not open and email and a different email to those who did open email So it becomes like a cross between mailchimp and salesforce.

Pros: I like the way we can create the lead and it can be tracked by our team so that everyone is on the same page

Cons: web interface is good but app could have been better, some bugs are there in few features, response time need to improve

Pros: Its simple. We use it to house all of our leads and to keep notes on our interaction with prospects. Also to keep track of pipeline.

Cons: It can be a bit clunky at times. Compared to other CRMs that I've used, Zoho doesnt seem to have as much functionality as those.

Pros: It was easy to set up CRM and integrate with Zoho creator it allowed us to trigger actions and send out emails and SMS to all our candidates instantly.

Cons: There were some limits that we were not aware off and only came across as errors. Support stuffed Shockley helped us out with solutions.

Overall: This became a great tool to contact our candidates with easy and quick setup process.

Pros: it allows you to make 25 mail account for your custom domain for free with 5gb storage so it's good for startups and small companies or student activities who needs custom emails for their website

Cons: it's sometimes slow and the UI is so fancy with no options but still a good experience to try it

Pros: I've used this for about 5 years and I really like it. The support team is awesome. I see new updates all the time. I seriously don't know why everyone doesn't use it. Clearly I'm a fan. When I hear people say "i use salesforce" i'm like, really, show me what's so special and they aren't able to show anything that's not in zoho so I think they are just believe the marketing msg from SF.

Cons: Well, I wish it was less money. I know I've already got a good deal but paying less is always better. I'm testing the crm + now and that's got some pretty awesome features like the predictive email sending. that's cool.

Overall: i sell more faster. i track deals better.

Pros: Lots of f email marketing tools. Integration with Google pretty clean. The free edition also up to 10 users which is outstanding. The reporting tool is robust and filled with great options.

Cons: Workflow options only available to pay users. Email campaign are limited in the free version. The free version is really just to test. Support isn't great.

Comments: Before implementing, play with the system, put some data in it and figure out how it should be used in your environment. I didn't have help implementing it for my team, but took me 3 months before I felt comfortable making the switch. I'm sure if you spent an entire weekend you could make it yours, but a lot of time is required. I would even say hire someone to help you, it may save you some headaches later.

Pros: Change just about every single detail of ZOHO CRM base product to get the layout, features, look you want. The integration between all of the ZOHO products is wonderful.

Cons: Tech support is a little spotty sometimes, they always answer the phone but if you get the right support is the issue.

Pros: This service really lets you close more deals in less time. ZohoCRM helps to keep in touch with your customers in a convenient way, through phone calls, live chat or emails. I love the fact that you can find things in the search and once you start typing all of the clients that you have already added to zoho start poppin up. The Integration with all the apps of Zoho is also one of the best features of Zoho CRM

Cons: I don't like the interface of this software. It took me some time to understand how to properly use this software but once I did, I didn't have any problems. So I can say it was difficult initially. It would be nice to have examples or tutorial videos on how to use it. Slow feedback from developers, they could respond faster.

Pros: Intuitive. Works like a sales person thinks and works. The setup is easy and quick to customize. Connects and communicates with email and basic social media.

Cons: Would like to have more social media connects. The good ones here are good. I understand there is a second software that connects. Would like it seamless.

Pros: There is so much flexibility and customization possible, you are mostly limited by your ability to use them all. It has given our sales managers much better tools to manage their leads and accounts, and given management visibility to everything that is happening. It ensures that potential customers aren't left hanging and that the whole team knows the history of interactions. The ability to customize all of the modules and how they interact is great. There are so many features that we are barely using half of them, each month we discover something new that will help us.

Cons: It can be a bit confusing to the end users at first, the interface is less intuitive than it could be, especially with all of the different view options. Reports are also a little difficult to build properly.

Pros: It is easy to learn. Quick to set up using import feature, you can use other data you have available. Integrated with other apps - email - cell phone etc. Logs phone calls & emails so to you know when & who you talked to. Also efficient Daily ToDo lists.

Cons: Free version has some limitations and integrations that would be more helpful. Unable & unwilling to spend the monthly costs for full features.

