Pros

The tools are useful and quite targeted to the user. You can drive key unique selling points and customise your message.

Cons

Had a few issues with Booking button as they had not formed a partnership with Hotelchamp just yet. This has bee resolved though.

Pros

Fast implementation, fast changes. Quite flexible, you can change the tools in the design and communication of your brand The testing possiblities, to make progress. Personalization possiblities

Cons

Some tools are still in developing phase, so sometimes there still come errors up. With a lot of hostels and a lot of tools it can become quite complex, also with testing.

Huge improvement in conversion

Pros

What I like most about the software is the direct results it brings. It learns you that small changes can lead to big results. Since we started working with Hotelchamp we do not only see positive results in conversion, but we also learn how we can drive conversion. Hotelchamp is not a service that you pay for, it is a partnership where we learn from each other and try to reach the best possible results.

Cons

It takes time and effort to reach goals. Getting enough data from test results sometimes takes a long time, but in the end is definitely worth it.
