Cons 1) No phone support for smaller clients. 2) On-line help and training videos need to be more comprehensive with step by step instructions. 3) Although importing is easy, it doesn't have many safeguards or instructions and resulted in a lot of clean-up (months worth). 4) Support is primarily through correspondence. Because of time zones, it can take days or weeks to resolve a problem when a simple phone could resolve in 10-15 minutes.
