It's cost-effective, easy to use, budget-friendly, and the best. The Board is happy. Pros The website is exceptionally comprehensive and remarkably easy to use—for both administrators and end users. The support team is outstanding: patient, highly responsive, and genuinely personable. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] are thrilled with the voting process, especially after waiting so long for a reliable online option. From a budget standpoint, it’s also significantly more cost-effective than most alternatives, which makes it a win for the Board as well. I have used it for several elections at my food cooperative and it met our needs for both director voting and bylaw change voting. Pros The interface is straightforward. Uploading users is simple as is reviewing the election before it is live. Cons It would be more convenient for me to remove ineligible voters found after the election is complete. I had to contact support to remove the duplicate vote (however that is my own consequence of allowing electronic and paper voting for the same election.) Pros professional transparent quick turnaround - if you are not using Canada Post courteous staff after-hours number for emergencies Cons If you don't have every voter's email address, your vote will take longer due to having to mail the voting credentials from Montreal to B.C. Our Pinnacle Pines HOA in Flagstaff, Arizona of 208 owners chose to use Simply Voting for three ballots. One for approval of our CCRs revision, second for the election of 3 new board members, and finally for approval of some tax issues. We chose the Fully-Managed option, which I highly recommend if you have much over 20 or 30 voters. Simply Voting handles everything. This ensures you will have an accurate and effective ballot process. I can’t say enough about how great their staff is, and their project managers make the whole process painless. They are always cheerful, very responsive, and give good advice on how to make your voting process a success.
