The group is responsive and engaged, and they've been extremely agile and flexible with some of the larger corporate requests that we've had. Pros Kukun Home Intelligence is a newer member of the Home Improvement family, but they're one of the most impressive ones. They're thinking about customers' homes in new ways, creating an experience that is compelling and interesting while being easy-to-use and instinctive. We've been using their Home Improvement Calculator for a couple of years, and we've noticed a satisfactory bump in Home Equity Applications since then. Customers are enthusiastic about their experience. Kukun's MyHome experience is intriguing and encourages customers to be repeated viewers and engaged in their home's upkeep, improvement, and neighborhood. Cons Kukun's one of the newer folks on the horizon, so sometimes they are working on features that more established groups have available.