Pros: * Easy to use: not hard to find features and navigate the options
* Easy customization of modules and fields
* It has more features than we need
* Very ubiquitous, which means that others have integrated already. We use RingIO for our call management, which was readily integrated with Zoho
* It is quite fast most of the time
* Do not recall any downtimes ever
* Customer support seems to be quite attentive and responsive, which is very nice considering it is a a really large company
* You can see the evolution in usability without being too pushy with radical changes

All in all I see a lot more pros than cons

Cons: * The reporting engine leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, you can customize reports, but it is very basic. You can't really anything beyond the most trivial filters so we ended up created redundant fields that were necessary to work with the engines. At some point we ended up exporting the data to netTerrain and using netTerrain for the reports, which has a much better reporting engine
* The API is not really RESTful. The security schema is weak and in general REST guidelines and patterns are not complied with

Overall: It's a CRM, so the benefits are quite obvious I think.

Comments: Overall, I think Zoho offers a great CRM and we are considering upgrading to the paid version.

Pros: For a small company, the free Zoho CRM version does the majority of things we need it for. It provides a good database, and most of the features are very easy to use. I have nine users on it and it has been working well for us for the last year.

Cons: When emailing to clients you cannot see the whole chain of email in the CRM. You have to cut and paste responses together, which does not work well. Also, the email campaign capabilities are limited in the free version.

Pros: Out of the box, you can do some pretty basic items, really intuitively. The interface and UI is sleek and fast, like the rest of the Zoho Suite. You are able to customize almost every aspect of the software to fit your business.

Cons: It is highly customizable. However, it takes a lot of skill and work to get it there. Don't expect much from their customer support, if anything at all. Their mobile app is very limited as well.

Cons: Good luck getting others on board with a SaaS that offers so much but looks like its 20 years old. It looks like it was made in the 1990s! Everyone takes a look at it and literally laughs

Pros: It is a CRM that will allow you to keep track of sales and leads in your organization. It has a good integration for email marketing which is an advantage.

Perhaps the best thing is that they have a free version for 10 users. So far, although it is very simple, it has worked well for us.

Cons: To start working, it is necessary to take many steps so that you can be ready to work. The support is not the best. Similarly, the mobile application could be improved since it lacks many features.

Overall: It has not been the software we expected, but it can work for different companies. It is important to have great knowledge of computer and sales to be able to configure this tool well.

Pros: I love how much this software platform gives you, even for the free based product. Even if your business doesn't conform to the normal business in a box model, you can quickly adapt Zoho CRM to serve your needs with even the free version. Upgrading to the paid version only expands your abilities, which happen as you grow and have more money to spend on things like this.

Cons: I wish that SOME of the features in the higher paid versions were available ala carte so that you didn't have to invest a lot of money to get something you need, including a lot of stuff you might not.

Overall: Fast and easy CRM without having to pay a lot of money, along with a system that grows with me in size and features as I grow and can afford to upgrade along with it.

Pros: Zoho is feature rich and provides easy facilities to extend.
There's an api and provided tools to build/extend anything required as no product will ever tick all the boxes. In this case Zoho provides the tools and guides for you to tick of those "would be nice if" or "this custom requirement is essiential" boxes.

Cons: My only negative so far is that the trial expired before we fully set it up.
That shall be resolved shortly and we're already 95% certain that this shall be our solution of choice.

Overall: Request automation, KPIs and SLA management.

Pros: The ease of use and the customization. you can practically form your account to fit whatever industry you're in. We also love the fact that Zoho syncs directly with all of our business gmail accounts. Zoho CRM also seamlessly integrates with Zoho's booking software, BOOKS. The modules and tasks tabs are helpful for anyone in the service industry.

Cons: How hard it is to change the underlying page settings, such as how names appear (last, first vs. first, last) .

Pros: Powerful user friendly CRM tool that allows you to customize with limited IT and programing skills. Very user friendly and robust for the price. I've been using this for my small business clients for over 10 years. I LOVE IT but more importantly my clients Love ME for it!

Overall: Great price, easy to use and deploy, user friendly and scalable!
Usually when something needs to be improved I usually contact their support and suggest for future upgrades. They have implemented 90% of my suggestions which is very impressive!

Pros: Is a great tool to maintain control over your business, one of its advantages is the ability to maintain control over marketing through emails, the ability to integrate with other zoho and google products make it a marketing tool Very complete

Pros: Ease of use, and ability to customize modules. You can turn off modules you don't need, and customize the modules you do need to suit your business needs.

Cons: Customer support, they are always availabl, however they are very hard to understand. Would recommend using Chat function as a work around.

Pros: Easy to import contacts, or add contacts. Mass email and templated emails save much time. Sorting and searching is easy. Plus merging duplicates.

