My rep is very helpful, but I am new to it so still learning. The only thing I find confusing is when opening a new word document and wanting to save it. Response from Vendor February 16, 2017 Thanks for your review Nicki. We created Oxygen CRM from an end user ease of use perspective, hence why it is navigable either via web or directly through Outlook.
