Comments: Good choice for owners rep or CM on small to medium jobs

Pros: Easy to start up with no fees or contracts. unlimited users is a plus. cost effective for the price.

Cons: lacks solid financial module with AIA support. Needs a better interface to give permissions after invites are made.

Comments: the customer rep has been an excellent coach, and if the rest of the Buildertrend coaches are as helpful and patient (as I¿m sure they are) you¿ll be in great hands.

Pros: A central hub for everything related to our projects. Eliminates double entry. Very intuitive, if you give it a chance.

Cons: I didn¿t find it sooner! Ideal for all types of projects, but maybe if there was an option for that one or two day project (without using up a job space). Maybe a project that¿s below a certain budget only counts as a 1/4 job? This may not make sense to a first time user, but the excellent customer service/tech guys may get where i¿m coming from.

Comments: I am testing the software on one of my projects now so my rating is still green but so far the software has been great minus the cons

Pros: Everything you need to manage and track a project all in one place. User friendly Easy to learn Great customer service

Cons: Photos added under files can not be transferred to a to-do without downloading the file on your device then redownloading onto Buildertrend under to-do. Needs mass clock ins for the foreman to clock multiple ppl in at once. The schedule is organized alphabetically when viewing a day. It should not be setup that way. It needs to let you prioritize it by what needs to be completed first then next. It would be better from a visual stand point.

Pros: Everything. This is one of the best thought-out application specifically for construction companies. It includes everything from tracking costs per job, creating approval reports of change orders, has its own client login for them to view all documents related to their project to what the construction company wants to share.

Cons: There were a couple snags with being able to share documents with ease and allowing easier access for the clients to review their files.

Overall: We've used this on one of our projects to test out the program and keep the client better up-to-date on the project. It only works as well as the user. The benefit is lost if the client doesn't care enough to login to review their files and documents. Luckily, the site supervisor was able to remotely access the documents needing approval to have them manually approved on-site.

Pros: I like how customizable builder trend is and how all inclusive it is. It truly is a one stop shop for all a person's project management needs.

Cons: Buildertrend advertises itself as a software where a person only has to input data once and it populates throughout. This is NOT the case. Also because it is so customizable it can be very difficult to navigate and use. It can be very hard to try to understand how the software developers intended information to be input into the program.

As a small builder I use Buildertrend for about 6 months now. It's a good software but too many issues.

Pros: Easy to use and good support. It's a good tool to give your costumers confidence and better service

Cons: I couldn't find a way to incorporate my proposal or to build a proposal template. Change orders will not integrate sale taxes There is no way to make a negative change order. You can't make any credit to your customer... I found the schedule not so easy to use but I'm having a phone meeting next week to learn more.

Pros: Since we started using Buildertrend we have taken control of our business like we had not had previously. It is an amazing resource to keep all client info in one place, and the amount of time it saves daily is invaluable. There was an initial learning curve but we were assigned our Client Service Manager and he held my hand through it all. We started out with weekly, sometimes twice a week, meetings until I was up and running. Now I reach out to Anthony regularly with any questions that may come up. The system has been a lifesaver so far, and we are only utilizing a small percentage of it. Once I master one aspect I take on another and with each new function I am so thrilled. It if wasn't for Anthony, and the client support team, I would have been lost. To many times people are sold a product and once purchased, the customer support goes by the wayside, not with Buildertrend.

Cons: There were some issues with the functionality that did not fit with our business model. I expressed this to the support staff and he took my concerns to his developers to work on adding these items in the future. Primarily having the costs feed directly into the owner invoices. The system is set up for flat rate jobs but Anthony and I were able to come up with a work-around in the meantime.

Comments: I would just like to add this is a brilliant and excellent way of doing things for the new generation professionals

Pros: What i love about the software is its ease of use, and ability to be accessed from multiple mobile devices (Android & IOS Tablet, Mobile phone, Windows PC) making communicating easier, simpler and on the go. This means not to worry about traveling multiple locations just to share project updates, photos and information with team. Just upload on the software and make it available for everyone to see. It not just a Electronic document storage platform, it has got scheduling features for project managers, and an email system to send and receive instant updates One of the best and versatile construction project management CPM software, I have come across.

Cons: I think the only con about this product is its price. Turns out to be a bit costly investment if the business does not have multiple large projects running throughout the year.

Comments: Very good program with excellent support. Portions of the program can be used or not to fit your business model. Configurable to a point and support will find out what can or can't be done if there is a question. Did I mention excellent customer support?