Pros: Zoho is a powerhouse. There are lots of features and functions. They want to become your single provider of business software. They do everything from CRM, Email, Project Management, Bookkeeping. Most importantly, a lot of the information is connected and useful across different "apps."

If you and your team are all committed to the program and stick with it, you'll see massive rewards. I've been using Hubspot for a side business and it works great as a CRM but ZOHO allows you to do so much more.

With ZOHO you can almost not leave the interface which aids in minimizing distractions.
There are still lots of apps though so if you have everything open you'll still mess yourself up.

Cons: It's amazing if you are committed to the system and the whole team gets on board and commits. There is a lot of software learning and picking up of functionality. If you and your team dont commit to setting up and customizing functionality to fit your needs, you'll only continue to get overwhelmed by all the features and not be able to get what you need from this software.

Pros: It is so hard to find a decent CRM that does what you want without over complicating things and staying inside a decent price. Zoho was able to do that for us after we tried nearly everything else available in our price range. I wish we had tried Zoho early on.

Cons: The mobile app could be improved for better data manipulation, but I haven't had too much that I've felt could be improved.

Overall: Zoho has been the one solution that worked for us in price and functionality.

Comments: I think Zoho is a great option if you are looking for a free CRM in a smaller work/sales environment. It simplifies a lot of sales and marketing tasks that can be cumbersome. It is not very sophisticated with other integration (at least in the free edition). At my company, we need a cheap solution that would securely store leads and contacts so we could keep track of our interactions (e.g. emails and events), while still having the ability to standardize templates with our recruiting team.

Pros: A Huge pro for Zoho is that it is free! It contains all the must-have features that most CRMs use l like uploading leads, contacts, creating and sending emails, templates, tasks, etc. The user interface is very simple and user-friendly. It is robust enough to allow you to customize your dashboard view so you can be even more efficient. Zoho does integrate with outlook and googles calendars, making it easy to schedule and send invites to clients/customers outside of your organization. The email templates are also a useful feature that is so easy to use. You can upload your own photos, logos and custom colors.

Cons: What I don't like about the CRM is that email campaigns and invites from Zoho are more likely to be blocked by spam filters. After sending out email campaigns and invites, I have had to follow up with most of the individuals I reach out to, because it has been filtered to their junk email. I can't seem to find a consistent pattern either - as some people from the same organization received the email in their inbox, while others found it in their junk mail.

Previously a SF.com user and switched to ZOHO due to overall cost and ZOHO is great!

Pros: The ability to customize the software specific to our business has been extremely helpful. Cost in comparison to competitors with equivalent products is a huge benefit. Easy to use and support is quick and easy to access through chat.

Cons: More advanced features (such as formulas in custom fields) is a bit restricting. Formatting templates can be a bit frustrating with the current tool.

Comments: My suggestion for the company would be to set up customer support departments in the countries that you are selling your product. Allowing your customers and potential customers to get the full experience.

Pros: The price is right that is for sure. It has a lot of features for the price and could be a useful tool for a small business who doesn't have the funding for a more in-depth CRM.

Cons: I really didn't like dealing with their customer support. During our initial call, the guy spoke such broken English that it was hard to understand. In addition, his cell phone kept ringing throughout the call. Zoho's customer support is done from remote home sites and wasn't going to provide us with what we needed.

Zoho has helped many of our clients implement a CRM system that can deliver powerful solutions.

Pros: Zoho is a very comprehensive CRM and I think that once you master it, it can provide a company an array of great, useful services. The only trouble is mastering it.

Cons: Zoho must be programmed with script to work how you really need it to at an advanced level which can pose a massive challenge to those who are not well versed in script coding. They should make it more of a drag-and-drop software instead of raw coding.

Overall: I ran a campaign on it that was successful, but it was quite challenging to program.

Comments: The thing I did not like about it at first was the fact that it was a lot to taken and learn. Other than that I really do like the program and still find it way easier to operate than a lot of the other CRM I have worked with previously.

Pros: What do you like best? We have used a number of different CRM systems over the years but never have really found one that ticked all the boxes until now. The best part of Zoho CRM is the ease of customisation behind the scenes. It is easy to add new modules and fields etc and then use those fields to kick off workflows. With our business, we have our leads that come in from our Wordpress sites (fairly easy to connect up) automatically added to our Leads module. Then based on their region, it routes the lead on a round robin to the relevant sales user. Everything is importable and there are many ways to integrate Zoho CRM with other applications and services (Gmail, Office365 etc). With regard to collaboration, Zoho CRM allows our sales team to quickly review our leads, prospects etc. But what is very useful is that it links directly to our email accounts. This then allows any of us to look at a lead, contact etc and find out who contacted them last and what was previously discussed. Out of the box, they have thought of a lot of the modules that you will probably need (Forecasts, Documents, Accounts etc). Each can be tweaked or you can start from scratch. The choice is up to you. It also doesn't need to be set up all at once. We have been using it for about 6 months and are finding new uses for it even now. Great CRM system.

