Pros: I particularly liked the simplicity of the product. Many products I have evaluated are overly complex and the effort involved in adoption was a barrier. The configuration requirement for Sophity was minimal which made adoption very easy.

Cons: I would like to see more channels available for automated data collection.

Overall: We are a small software dev shop and each of our developers works on multiple customer fixed fee projects simultaneously at any point in time. Tracking hours by customer project with Sophity provided us a better handle on actual hours spent vs. budgeted hours compared to our earlier manual time tracking process -- this provided us insights into our actual project performance as well as inputs into how to more effectively price new projects. This has been invaluable to us!

Pros: 1. slick & quite easy to use
2. really intuitive. No special training required for my team till date. Just a 5 minutes overview.
3. I am able track details of task with every time log.

Cons: 1. Needs reports & informative dashboard which I am sure they are going to include it in next version.

Overall: Amazing product and right for what we needed. Helped us to track the time with google calendar in sync. It saved me a hassle of reminding my every team member to fill the timesheet before Friday end of the day.

Cons: Needs feature like various reports and informative dashboard which I am sure they will include in next version. But overall I love it.

Pros: 1. Simple and easy to use. 2. Not as complex as alternative solutions. 3 More affordable than competing systems. 4. Highly responsive staff that listen to feedback.

Cons: Solution is relatively new and so it does not have the complete depth that older competing systems might. This is not necessarily a bad thing. The older systems tend to be highly complex and very expensive. This is simple and light weight and easy to learn.

Overall: Very happy with their application and data analytic capabilities. They have been responsive and very helpful.