Pros: Customer support is top notch. Call or email and you have an answer. Configurable to fit most business models. Easy to use on mobile devices

Cons: There are a few things I'd like to be able to configure further. No accommodations for sales tax, only a workaround.

Pros: We can keep job details available for on site technicians. The details can also be made available to the homeowner and also subcontractors. Change order management is so much easier with the ability to submit and have the customer approve and pay for Change Orders. No more running papers around!

Cons: There are very few things not to like. So few I can't think of any at the moment. With any piece of software there are things not yet thought of and Builder Trend does continue to develop new features all the time.

Cons: At this point, there are no issues. We are confident that the team at Builder Trend can handle anything we throw their way.

Comments: All software programs require a learning curve. Buildertrend is extremely user-friendly. In addition, the support team is exemplary! They often go above and beyond when posed with a question as to how to handle an item. In particular, I just had a call with Anthony and it was amazing at how tuned in he was and how willing he was to "dig deep" to solve my issue. In the time I have used this system (close to 2 years), I have had only positive experiences!

Pros: I love that Buildertrend allows me to keep all information pertaining to a particular job in one place. In addition, here are just a few of the items I take full advantage of: 1. Change Orders 2. Selection Approval 3. Messaging 4. Payments 5. Documents related to job (quotes, orders, etc.) 6. Calendar 7. Lead Management 8. Lead Activities 9. To Do (especially the checklists!) The list could go on and on and on.

Cons: I write lots of notes in the To Do checklists. Sometimes I run out of room. There IS a workaround so this is not a dealbreaker. Not too many cons. It's all positive!

Comments: Overall great customer support. Our team manufactures ships and errects projects from Alaska to California and everyone can use this product at ease.

Pros: The use and ease of intigration of many platforms into one. Customer service is great a phone call text or email and they respond right away

Cons: Printing of calendar can be better.they could add a calendar option to run workers time off and national holidays so you don't have to add another job.

Pros: I love how organized everyone on the project is while using this software. It just makes sense. I don't know how contractors kept everything straight prior to Buildertrend.

Comments: If you're a HUGE company this program makes sense, for a small business though...the price is just too high.

Pros: Truly an all-in-one construction management software. Almost everything you could possibly need you will find.

Cons: No way to sync phone contacts to the program. No way to track mileage. WAY overpriced.

Strictly on the project management side things are good (daily reports, calendar, to dos, bidding).

Comments: There are additional comments on the forum and with Derek (from a several months ago). The pain points we were trying to resolve were not resolved with BT. One pain point was dealing with project management. Sharing plans, having daily reports, seeing who is on the job, the calendar, having budgets in an easy, central place, etc. Those were addressed. We were also wanting a program to manage POs /contracts from PO to final payment -dealing with lien releases (all of them, progress, unconditional, final). Allowing for subs to progress bill and deal with change orders and retention. This was not better, in fact we are double entering data and having to extract to DocuSign to get what we need completed.

Pros: Project management. daily reports, calendar, to dos, bidding, having a budget, documents, mobile app, templates

Cons: all things financial - PO's, Lien Releases, integration with QB (need to have PO's and budget integrate), subs submitting an invoice (shouldn't be all or nothing), progress billing. Securing areas of use. Not getting a sub report (with custom columns so we can print a list for customers). Not having custom fields in the PO. not being able to remove former employees from the list (make inactive, like subs). reminders on the bell are always wrong or not relevant. Not able to have a change order directly associated with a PO so we can see the full value of the contract with changes. Managing retention. No PO approval process (internally route). Unable to get signatures on additional lien waivers. Time it takes to push from BT to QB - during billing there is a long delay. Constant circle of death. Unable to pull up vendor from a PO or add a new vendor from PO. With Bills and POs we should be able to select on that bill/po if we want it added to the budget / new expected. On the budget we should be able to select which columns are viewed.

Comments: This software has the best support experience I've ever had. I had an account rep on speed dial and it came with unlimited phone support.

Pros: The amount of information this software holds on any given job is incredible! The gant chart for scheduling jobs and the ability to view multiple jobs at once or break things out by job is awesome. Overall I really loved the idea of the software and wanted to love it in day to day use. Nothing else I found gives nearly the amount of detailed information and features in that price bracket. Also getting in touch with support was better than 98% of SAS softwares.

