Comments: It has been OK. My rep is very helpful, but I am new to it so still learning. The only thing I find confusing is when opening a new word document and wanting to save it. It is not simple to save straight into CRM unless I send it via email.

Thanks for your review Nicki. We created Oxygen CRM from an end user ease of use perspective, hence why it is navigable either via web or directly through Outlook. As the newest member of the RFR team, you obviously missed the initial training, but it does sound as if you would benefit from a quick training session to show you some of the cool features, including how easy it is to save new docs to your CRM from directly within Word, Excel etc. As for value for money - free software aside, we are the lowest cost fully featured CRM available globally