Comments: I would recommend this for a tech savvy startup who is on a budget, at a very reasonable for one user this is a great tool for the office if you don't need individualized task assignments, if you have a bunch of users I would explore salesforce as a solution instead as the price will be better in the long run.

Pros: The largest benefit with zoho can is it's ability to be customized for each user and application usage (however see cons). My favorite part of the tool is blueprint mapping, it will let you visually map out your work flows, tasks, emails, etc all in one screen, however the directions and terminology is vague so it takes a while to setup. From a functional standpoint zoho CRM is feature rich, with endless options for integrations and usages.

Cons: The help documents are ok at best, with that being said they do have free email support. The settings and terminology ate difficult to arrange and set per organizational needs. Some if the integrations zoho offers are not two way integrations with their own platforms.

Pros: It's extremely intuitive to use once you get the basics right. Ample customization possible to suit your business. They have a great app, which means I can get a lot of work done on the move. I also use Zoho books, social and other products and all of them integrate very well with each other.

Cons: Some of their customer support staff who come on chat don't know enough about the product. The roles and user management is complex. I still haven't figured that out. And the integration between multiple Zoho tools can do with some improvements.

Overall: It's the only way to keep a tab on all our clients and potentials. I can't imagine scaling up my sales team without Zoho CRM.

Pros: Ease of use. Being the head of inside sales, I have a team of inside sales people who interact with leads on a daily basis and updation of information, passing it on to sales and then sales conversion to a Potential is done seamlessly. The automation works very well. The Campaigns can be very well defined. Very effective.

Cons: There are some limitations on the layout, fields, conditional layouts which can be worked on. If we go on to a higher version then there are some of it which can be overcome, but the conditional layouts feature to be reworked on.

Overall: The operations of sales and marketing have been more effective than earlier.

Pros: I used ZohoCRM in two different jobs. My first job was in Sales and Account Management. I used ZohoCRM on a daily basis and I was not the one who set it up originally. The tool is really easy to use with very good flexibility in adding/removing/changing fields. You can also add workflow automation which is great when you get it right. On my second job I actually set it up from scratch and I was surprised at how easy it was to set it up and get it running. Since I was an experienced used before, it took me, literally, less than an hour to get it up and going. I was able to import hundreds of contacts and leads with just a few clicks.

Cons: The interface could be cumbersome at times. The editing of individual fields should allow the user to click anywhere in the field to go into update mode. Instead you need to click on the actual pencil, which depending on your screen resolution can be small and not as easy to target and click on it. The automation workflow is great, but it's hard to get it right and there's no easy way to test it out to see if it's going to do what you'd expect. If you set it up wrong you may not realize until some time later. It'd be good to have a way to test the automation you're allowed to configure.

Pros: 1) A very supportive staff to name few, account manager (Anand), Radha (Pre-sales), Anand (chat support), Vignesh (Books) & chat + email support team. Almost everyone I interacted with helped me to find the actual or the closest solution for my requirement.

2) A wide range of products to integrate (mails, Webforms, Docs, Books, etc...) to make the CRM one stop solution for my requirement.

Cons: 1) Articles of few topic do not explain the hacks and sometimes even the fundamentals are missing.

2) A real-life example/use case of product features will help a better "do it yourself" experience. A lot of times we (user) know what is required but we dont know which feature will get that requirement done.

Pros: Great price point. I used zoho mail to host my mail service for free and the CRM came along with the software for free. I used it for about a month and then purchased the full product. I've used Netsuite and SalesForce before so I'm accustomed to large and fully integrated CRM systems. This isn't as feature rich, but for small business tasks and keeping track of clients it does a great job.

Cons: I find it doesn't have the features of a Salesforce or Netsuite that I was accustomed to. It seems they add features as they go so some of those features actually were introduced while I was using the program. I didn't have to do any huge configuration or installation it was just pushed manually to me. Some of the google integration with GSuite doesn't work as seamlessly as I would like.

