I can keep track of payroll and taxes all on one easy to use program. It makes it easier to keep track of information and makes it more convenient to find your both payroll and taxes.

Cons

There's nothing that I didn't like about it.

I enjoy working with those at Asure and always feel that they want to assist you when problems arrive.

Pros

Simplicity of the program easy to make changes as required

Cons

Receiving quarterly tax packages have been an issue. Should not have to contact my rep to gain access to these vital reports.

We did not stay with asure for every long and changed over to a system that can handle multi-state and more advanced payrolls.

Pros

It is easy to use for a small business, but was very much out of compliance with multi-state taxation.

Cons

The system was a small business platform with no real single database for what we were looking for. The tax engine was not compliant. Reporting was minimal. In comparison to other systems, the pricing should have been much less to be competitive.

In the beginning, my first couple years I was very happy with US Payroll. Then that company was bought out. Experience not so great, see above.

Pros

Originally with our 1st contract the pricing was stable and steady. We have 2 payroll employees getting paid once a month. Every year or so they raise my rate without warning. I then have to call and have them research the increase. They then do reduce it a bit. I feel that the year end pricing is quite high, once again, for 2 employees (24 checks per year). I called yesterday regarding this, was told management will be told and I would get a call back. Have not yet received a return call

Cons

Have not had a constant representative, seems that my original rep is out a lot. Have difficulty getting to my quarterly reports, have had to call several times to get my information.

Its been quick, easy, convenient, which is what i want in a payroll and tax company. They even helped me look into cal savers information as a new business that I was unaware of.

Pros

They are always available to answer phone calls and your questions and are very quick to make changes if they are needed.

Cons

Nothing really, i havent personally had any issues with them at all

We have had to overcome a few bumps in the road with them and we are still at a point we are trying to get to the next level, there was a change in who was helping us again so we somewhat had to start over. But I am remaining confident that we will get there as they promised.

Pros

We have been with them since it was Payroll Maxx. The people that work there are always very nice and willing to work with you. They seem to genuinely care about your company not just a name in the system.

Cons

The change of our contacts that do our payroll. We have had a new person most every year.

I has turned out to be great! I am very pleased with my new customer rep. Wasn't happy when the old one retired and no one told me and I was hanging out there without one.

Pros

Once I got the hang of the program it is pretty easy to use. I also have a good representative that responds back in a timely manner.

Cons

Training doesn't teach you enough when starting because it isn't user friendly and there is no manual.

I would say my experience has been reasonable. I like the software because I can manage my employees regular hours effectively. It only gets troublesome when I'm trying to account for overtime.

Pros

I like this payroll software because it allows me to easily manage my employee's hours, and monitor them accordingly.

Cons

What I liked least about this software was the fact that when pay periods end in the middle of the week, there isn't a way too see last pay periods hours so you can properly account for overtime since overtime is calculated between Sunday through Saturday.

Initially, our experience was not a good one. The transition from People Strategies to Asure did not go as smooth as it should have. But with that said, we now have a feed going from our benefits, retirement plan and onboarding which we did not have before.

Pros

Asure has so much to offer to it's clients. The feeds between vendors and Asure eliminates manual processes which eliminates errors. In addition, we just started using the onboarding. This again eliminates manual processes. Asure has a lot to offer which I am looking forward to exploring.

Cons

The integration process leaves a lot to be desired. But with that said. We now have a few contacts that shows that they value us as a client and what us to have a smooth transition and that there is integrity within the system.

Pros

Someone always is available to take my call and answer my questions. Email replies are always prompt.

Cons

A bit pricey for my small business. There is also often a turn over of help so I don't always keep the same representative.

Overall, the Asure payroll works well for us, but I truly love having our Asure Consultant, \[sensitive content hidden\], available when she is needed. Her professionalism and knowledge have helped us immensely.

Pros

The payroll system is easy to manage. One thing that could improve it is giving employers easy access to change employees' bank accounts when needed.

Cons

One thing I don't like about Asure payroll is the sudden updates to the system without previous notifications.

I've never had any issues with Asure. Submitting payroll is a breeze and communication about workshops/webinars have been helpful.

Pros

I appreciate the fact that submitting payroll is very easy. I'm also happy that setting up new employees is all online.

Cons

I do feel that when I am looking for something that was sent to me - reports, etc. - I'm not provided that much help and instead immediately am told that it will be an extra charge for duplicate reports to be sent to you. That is one way that I feel like I am a number and not a client that Asure wants to help.

lukewarm. Not bad enough to switch, but not good enough to recommend. The CS part really needs to improve.

Pros

Its a fairly straight forward platform, nothing really good or really bad.

Cons

Set up was a nightmare. Took way to long4+ months to work out all the issues, then there was recurring issues that also took awhile to figure out. Lastly, customer services has been like a sine curve. sometime great, other times really bad.

I am very happy with the addition of Asure's Payroll & Tax Management. It has given me easy access to answer any questions I might have.

Pros

The system is easy to use and very intuitive.

Cons

There are always a few little bumps along the way, but that is typical when you are rolling out a new program. Asure is always quick to address any concerns or questions.

### "Worst Payroll Provider Ever!!"

Been the worst payroll provider I've ever dealt with. We will be finding another payroll provider in the very near future.

Pros

Absolutely nothing! Worst payroll provider ever!! Only reason I gave one star is because it's required to move on.

Cons

Everything, Sales guy \[sensitive content hidden\] is just a sales guy and doesn't support what he's selling at all. During the transition to Asure payroll, they didn't set up my Federal tax deduction correctly and I am now going to be over $4,000 short come tax time. We met with them and pleaded for them to make things right but they refused to do so.
