We have been using it for almost 2 years and we do not intend to stop using this app. Revenue from users whic come from facebook and instagram on our web shop increased by 89% compared to the period when we did not use this application. Customer support is extraordinary and our account manager responds to us in an average of about 2 minutes. I recommended this application to everyone I know who advertises on Facebook and Instagram. I believe with the recent updates and improvements, it is much easier to use than before. However, would prefer if the video and image templates were more user-friendly. Pros 1) Enables me to upload and set up campaigns easily with the automated campaigns. 2) Not so much about the software but the I really like the service that the Hunch team has provided. They are very quick to respond and the issues are usually resolved within the day. Cons 1) Sometimes duplicates ad sets/ads when I pause and unpause the ad sets/ads. 2) Sometimes the syncs take a long while to complete. 3) The video and image templates are not user-friendly. The campaigns run with Hunch have been strong performers. Pros The ability to have certain creative applied to specific geographic areas is a key feature for us. That, coupled with the feature of having weather based advertising makes this a very powerful tool. The team at Hunch is extremely responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Support for a tool like this is key and their team was quick to respond and helpful. Cons The cost is a bit high but it is an advanced tool. While support is good, there should probably be some more tutorials on how to self serve help for basic items like setup. With Hunch we are saving a lot of time by not doing repetitive work. Pros With Hunch we managed to create ads for all products from our e-commerce store. It is a great tool if you don't want to create static or video ads manually. My team had a hard time creating ads for all our products (over 3000 products on our e-commerce store). With Hunch, you only need to predefine rules for the 1st ad creative and the rest will be done automatically with their app. There are endless possibilities for automating creatives for both images and video.