Overall: Low cost, Easy to Use, Integrated CRM tool. I feel like the value far outweighs the cost of the software in this instance. You get way more than you pay for. If you are looking for something like SalesForce or Netsuite then keep looking, but if you want a great integrated CRM for your small sales organization you can't go wrong.

Cons: In my case it was a little bit difficult to fully understand its way of work and start making profit of its full potential. So that would be in my opinion its main disadvantge. But with time everybody should be able to use it properly.

Overall: It helps me having my costumers issues controlled and some other minor aspects. The best thing is that anything related with costumers is noted there and linked with the corresponding costumer, making easier to remember things.

Pros: It's a fully functional CRM package for a small enterprise. It is relatively intuitive to use and I like that automatically picks up the emails you send and appends them to the client record, provided you've entered the clients email details.

Cons: The Indian call centre is a disgrace. Worst I've come across and that's saying something. I don't think that the CRM calendar sync's with the email calendar.

Easy-to-use CRM for small sales team with most of the functionality one would want.

Pros: Can create custom views of leads or accounts, by rep, employee headcount, softwares used etc. I have multiple lead lists depending on the vertical I am targeting and that makes it easy to manage.

Cons: The new layout is confusing. However, I can still revert back to the old one (which is what I am accustomed to so that is what I still use).

Comments: At least with my company, Zoho CRM is only amazing if you have the Enterprise or Ultimate editions. The other (cheaper) editions do not have enough customization ability.

Pros: This is great for companies of all sizes. The ability to customize dashboards and modules makes it one of a kind. The reports are super helpful as well. Customer service is very helpful.

Cons: This is a lot to learn if you are introducing it to a large company. Customization features are very specific, and you want to be sure everything is running correctly prior to training. It can also get pricey.

Comments: Recommend this CRM if you are a small organization looking for a simple interface that is very easy to use.

Pros: Setup and Maintenance are very easy. Clean simple interface that is easy to customize. They offer a mobile app and it has voice recognition for taking notes. Training sales team was a snap.

Cons: Field type limitations. For each level, you get a certain number of fields, but it is subdivided into types of fields. So you may show you have more fields, but if you have ran out of numerical fields, you have to delete. Only can have two columns. I had a great experience with customer service when I was first setting up. Now, with more detailed questions its hit or miss for help.

It is a very good CRM at a reasonable price

Pros: We have all good features for sales and business development and we maintain all our data here. It is available at a very reasonable price

Pros: I got free trail for my enterprise edition - I was using ZOHO application since months and then for new trail they have provided me this application to use for my organization for free. I like some features like can avoid overlapping within organization while working on same project. Overall good product!

Cons: the thing which I dont like about ZOHO some features don't have enough depth and we can use them till some extent only - it is product limitation. Average rating for all features!

Comments: Zoho gets the job done, but is not as easy or functional as other CRMs I have used.

Pros: I like how I can set up task lists, clone contacts and leads, and the displays are visually appealing.

Cons: It seems that some functions are not quite as user friendly as other CRMs. As an example, when I convert a lead to a contact, all other leads under that same company need to be converted as well, rather than converting them at one time. It is functional, but missing key features that make work more smoothly.

Pros: Lot of features and promises. Also some handy tools like iq, desk, book and cherry on the cake, lot of integrations...

Cons: but most of the integrations doesn't work. Wanna add your bank ? Well doesn't work with most french pro account (business) as they don't support EBICS. Could use it on my personnal account but i do not need a CRM in my private life :) Even zoho integrations between ttheir own products fails. Example CRm and Books will give you 2 quotes links, one from books and one from crm both not related to each other.... it's pretty the same for all other features. In books you create articles, in crm it's products meanwhile the article link is there too in crm but not working Customers show with their name in books, with another name (account name) in CRM I could spend the day on that .

Pros: Probably the integration and adaptability to other programs. I love the templates and workflows that you can create. Easiest way to do it compared to every other CRM I've used so far.

Cons: I think that it could look a bit nicer. It's a little crowded. There are so many different components of Zoho aside from the CRM, I don't have time to learn them all so I could be really missing out on some great features.

Overall: We have been able to train and model Zoho CRM for our Contact Centre.

Zoho CRM offers a simple and effective way to manage your clients activities.

Comments: This is one of the cheapest CRM systems out there, consider trying it out and compare features with other CRM systems

Pros: The ease of use is one of the best features of this software, although I think it is very simplified for some cases.

Cons: It did not meet all the requirements that we needed from a CRM. We tested it as part of the Zoho package (including the billing package) which was incomplete in many ways.

