Pros

Our company is engaged in arranging safari tours and Kilimanjaro climbing in Tanzania. Currently, we are undergoing an onboarding process with the CallHippo company, and the service is totally impressive! The support team responds to online chat within a couple of seconds. It took us literally 10 minutes to reach agreement on special rate terms, get a good cost proposal and, most importantly, we had a chance to purchase phone numbers for all countries in which we plan to run active sales.

Cons

At the moment I’m clarifying the possibility of connecting numbers from CIS countries, the website does not have such an opportunity, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from Support team promised to help.

Pros

Their chat support is the real warriors behind Call Hippo. I got in touch with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he is extremely fast in his service with sheer practical explanation. Great work...!

Cons

Their on-call support \[sensitive content hidden\] was great initially but when we chose a different plan lower than what they pitched, their call support executive didn't seemed more interested. Also, they didn't reply to the emails which wasted our many days.

I've been with Callhippo for a few months now, February 2021 will be my official start up month. I've been testing their system for about 4-6 months now. Love it!

Pros

I love the functionality of Callhippo, its simple to use and best of all they offer 24/7 live chat support. I had problems occur but they went forward and fixed whatever issue I have. Love this calling platform. A bit more than I want to pay sometimes but all in all they are one of the best. Hands down. Thank you guys!

Cons

I would have to get back to you guys on that! That's a good thing :)n

Las utilidades que contiene son muy buenas. Monitorear a tu equipo se hace muy facil.

Es muy alto su costo, cada integracion sugiere un adicional, otros programas con las mismas utilidades son mas asequibles, lo he utilizado porque buscaba otra alternativa. En terminos generales han desarrollado una excelente plataforma competitiva y muy amigable.

They are problem so how will they solve problem

Pros

Never try or be ready to be victim of Call Hippo. They are ghost without any address.!

Cons

Scam. Fraud never try this platform. Your card will be charged for $700!

By mistake I chose them and suffered $ 700 fraudently

Overall experience is good.

Pros

Using it for a week now, I like the software, and the price per user is cheap. I like the support, they are available whenever I need them. Wonderful experience so far.

Cons

The credit is draining very fast, I thought the siting is very affordable which would make it a really good software, but the credits are running out very fast which will make the actual use quite expensive.

Reason for choosing CallHippo

I am testing out a few software, I heard about Callhippo and thought of giving it a try so far the experience is good, but not best for huge call center operations, credit will run dry very fast.

Callhippo is an easy to use and very competitive phone service which was an important aspect for me as a start-up with a low cost approach. Lately they have greatly improved the mobile iOS apps. They are now fully up to date in terms of usability, user friendliness. Support is responsive. Two times I had texting issues that were resolved.

Overall a nice experience! like the features, clarity on dashboard(after your customer services helped me understand it better) and of course value for money!

Pros

That we always someone to reach out to, in case of a query! need to follow those long procedures to get to the customer service dept. Someone new like me, might have questions and queries in the initial phase! And I highly appreciate CallHippo customer service!

Cons

I would say you should come up with options where one can sign up, without having a GSuit account or with email IDs like Gmail.com, yahoo.com! As I believe an entrepreneur, or a freelancer, might not have access or availability of official email Id! Hence they are left with no choice than not to use your service!!

Pros

So, i just started using the application and signed up for it yesterday, i am still in the trial phase and have not submitted any verification documents yet so my account was disabled. I was upset about it and raised a ticked.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] got back to me within minutes and quickly restored my account. He was very professional in addressing my concern and resolved it in a timely manner. I have just started using CallHippo and have been in touch with 2 team members until now, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I can comforatblly say that Call Hippo has a great support team that's availble round the clock.

Cons

Until now, the only issue i had was when my account was disabled for no reason by the fraud department. THey havent yet asked me for any verification documents so it was upsetting to get blocked this way. but they did reinstate my account when i contacted support.

I've had a great experience. The software is very easy to use and it covers all the basics functionality.

Pros

Being able to have different departments online at the same time. Also, the pricing is really good for what you get.

Cons

I just hope that internal transfers was part of the regular plan, seems something so basic for the service.