Cons: The interface is extremely outdated and clunky. The layers of pop up boxes make it slow and difficult to navigate through on desktop. The app was slow and difficult to load even in areas of great cell coverage. Overall it didn't work for our company because the cumbersome user experience made it so that it didn't save us any time. It could have been amazing but it just wasn't.

Pros: The dashboard is probably my favourite feature of this software. It organizes everything you have input into one page which gives you easy access to everything.

Comments: Company is very responsive to questions, suggestions and the help is outstanding. This is a great product. My customers love it.

Pros: For one thing, they are constantly added new things. The payroll featured added that sums up my labor cost relative to each employee and hours on the job is spectacular and a huge time saver. The more time I spend on Builder Trend the easier it is to run my business

Cons: I don't like that this survey will not let me proceed to the next section unless I can find something that I like the least.

Cons: In the end, BuilderTrend didn't work well for my business. It wouldn't allow me to easily set up a database of products with set prices and select those into my purchase orders. Instead it operates best for a builder who bids out each job.

Comments: They should review their pricing structure to encourage new clients

Pros: Very comprehensive and has a great client portal. They have brought necessary organizing and planning components under one umbrella.

Cons: Expensive for the small contractor as it bills by the month for one or more projects per year. Once the project is completed, you are still billed for it until the end of the year. Fine if you have one or two large projects, but for a renovation specialist it is not cost effective.

Pros: Love the selections area and the ability to communicate with our customers this way. We are the only builder in Pagosa Springs using this. I think this gives us a real edge in the market place as we have a large 2nd home market here, a lot of our buyers do not currently live here. Great Customer support

Cons: Would like to be able to show when something in Selections has been ordered by us and expected del date. This would be very helpful for our subs and customers, (not to mention us) The Survey area still needs to be able to be customized by us. I wish changes in the software happened a little faster.

Pros: I like the fact that I can have several proposals under one project although it would be nice to approve more than one as the product only seems to allow one per lead.

Cons: For some reason when working on proposals you do not see the whole thing. You need to slide left and right or tab left/right to access all the features and to make adjustments. Is there anyway you can rectify this?

Pros: This program has a ton of features built in, from tracking leads to converting to jobs, to invoicing. Makes it convenient to not have to jump around to different programs at the various stages of a job.

Cons: It can get glitchy at times and run slow. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's annoying. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but because it has so many features, it's well worth it.

Overall: Almost all of the features we need in one system.

Pros: BT has been the missing piece our company has been needing for a long time. We struggled with communication among employees and clients, now all conversations are right in one place for everyone to see. Not scattered between multiple employees emails or written on post-it notes. Having files accessible in the office or in the field has solved so many issues as well.

Cons: The PO system is "clunky". Too many layers and tabs and things to click. If you forgot to click something that can end up biting you later.

Pros: We like that it is a Central database for whole company and that it has the ability for client interaction.

Cons: Leads platform is almost useless to us in the way we run our business, but incredibly essential. We end up having to run our clients in 2 different databases until they become a job (sign a contract). It's not convenient at all. There is not enough ability to Taylor to our individual business needs thru out the program and the reporting and tracking is almost non existent.

Comments: BuilderTrend is an amazing product! It has completely transformed our business. We use the system every minute of every day and don't know how we lived without it. The ability to have all the information in one place and for our team to communicate with each other (and more importantly our customers) has relieved so much chaos in our business. Our customers say that we communicate well with them and they are well informed about their jobs. We do this through messaging, daily logs, and the calendar. In addition, having all these integrated parts helps us manage the jobs and keeps our team and our subs in the loop. Also, the functionality of the mobile apps has made communication so fast and easy.

Pros: Integration of all parts of the business from the quoting phase through to the selection process and now over to the ordering process.

Cons: Using the Purchase Order section is clunky for us. The system is set up for "labor" PO's with subs. We actually order and receive tangible products for our customers and have no easy way of tracking the order from order to payment to receipt of item. Would love to be able to customize this area to our own needs.

Pros: BuilderTrend Streamlines the business processes for CRM, Project Management, Accounting and Time Keeping. As an IT consultant, I have spent hours finding a solution, running demos with competitors, learning how they work and more importantly, how they don't work. BT's support is superb!! They answer all support calls within a few rings and provide answers to any issues encountered. They will help with implementation and hold your hand through the process. Your assigned trainer will share their calendar with you and you can easily pick a date and time to work with them to learn and be trained on features you are looking to implement. Accounting is a HUGE feature and it seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks Online. Any issues you have can be added to their portal and can ultimately be resolved by their Development team. I can't see why someone would operate their business without it!

