When your core service doesn't work, why am I even a customer.

Pros

Signing up and paying was super easy. That's about it - Everything else was horrible. Other VoIPs are so much more competent.

Cons

Phone number didn't work for most of the first month even though I did all the paperwork and even got a "good to go!" from customer service on the very first day. I requested cancellation and then was auto-charged for the second month anyway. Horrible customer service. Expect a ton of back and forth with incompetent, lying idiots.

Pros

Customer support team is really efficient and quick and solving your queries. Alfiya was one of the support executive who did everything possible to assist me in my query and ensured that I it was resolved.

Cons

Many basic features are missing and you cant bundle them individually with basic plans. You are forced to go to premium plans, even if you only want a feature or 2 from the premium plan.

Although the software lags every single day, conducting daily operations with this app is so difficult and affects our performance badly. The calling in Middle eastern region is pathetic. I would never recommend this software to any sales user. Zero value for money. However, the customer support is very good, they are readily available to help you. I just want to say thank you to both \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for their patience in understanding my need as a new small business launcher and for guiding me to the best option based on my current business status. Both of them have accurately walked me through and helped me understand and navigate the dashboard with ease and convenience. Customer support is very essential to me - and they've nailed it!

Pros

The features of the software is very user friendly especially for non-IT abridged person.

Cons

I haven't found the weakness of the software as I am new to this as of now. But for sure, I will give another review given the chance in the coming months.

Reason for choosing CallHippo

The price is within my budget, the customer service is top-notched, the technical knowledge is very accurate and moreover, they know how to go down to a lay-man's level and this is important for new users.

The virtual number is one the features that i found so interesting and it has been working so well. The first time we tried it, their customer service did a very good job in clarifying things to us. Since then we've been enjoying it.

Cons

I think there should be option for free trials for someone that wish to know about how it works before subscribing and even upgrading to a higher package.

Their support was rude and they are manipulative in their pricing. I would honestly check out Dialpad if you're looking for a great telephony system for the price. You won't waste any time worrying if they are charging you wrong. These guys shouldn't be business at CallHippo. Guarantee you go an look at our billing minutes if you're a happy customer and you'll see the same patterns.

Pros

I thought I liked all the features it had for the price point compared to the other telephony platforms out there.

Cons

I didn't like the cheating charges where they secretly were charging more for calls when calls were never even made or received. I went in and found this on multiple occasions. Problem there is they automatically refunded my money, no questions asked when I presented it to them. The fact there were no questions asked or even them looking into raises a flag that they knew they were doing it. It's a telephony system. You shouldn't have to waste time and effort reviewing your minutes to see if you were charged unjustly.
