Pros Machinemetrics is so robust. Every feature of the software syncs so well across itself as a whole. The Dashboard screen is easily sortable. I love that I can view the list of machine by parts goal or by production date. My team loves that there are easy to generate text alerts for a variety of production issues or updates. The diagnostic data per machine is amazingly in depth. Typically the default settings are enough, but it’s nice to be able to customize fields. Cons I don't know of many downsides with using MM. However, there is a slight delay between machine operation and real time viewing. It's not significant enough to matter though. Besides the delay, the only other con would be the learning curve of the software. Our team wasn't used to this robust of software.