Cons: When I first started with BuilderTrend, the CRM/Sales side had a few issues that support has already corrected. So, they listen and make favorable changes to any issues encountered.

Comments: I like Buildertrend and plan to continue to use their program. From what I can tell, the development team is eager to work with you and is always trying to improve on the product.

Pros: It is a great introductory software into construction management. Overall, ease of use and quick to grasp with a little help from the support staff. The support staff has been incredible. They are very patient, understanding and truly listen to my questions and suggestions. When I can get the rep on the phone, she has been very helpful and delightful to work with. The pricing and the structure of pricing have made it to where a start up company can afford to get into this software.

Cons: One thing I have learned about construction software, is that there are not any that are all inclusive. there are several things I would like Buildertrend to include that fits well with me personally but that does not mean it is a con. I don't really have any cons.

Comments: BuilderTrend has been a fantastic addition to our business since we began using it last year. It has greatly enhanced our communication capabilities within our organization as well as our communications with our customers. The ability of our customers, employees and sub-contractors to have all the information they need at their fingertips has made a world of difference. I would highly recommend BuilderTrend to all construction companies seeking to take their business to the next level. I use this program everyday, whether I'm on the road or in the office. The mobile app has made it very convenient to work while on the road.

Pros: Being able to have our entire business function so well within 1 program from CRM and proposals to project management, communication and project financials this program does it all.

Cons: I know this program is designed for project management so most of the focus is on that side and it is helpful to have the CRM side to keep everything in one program. However, the CRM side is certainly the weaker side of the program. That being said, BuilderTrend is constantly improving their program and coming out with new updates so I anticipate the CRM side will continue to improve.

Comments: On the job side: aside from the jobsite menu and template menu, having a sub contractor/vendor menu would also be useful. On the individual jobsite information I have created many of my own custom fields. However, some that I have created, I would think should be standard for a construction CRM. BT only provides for one permit to be listed. We often have more than one for any one job, also having a "Permit Finalized" date field standard for each permit would be nice. And while you're at it, the issued date and expiration date of the permits would be some good information to have right there. Outside of not needing some of the features because we are only AC and Heating, I LOVE THIS PROGRAM. NOTE: on the next step of this review where it is asking how frequently it is used, the choices are odd in that its Once a day or week or month, I use it ALL day everyday. I find that several of the choices within BT are odd like that, but nonetheless, I still LOVE it.

Pros: This program really helps me stay on top of tasks and everyone else's tasks as well. It helps me meet deadlines and track everything.

Cons: Because our jobs are generally short in nature being an AC and Heating contractor only, its rare that our clients log in and take advantage of the software. The creating of templates in LEADS is not as straight forward as the rest of the program and not easily mastered by someone who has basic computer knowledge. Having to clear my history every day to ensure that I can view everything is annoying. Setting time in LEAD activities is a little weird. Not being able to set activities or calendared items on a 15 minute mark is annoying, sometimes it really is that pinpoint crucial to a job.

Comments: After getting the full-fledged sale on how fantastic this is, I signed up for the minimum monthly plan. On the first "online demo", the internet went down for the coach, so he asked me to reschedule for the next day. He missed the next day's appointment. I called to reschedule with someone else, and when they didn't call, I was told they were no longer with the company. On the third attempt, I ended up finding out that it was not nearly as customizable as I was lead to believe, but I was told that they were going to work with their IT Dept to see what could be done.

Coincidentally, my coach reached out to me a few weeks, later, literally one day outside the 30-day guarantee window, so I was charged for an additional month. When I tried to cancel, I was told it was too late, so I was charged for two full months, and got nothing from it but several wasted phone calls and confirmation that the software will not work for me.

Comments: I think there's still a lot of room for improvement. Things can still be simplified and streamlined. A lot of our laborers struggle with and resist this technology because it's "too complicated." Additionally, we get frustrated in the office with the slow load time, the program's multiple windows, and the wait time for a customer's information to load. Not to mention all the different clicks necessary to add an email address, for instance. It's just very cumbersome. Other than that, we utilize this program a lot! We couldn't function without the ability to connect leads to jobs to work orders, not to mention the app is a convenient feature, albeit a little crowded (and, as I said before, "too complicated"). With a little more improvement, this program could be incredible.

