Pros: It has a nice interface for analyzing, understanding and creating a database of potential clients. The best are the conversion funnels that allow us to predict and have an automatic response process ready for users according to the action they take.

Cons: A bit expensive in terms of the services offered by this software, the import of our customer database presented errors and we lost several contacts.

Overall: We save a lot of time thanks to this software that facilitates the teamwork of our brand, we also have an increase in potential customers and a higher conversion rate.
