June 1, 2018 5.0 Pros I personally love the side bar when I'm logged into my gmail account where it shows me all of the emails I've sent and whether or not they have been viewed, a link has been clicked or it has been responded to. Makes things a lot easier for me and a lot more interesting when you can see a potential client viewing your email all on your home page of gmail. Cons I haven't run into anything that I dislike yet. I also appreciated the insight that I can gather from data and knowing if others are actually reading the emails I send. Planning a meeting is simplified through Mixmax's calendar options to quickly show my availability and schedule meetings. Cons It doesn't look very pretty in my email and at sometimes felt clunky. I recommend it to colleagues to help them as well. Pros It was incredibly helpful in certain ways.. Picture images, reminders, and multiple messaging. It made life much easier for me as I tend to forget to reply to certain emails! Cons It was a little confusing to get used to. I know there were emails sent out that were helpful but I still did not get the full use of Mixmax because it was a little difficult to understand and I did not have the time to go through it myself. March 15, 2019 4.0 Pros For people who do work emails far into the night, the "Send Later" feature is amazing. The ability to send emails that land in someone's in-box at 8:00AM (instead of 9PM or midnight) is a valuable feature. You may want to send an email and get it off your mind, but you don't want to start a back and forth conversation with a client at midnight! Cons I turned off the Web Preview feature for links. I love the idea of incorporating polls and other more interactive items in an email, versus a more traditional text approach. The visuals are really nice too. Cons I've encountered some issues (occasionally), where it would make the performance of the page a bit slower.