Overall: I think it is a good product only in case it meets all your requirements, in any other case, forget about it.

Pros: Zoho CRM in keeping track of Leeds, Feeds and the Accounts of our Clients. We can Keep Track of Vendors and also add our Products so that we can Analyse whats really Happening.

Pros: We make use of the free version of the software and it does almost everything that we need to manage our lists of members and also documents. In fact the documents part of zogo CRM (not zoho documents) is very good for searching for content within documents.

Cons: The reporting and output options for the free version of zoho CRM are somewhat limited and thereally seems somewhat of a disconnect between contacts and their organisations.

Overall: Access to a free mostly fit for purpose CRM.

Pros: It is intuitive to use. Very simple and priced very well. We like the ability to add custom fields very easily and run reports off of them.

Cons: You can't de-duplicate contacts and leads, meaning if you have a contact and a lead that has the same email you can't combine or delete the extra record. You can't mass email account contacts in a simple way like you can leads.

Pros: I really like that its really easy to use and it looks very modern. I researched other CRMs before deciding to go with Zoho and a lot of them were outdated and very hard to use.

Pros: We investigated so many CRM's and found many of the others to have good marketing but a lesser product at a higher cost. We started with the free version and gradually moved up to the Enterprise Subscription so we could fully customize not only basic CRM functions but a full transaction management system. We have several custom modules and custom buttons that the Zoho Engineers designed to our specifications at no extra charge! You can use it right out of the box and get great value but the customization was really the icing on the cake for us.

Cons: I like that their is a whole suite of products that can integrate into the CRM but unfortunately the three we have tried/investigated Zoho Websites, Zoho Mail & Zoho Survey have not offered us the functionality we need so we have had to use alternative products. Older versions linked with LinkedIn so you could synchronize pictures of contacts but this no longer is possible - I think due to LinkedIn making an exclusive agreement with another CRM provider?

-Uploads are a breeze
-Love that you can customize each form with the information that makes sense for your business
-Form customization is easy and VERY flexible
-Love the mapping tool -- makes life easy for our "road warriors"!

-Search functionality is very through and easy to use

Cons: We use this software mostly to organize accounts and their associated contacts and to track visits, so we are only using a fraction of the software's capability. Our sales team has complained that sometimes the software is slow to "sync" on their phone app and we've had a few glitches with the app not prompting us to "log" a call at its completion.

Pros: Zoho is just fun to use. Everyone that comes into contact with it enjoys it. As you use it more, you really start to appreciate that it is the most stunning CRM on the market. For all our leads and customers we can now see all their interactions to our company including all their emails, quotes, invoices, deals, pictures of their business cards, their facebook feed, their twitter feed, their visits to our website including times on the site and pages visited. It really shows you all customer interactions - and this makes it the best CRM on the market.

Cons: Their customer service is getting better by the day. With over 5000 employees they have the resources to answer all questions - however complicated.

Pros: Account links. I can modify almost anything. Blast emails and Templates. maps your accounts. ease of use on computer.

Pros: The Zoho family is characterized by having potentially useful platforms for your business, no matter what your turn, has helped us to keep all our activities in order, protections, tasks, personnel, appointments, etc., best of all is that you can go adding modules according to your needs and budgets to have even more solid tools.

Comments: I would not recommend this product. If you have the budget, try to use Hubspot or infusionsoft (Scalable, robust and integrative) for small to medium size company, highly recommend Freshdesk for small to boutique size businesses. (Super user friendly and easy to use. Great great IT service support)

Pros: It is highly integrative and includes functional modules that can pretty much (supposedly) integrate with any other popular software. Beware!! Many of the software integration doesn't work or it is not clear how it can properly function after integration. It is inexpensive (they offer free version), quite cost-effective, integrative, clean interface (though it is a bit clunky with large font) and it is feature rich for especially for the upgraded one.

Cons: Customer service is beyond awful. Don't even attempt to use "chat" function or email them because it will take ages for them to reply. IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They have documentation found everywhere but it is not clear. (They need to provide more supporting document!)

We have customized Zoho CRM to run our entire business.

Pros: We love that we can keep all of our incoming leads, customer information, invoices, sales report and record in one place. We set-up Zoho CRM 5 1/2 years ago. At the time Zoho was limited but good enough to serve our start-ups needs. --Zoho keeps getting better each year with new features added regularly. We love all the new features that have enhanced our way of doing business. --Today I would recommend Zoho as the BEST CRM available. And we love the new tutorials and webinars!