Pros: I love the flow of lead to job to work order. I like the ability to create to-dos for the guys and I like that all leads and jobs are archived and can be reached at any point once filters are changed.

Cons: I don't like that there is not a feature to create AND accept multiple proposals in the same job. We often have customers who want separate bids. For example, a bathroom remodel AND a siding replacement. In our company, we have separate salesmen and crews to deal with these things. We would like to be able to create two or more proposals for one customer with the ability to accept all proposals so that we don't have to clutter up our jobs list when the customer is the exact same for both bids. Weeding through duplicate customers, waiting on the lag for it to load and then load and then load again with each click/action is just inefficient. When we should reasonably be able to separate our bids and work orders under the same customer name.

Pros: Lots of great features and tools to store all your data in one place. Easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Cons: Reoccurring issues that we aren't able to have fixed when dealing with customer support. They tell us we have to call when it happens which is very inconvenient for our installers who are out in the field.

Comments: I am a superintendent and use Buildertrend daily. I primarily use BT for Daily Logs; tracking site activity and documenting photographs for my projects. We also use BT to document Change Order's with out clients. Buildertrend is easy to use and easy to learn.

Pros: Simple to use

Cons: limited ability to store photo's on the daily log. I take multiple photograph's and want to store them in my daily logs. It could be a few (3 to 5), or easily 25 to 30. I have to save them in the add files portion of the daily log. The photo's are there, but saving the photo's in this way they are saved in my photo's portion of the project. To search and find a photograph, I have to search my daily logs and then the photos with in that one log. This one Con is huge for the construction superintedent. Our photos document so much for us and we need an easy, quick way to view them.

Comments: We use this software to track our different projects. However, we are a commercial contractor and there are several parts that are not helpful to us and several things that are not there that would be helpful to us.

Pros: Daily reports are easy to use for the superintendents. Job set up is easy.

Cons: Cannot attach enough pictures to the daily reports. When you do attach them as "extras" you cannot download them all at once and it doesn't individually name them, so you have to download them one at a time and hope you don't get lost because they are all named the same. No section for submittals or RFI's. Cannot run reports on multiple jobs at once, i.e. jobs under the same group name.

Comments: I can't print/PDF save the calendar view to give to client as an alternative, wish I could.

Pros: It's great to use for active jobs and organizing the field, documents, timeclock, and calendar are great. It has really made me a more efficient PM

Cons: I want more "office management"; historical information to be used on new projects, way to store all the info on a project to ref later, hourly cost codes for each employee so I can see immediately how much labor costs for a job!!!

Comments: Overall I think BuilderTrend has a solid foundation. However I struggle with some aspects of the program that I don't feel are user friendly. Creating POs & VPOs for multi-family projects is not an easy task within BuilderTrend.

Pros: Our subcontractors tell us the program is easy to use from their aspect.

Cons: For example, I would like to create one Electrical PO for each unit and mark work complete as the subcontractor completes a task, but we are unable to link more than one scheduled item to a PO. Also, I would like to copy VPOs from unit to unit. This is a vital process within a multi-family project. When a subcontractor has a change that applies to the whole building we have to break up the that cost between each unit within that building. That means for an 11 plex we have to create 11 VPOs that can't be copied. This can be a tedious process. We aren't able to add job specific trade partners agreements/insurance. We need an avenue to track if a trade partner agreement has been received. Remind the trade partner to send it back, just like a PO. Right now we are having to look at other softwares to do that for us.

Comments: Customer Service rep is awesome! He answers any questions right away and is always available for training sessions and assistance. He also listens and understands our needs. I have even seen some of our suggestions incorporated in the last few months. Nice to have a company that listens to its customers.

Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE User Friendly with easier items Did I mention Customer Service Listens to feedback.

Cons: Matching with our current system Admin side doesn't currently offer enough customization options to match up with what we are already doing.

Comments: User of almost 5 years. Custom Home Builder 10-15 Employees Very Good system for managing selections, change orders, documents (plans, permits, spec sheets, etc) and a schedule.

Pros: Change Orders and Selections are excellent. Enjoy the photo upload features. Continual updates of product.

Cons: Scheduling system is not as strong as we like it to be. Entering To-Do items is time consuming - needs simplification The "Open Assigned Items Report" in the Vendor section needs work - grabs old, outdated information.

Our trades rely on the Builder Trend for pertinent project information. Comments: Trent has been a good support for our team, thanks.

