Pros The ease in setting up sequences and letting me put my repetitive emails on auto pilot has been a boon for us. I only wish I had found this earlier in my job... Easy to schedule appointments. Pros I love the email tracking widget that lives in the email. I love that you can send specific times to client rather than you calendar link, and they don't have to leave the email to schedule. Cons I haven't ran into much. When implementing enhancements like surveys or media, it looks so unique in the email. It really attracts the eye, and makes emails more enjoyable to read/send. I have been using OnceHub and it has saved me so much time. Pros I haven't been using this product long but switched from OnceHub because the rest of our team was using MixMax and they allowed us to do a single billing account. I am still learning but it feels a little overwhelming getting it setup. Pros Email tracking is great, it tells me the status right in line with the subject. I like the link previews, when they work. Try Mixmax" November 19, 2019 5.0 Mixmax has helped Frankie's Friends with large emails for targeted fundraising. Pros Mixmax is a custom way to send numerous emails to your donor constituients. It allows you to personalize, through variables, and you are able to view the email, by sending it yourself prior to sending to see that it is set up properly. It has everything I need and more, always exceeding expectations. Though it takes a little bit of time to become familiar with how the software works, Mixmax really increases productivity and adds a lot to our communication. Cons Sometimes, I send emails to people to happen to have some sort of blocker for Mixmax. The flow is amazing. LOVE the ability to see what emails are being seen, opened, clicked on, bounced etc. Cons There are some strange glitches, like my calendar not giving me a buffer time between meetings.
