Value for Money

Pros: Vid.One has most of the features that Promo by Slidely offers, which honestly is not much. It lets users take stock footage and apply text/graphics overlays that change over the course of the video. You can change the size, font, color, and shadow of text, as well as the shapes of other elements in the video.

Cons: Like Promo by Slidely, the simple text overlays can be accomplished through the use of a simple video editor. It's certainly not worth spending any money on. What company would want their brand represented by cheap-looking stock footage? Also, the user interface looks very outdated, with only about half of the screen space being utilized, depending on screen resolutions.

Thanks for trying out Vid.One. I'm disappointed you didn't actually complete a video and see the full range of integration features - things that Promo doesn't do, despite their much higher price. We're not trying to compete with video editors, which are never simple. Do come back and check out the completely-revised UI. Footage, of course, is a matter of taste.
