My rep is very helpful, but I am new to it so still learning. The only thing I find confusing is when opening a new word document and wanting to save it. It is not simple to save straight into CRM unless I send it via email. We created Oxygen CRM from an end user ease of use perspective, hence why it is navigable either via web or directly through Outlook.
