We needed a single number to connect our entire team to handle calls from clients and prospects. With normal mobile SIM cards, it was becoming difficult. Especially handling our business calls after business hours and on weekends. We tried some call center software in the market, but out of all of the tried ones, MyOperator did stick with us. Firstly the setup was very easy and non-technical. Then we found setting up IVR very easy with their Humonid Voice and visual call flow builder. The best part is we could map all team members on one single number and set business hours to attend client calls. We have not experienced call drops since we started using MyOperator, so that's a critical factor that made us finally select MyOperator. Great value for money overall.

Pros

Impressed with how easy it was to set up a call center with MyOperator and map all our team members on it. And loved their IVR and parrel call handling the most.

Cons

A bit pricey compared to similar products in the market. Better quality though.

### "Pathetic commitment level from team"

Very poor experience, they committed a client service manager or account manager, but even after 15 days of making payment there is such person. bot is still not delivered

Pros

Just their sales process, they are good sale team, after that there is no commitment at all from any of their team members

Cons

Normal voice bot delivery shouldn't take more than couple of day, but event after 15 days of making payment, it is not active. Very poor commitment towards client.

I am running a tuition agency and was facing an issue that we were not able to track and keep a record of all the calls we were getting on our personal phone number. Now MyOpertor made it easy to manage and record the calls at once place and we can later listen these calls too if required.

Pros

I like most the call recording & IVR feature available in My Operator. Call recording helps to monitor the agent's performance and in case we miss anything we can later listen to the call again.

Cons

I think they should have a feature to integrate with Google ads or with other ads management platforms also in their basic plan.

Best part for this service is you don't need any hardware setup for this. Very user friendly application.

Cons

Call Routing is on mobile phones. This can make the system better if we can answer the calls via web application only.

MyOperator is the ideal cloud phone service if you're searching for one that excels at dropping calls, disregarding your support requests, and generally giving you the chills. It has been a downward spiral into customer service purgatory ever since we signed up. Their alleged "24/7 support" appears to function in a different time zone; perhaps "24/7" refers to "whenever we feel like it." We eventually spoke with a representative, who appeared to be reading from an old hieroglyphic script. Every issue was met with a litany of ambiguous assurances and a never-ending cycle of "we'll escalate this." Warning: it was never escalated. We encountered lengthy wait times, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of interest each time we called for assistance. MyOperator has succeeded in fusing the worst features of services with the incapacity of an invisible and worthless staff. Avoid this service if you value your time, your business, and your mental well-being. Training pigeons to deliver your messages would be more successful.

Pros

Just the series of sales call, with \[sensitive content hidden\], that's it.

Cons

Customer Services team never bothers to return calls. The assigned Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] never speak for weeks and is never approachable.

None at all. The service is completely unprofessional—no customer support, no resolution, and no accountability.

Extremely Poor Service – Not Recommended Absolutely third-class service. No customer support, no dedicated helpline, and no proper contact point from a company that claims to provide IVR services. Queries are raised, but there is zero resolution. No one bothers to give feedback or call back. All they do is keep asking for more time with no results. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Would never recommend this service to anyone. Waste of time and money.

very bad experience. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone. They are more like a company made with an intention to take money from customers and change terms so they can do things how they want

What I liked about the company and the software is how unprofessional they are in their approach. They are so good at being unprofessional and cheating that you wouldn't realise what hit you

Cons

So here's what happened. I took the software from the company. The deal was done. But they changed the terms on their own and did not care to inform me. Once they payment was made, they decided to vanish. Today when I call them, they tell me that my annual plan was valid for 8 months. In what world is annual=8 months?

Since I joined and taken over a few teams I never wanted to get stuck with running behind a service provider to get the changes done. This what exactly happened here. I got a call with reps and told her my requirements. Everything has been done from their end without hassle.

Pros

As a company when you have a right employee to lead then you don't need anything. I am total with the way I have updated about the product. Which had made me take up one more service for my sales department.

Cons

I do not see any cons. Everything is fine.

Pros

The best part is the ease of set up. Within a few minutes the system was live with IVR and everything else. I just had to tell my sales agents to download the MyOperator Dialer app and use it to make business calls. I could see their call logs and recordings in front of me on the software.

Cons

I couldn't find any cons as of now. I'll use it a bit more & give further feedback.

Being a first time IVR user, we were excited to use this tool bundled with the after call alerts facility. We also planned to take 3 more such plans if things went right for our other businesses. However, as and when we faced the issues with the software, the response was really poor and no proper solution was provided.

Pros

Pricing was competitive, it also had good promising features although not up to the mark.

Cons

The After sales support was absolutely pathetic, no proper response leading to loss in business.Our issues were clearly stated yet they kept asking for same details and never solved the issue as communicated.
