December 11, 2024 3.0 Prior to the change we were very happy with all of the payroll specialist we had, all of them were very helpful. Pros Since the new payroll person has taken over after \[sensitive content hidden\] retired I am not pleased, we have been called once in the allotted time we were given otherwise we have had to call our payroll in. Pros We've been with ASURE for eight months and as the Administrator I am very pleased with the customer care NCADD receives from the ASURE Team. Cons Our agency has not yet established any cons, only pros. Our rep Page always responds immediately with any concerns. Corey checks in and is available for any issues. Cons Really nothing comes to mind. We are a small office and used to do the payroll in house. Was always easy to update things as needed but having Assure to do it is wonderful. Pros I love my rep \[sensitive content hidden\]. I think the Payroll system will be good. Cons No being informed when I was taken over by Asure of the benefits I already had then being sold an upgrade of which I did not need because I already had what I was asking for. Now that I have been introduced to what I have had for over a year or more I think I will really like it. Tax Management? What is this? Pros if it works.. great.. but the time and money paid to the states on our part is not good.. Cons the fines and penalities from our state payroll tax returns not being filed on time.. we lost our lower rates from state because this was happening.. your training was very weak. Pros The fact that we didn't need to do data migration when transitioning to the online version. Cons This is not user friendly at all. It is not intuitive at all. They help me get my job done. Pros Prompt delivery of payroll. After submitting our payroll on a Monday, it almost always gets returned to us the next day. They are timely, knowledgeable, reliable, affordable for our small business, accurate, and friendly. Pros I was with a company that was purchased by Asure. The transition was seamless, my services have improved, my payroll specialist is amazing, knowledgeable and always available. She and her team make my work life so much easier and they are within my budget. I also love that I get an email response right away letting me know that they have received my message and are working on my account! Cons I didn’t love the high turn-over rate of employees at first when they first acquired the company I was with, but now I’ve had the same specialist for a while and I am very happy with her has her team. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5. Pros After payroll is processed, Asure automatically sends the reports to the office. It also sometimes includes a compliance package in the email. Cons It can sometimes be difficult to reach my assigned representative, so I often have to call and get routed to another representative. The continued help even after the first complete payroll gave us the confidence to make this ever successful. Pros Ease of use for the company and team. We were able to switch with confidence our employees would not be impacted or miss a payroll. Cons sometimes help is slow. When you need help it is best to call not wait for email answers Reason for choosing Asure The Asure HR program has been a stable base for our company.
