Ultimately I got exactly what I needed after speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] My set up was more complicated I guess so I needed the extra support from the team

Pros

Staff are helpful, especially \[sensitive content hidden\]. After a lot of backwards and forwards to get what I needed I came right. The product is great so when there is good service as well then it is a bonus.

Cons

In the beginning it was tough to navigate, would be great if there a was onboarding call to get you set up and show you around. Human interaction is still really important and I would have liked to have spoken to someone when signing up.

### "The best VOIP company I've tried"

Pros

This is by far the best VOIP company out of all the ones I’ve reached out to. First of all, the big ones like Microsoft and Google don’t even respond to pre-sale inquiries, so you can’t know if their services will match your needs. With CallHippo, I was able to chat and then have a call with a rep who answered all my questions ahead of time. Second, they are the best VOIP company I found for businesses outside of the USA and with international call needs. Some of the American companies don’t even let you set up an account with them unless you have a physical presence over there. And the calling rates for international are much cheaper on CallHippo. Also, they have a really significant discount if you pay yearly. Third, they have a free trial period of 10 days, which allows you to test almost all the functions of their service before you start paying. At first, I was a little bit put back because I emailed their sales address with questions, and didn’t receive an answer for a couple days. However, I then forwarded my request to the support email address, and got an answer within a few hours. I have since asked them many many questions regarding how to set my account up the way I wanted to, and have always received a comprehensive and helpful answer within a few hours, even during weekends. Fourth, I’ve read other reviews complaining about the quality of the sound on calls. On all the test calls that I’ve made so far, the quality of the call was fine, except on one, but because my father was test-calling me from Barbados where he was on vacation, so I think it was a problem on his end. In short, I’m really happy I chose CallHippo and have now upgraded to the starter plan before the end of the trial period. I recommend anyone give them a try. ;-)

It's been great so far, i love the app's friendly layout and the functionalities. My team is also having fun, it's a lot better than Skype already!

Pros

The app itself is great, but the support team really makes it worth. They are always responsive, fast and willing to help out and answer all questions that we might have, Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

This is not really a con, but in my Demo meeting i had explained that i would need to port in 2 numbers and that there would be no extra cost for it, but turns out it will and it's a bit sketchy to port our UK number. But this does not affect my real experience with the app.

The only issue with CallHippo is that the SMS Registration is a very lengthy process, and even after that, there is only 100 SMS

It's a solid and functional tool, well worth the fees. I have to mention, however, the AMAZING support team. I've had the pleasure of working with a few support team members \[sensitive content hidden\] and others) - and the response times are incredible, and the folks are always polite and friendly, doing everything to address issues, even when they're user-caused. I'd say it is this experience that sets CallHippo apart.

Pros

The options available within the tool - virtually EVERYTHING is customizable, which makes a difference when you are REALLY tailoring the system to your needs.

Cons

Perhaps there is a downside to having too many options - the administrative learning curve can be steep for some. That said, the basic setup only takes seconds with little experience needed.