Pros: Able to access on my desktop and phone. Our team has a Central repository for internal and customer facing information

Cons: Phone app seems to have to be re-loaded every so often The proposal application is to inflexible to really address our business needs. We would like to simplify our proposals, with BT it is a lot harder.

Comments: I'd like to be notified of future significant changes before they occur, so I'm not caught off guard and understand the benefit of the changes.

Pros: Easy to use and locate information. For the customers who so use the web portal, most see it as a benefit. We like having all the documents and images in one spot too.

Cons: Import functionality is inadequate, causes us to take extra steps and lose time in the process. Also, still no CRM capability, which forces us to use an additional software program for that.

Comments: The construction company I'm involved with uses the sub-contractor management piece a lot! It allows us to easily communicate with our sub-contractors and put projects out to bid easily and collect and compare bids seamlessly. We are trying to dive deeper into the customer communication piece, especially for change orders, it will save us/ make us more money. I Love the selections aspect. It takes a lot of upfront work and staying on top of selections. Once we got it all figured out it has been great. Lastly, we rely on the calendar aspect and how it works/ties into the other sections we use the software.

Pros: Overall ease of use and completeness of solution, pricing model, mobile application. I also liked the ability to include subcontractors and homeowners in the project communications - where desired - this can be controlled. Training materials are excellent (videos, live training), the Buildertrend support staff were knowledgeable of the building industry, the home building process and very helpful.

Cons: The estimating component changed and it is more difficult for us to build out budgets than it used to be. Maybe we are making it harder on ourselves but the changes were not well received from the estimating side of the house.

Comments: Buildertrend offers a very thorough project management software for home builders. We primarily use the budgeting, sub-contractor, and scheduling portion of the software in our daily business. The budgeting portion allows for the ability to schedule and submit PO's to sub-contractors as well as submit invoice payments directly into our QuickBooks Online account. The platform for communicating with our homeowners throughout the project is great and allows them to feel like they're part of the construction and allows us to get change orders approved quickly.

Pros: Their customer support is very responsive, detailed and nice. If there is something you need that the program does not offer, they put it on their development list.

Cons: In some aspects such as billing the Change Orders, the learning curve can be a bit steep. But again, the support is great and they will take you through any aspect of the software and help you out.

Comments: Thanks for reaching out to us for feedback! I think you have a great product that allows us to capture much of the data we need to share with subcontractors and clients. However, I would love to see some features become more streamlined to reduce the number of clicks needed for certain tasks. For example, we must attach files, add photos, then enter data in the description field in that specific order to avoid losing data. Also, I'm unable to view different projects across multiple web browser tabs because the screens reload to whichever project I was in previously. Finally, upon saving selections and choices, my viewing filters readjust to show all categories, requiring me to reinstate my filters. Any assistance with streamlining these filters would help save us valuable time.

Comments: We began using Builder Trend a little over 2 years ago as a move away from Build Tools. I have been very happy with the response time on customer support, and it is nice to always be able to reach someone when you have a question. We as a company are not currently using some of the features including scheduling and none of our subs or homeowners are going into the system, but we are trying to change this. We are actively using documents, selections, budgets, etc.

Pros: I like the ability to get notifications for a variety of transactions, the ability to log in & see things from a variety of devices, the tracking features for every transaction, and I love the amount of storage space for documents & photos that it has.

Cons: I wish it was more affordable to purchase more jobs so that we could use the system for our remodel projects, currently, we do not enter them in as many of them are small projects and do not warrant the expense it would cost us to have that many jobs. It is unfortunate because it puts us with two different processes for selections, budgets, docs, etc. depending on what type of project it is. I wish it was also possible to mark a selection as "Ordered," much like you can mark it as "Approved" it would help the designer & client know when it is absolutely too late to make changes. Lastly, I wish the transition to QB was more efficient. If you are using a desktop version of QB, which is the only way to have the contractor version, when PO's are pushed to QB, they do not populate the customer's job to the items on that PO even though it is tied to that job. I am not even sure what the point of tying the jobs together is as it does not seem to connect them at all in the transfer process.

Comments: My review is for the software. When working on an employees schedule, it is very difficult to determine when a meeting conflicts between a lead and a job. The schedules need to work together so it is apparent when there is a lead activity that conflicts with a job activity. It acts as if there are 2 different systems when in reality, it is the same person who works the leads and the jobs and their schedules and activities need to reflect that.
